First visit was a 4, cleanliness stood out. Most of the staff are kind.... but very laid back. It's under new management now, same people. It's what we could afford.

What we like the most about the community is the friendliness, and yes we would recommend Belvedere Commons of Franklin to other families based on the experience so far.

My mother resided at Brookdale for 8 months. The staff residents ratio was a lot better than other places. A lot of the employees have been there for many years. It’s not a brand new fancy place, with all the bells and whistles, it’s cozy and a more homey feeling. I visited my mom everyday and enjoyed getting to know all the staff and residents, they were always friendly and welcoming to us.

Hire more help sometimes there is only one tech on the evening shift and it takes a very long time for them to respond. Most of the techs are very friendly and caring. A few are not. The food is great ten times better than rehabilitate facility. When you don't go to the dining room. They are supposed to bring it to your room. Most of the time they bring it with nothing to drink. A few times they never brought anything. When asked they said that the people in the dining room have priority. Then the rooms but if they run out of what was on the menu they don't bring anything else. The administration staff are great especially the manager she is top notch

We have been satisfied with them so far. We had a problem with rain water intrusion from the courtyard door, but they moved my loved one to another room which did not have any such issue. Otherwise we are positive about his care there.

The facility was clean and the staff were very friendly. My father's room was very comfortable. The residents appeared to be well attended to. The dining experience was mixed. While my father ate most of the food, he said meals were often served warm to room temperature. He would have preferred hot food served while still hot. However, overall, he had a good experience.

The facility is clean, staff is friendly and the other residents are very nice, welcoming, and help each other.

The staff are very kind people. What's more important is that my mother is happy there. She says she is. I really like the woman in the office. The building doesn't have AC in the rooms and I think it should have.

I think the cleanliness was great. I think the staff were friendly and helpful. I think the quality of care was actually a five It was above and beyond whatever was asked. Number five, administrative staff I don't really understand the question but they were good. The food was I would say a four it could be better but that's okay. Seven activities I would say It all depends because I don't think that [name removed] participated in many of the activities that were available.

Staff are caring, food is good. Some bumps in paying the fees. I would recommend to others.

They could definitely increase the number of activities. They don't take them on trips because their van has been broken down for a while. They also don't do daily exercises. What I like most is the staff is super friendly and very involved in the resident's lives. I also like that everything is on one level. I also really like having nurse practitioners and other providers visit my mom right there in her room.

[name removed], the marketing director, was very helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The staff is friendly. Biggest concern for our resident is quality of food and the smoking area being a shared outside space which makes it challenging for those who don’t smoke and use oxygen.

I liked them a lot and wanted to schedule another respite but unfortunately they aren't returning my calls or emails. When I visited, it didn't look like all elderly folks and since my husband was [age removed]I didn't want him to realize he was staying at a nursing home type setting.

Friendly atmosphere. Accommodating staff, fun activities available to residents, Occasional trips off campus, and good response to maintenance.

We really like that the facility is all on one level with no stairs or elevators. I would recommend Brookdale Inver Grove Heights, but it depends upon the needs of the individual resident. It has been a good fit for my mom and her situation.

We are very pleased with the care my loved one receives during periods of respite care. I put n/a for#6 because she does not participate in activities. That is on her not the activities or staff. At the point we determine she needs assisted living care full time very highly likely would place her at Belvedere Commons.

Brookdale is exactly what I was looking for, for my mother. It is small and set up as a cozy house. The staff is caring and really enjoy my mother. The activity director is superb, they do exercises, trivia activities, crafts and special parties. It feels like home, great food and my mom is making friends and enjoying her time there.

My wife only spent three months in the Belvedere prior to her passing. During this time I found the staff took very good care of her. I did think they should add additional activities for the memory ward.

The exterior of the property looks bad as well as the cleaning of the rooms. How often does management check for those things? It would be nice to know if the renters are present for the activities. How many people are using them. Etc

The day my aunt moved in, 6 other residents moved in. I think I got a negative feeling from the admins because they were overwhelmed. They weren't as helpful as I was hoping for. However, over time, it has gotten better. Dee was finally approved for Medicaid a few months ago. I have been very thankful to find a facility that was previous private pay. The quality of the facility over all was much better than what I think it would have been if they had been a Medicaid facility previously. I have been so happy to have found this place. It has been an overall good experience for my aunt.
