It's good. I don't know what I like the best.

My family and loved one had a good experience with Belvedere Commons. This community is on the smaller side. The care sometimes is slow. There could be more activities, but the bus was broken while my loved one was at the community. The staff was very friendly. Overall, this is a community you should check out to see if it is the right fit for your loved one.

I love Brookdale. We are hiring a a housekeeper, which is badly needed. Now the public areas are cleaned by a single person, and it looks good. Even with the lack of housekeeping staff, our apartments are ok due to the cleaning before I came. I am confident that we are on par with any other facilities. The food is good for the most part. The breakfast is awesome, and the soups are beyond good. We have a balanced meal every day. Our chef works miracles with seasonings. There is a wide range of activities daily. The care staff are wonderful. They deal with some grumpy old folks who just have a defeatist attitude and like to push the help button purely for attention or need the tv adjusted. Our care staff understands us and do a loving job of meeting and surpassing our needs. They are warm yet professional, and I have yet to see a single person who I would replace. Our nursing staff are gentle and professional answering questions or fielding concerns. Before moving here I evaluated the costs of assisted living facilities in town. Brookdale ls pretty comparable. I would love to have a dishwasher and in-room washing capabilities, but after almost three months of being cared for by this staff, I am very pleased that we chose Brookdale. I appreciate the assistance A Place for Mom gave me while I was struggling with this very complicated life situation. After all of my research and after living here, I totally feel it's the best place for me, and I would definitely recommend Brookdale. The warmth of our assistance staff is awesome. Other than the issue with no housekeeping, I am totally happy here.

My loved ones looked at a larger community but opted for Belvedere Commons for the smaller community feeling. They have made friends and are very happy. Staff are very attentive and helpful.

Tour before committing and then tour again before moving in. You never know how care will be until your loved one is living in the community. I'm not sure if they have enough staff to make sure the residents aren't wondering and to properly care for the residents.

I live out of state and talked with someone on the phone about this facility. After explaining what my loved one needed, the man said he did not feel that this would be the right fit for my mother. It is a high rise and she just needed too much care. I appreciated their honesty with me.

The kitchen staff does the best they can with what the food truck brings. Activities- The playground lady has lots of different activities to do.

The one thing that really sticks out to me is how they have welcomed my brother into the community. With this being a big change in his life, he has really accepted into it well. He really likes the place and the people. I would recommend Brookdale Fort Myers Lakes Park to others.

The day to day staff and the staff that are taking care of our loved ones are just excellent, and while the community is not dirty by any means there is still a little of cleanliness improvement. The meals and dining are reasonable. They are struggling with staffing just like everybody else, and management at the moment just seems to have a lack of compassion.

Brookdale Inver Grove Heights is a good place. My husband is happy there. Their staff are friendly and caring. The staff really care about their residents. I would recommend Brookdale to others!

We toured with Brookdale Fort Myers Lake Park and it was a good tour. For us the location was too far away. Also, I did not feel like the staff were as attentive during the whole tour process. They did do a good job with following up with us after the tour.

Administrative staff along with other staff are very attentive, friendly and willing to assist as best they can with anything needed. The food is very good with a good variety of offerings.

Our family had an in person tour and the people were so friendly, but for the amount of people there we felt there was just not enough space at all. However every where you went in the community it was very clean

Things are going well so far. Overall the staff seems to really care about their residents and many of them have a lengthy tenure here which is comforting. On the other hand, the facility itself is a bit outdated. They were recently purchased by another company and they are supposed to be making some enhancements to the facility to update it. The value is definitely there and I feel like my father is getting good care, there are just some improvements that I think they could make.

Brookdale Spring Hill was our second choice, we really liked the facility. The staff that we interacted with were SO nice. The reason we did not choose them was because the room sizes were too small for both of my parents to be in.

This community looked more like a nursing home and my loved one did not like that.

I thought they were really friendly and seem to know what they're doing. I haven't had any trouble of any kind with them. I think the cost is pretty good as well. The only issue has been with my loved one, who has been uncooperative the whole time. If anything, Brookdale staff were almost too nice when she seems to benefit from more firm suggestions. But it's getting better, on both sides. And overall Brookdale has been pretty good. I would recommend them to other people.
