You go to some places for the elderly and its apauling how little the owners care about the people that have to stay there ! I was so surprised and happy to see that the Grand Villa was renovated by the new owners and they added an elevator ! Now that's an person who cares for the people that live there !!! I hear the food is also good,that's anotjer plus ! And when you drive up all sorts of trees, plants that beautify the surroundings ! Happy to see all the changes ! I saw it before it was taken over and it made .me sick,to remember how ugly and smelly it was !!!

A few months ago I wanted to volunteer in a senior living so I went to Grand Villa where I helped with an event that was going on. The activities for the day were so fun and I really liked the residents there. The staff was helpful with anything I needed And to point me in the right direction of the life and enrichment coordinator. I would feel safe and happy that my loved one is here .

This was a three week respite break for me, so that I could travel with my family. My husband has moderate memory loss and other cognitive deficits due to a genetic condition. Therefore the supervision that memory care offered was a good fit. His room was small but adequate, and easily spruced up by me. He was not pleased with the shared bathroom however. The staff was attentive with dressing, making sure he arrived at the dining room for meals and encouraged him to participate in activities. Fortunately we had friends who visited him and helped to occupy his time. They were pleased with the care he was given. I would recommend Reflections.

All 5 stars! The staff is very caring and committed and flexible. It is a small facility and the residents all help out each other.

I would recommend them to others just beware that they do like to send you out to the ER as per the staff is not licensed. They have a licensed person there about 2 to 3 times a week, otherwise the staff are regular caregivers. I wouldn't mind mom being sent out to the ER as long as there was something physically showing that there was something wrong such as bleeding or such. Two times she has been sent out and the ER has discharged her almost right away because of being there for no reason. They are being over cautious. All in all, I'm happy with the facility and mom is very happy there. Of course, she would rather be at home with us. But if I have to have her in a place, True wood is a good place.

Sister had multiple surgeries and set backs for 6 months. Finally was able to go to Grand Villas to try and recuperate fully. She is very comfortable, has good attention when needed(which is a lot),loves the food,gets ample therapy’s so that she can hopefully be independent again. There are many different activities for anyone to be involved in all throughout the day to keep busy such as movies, arts and crafts, live music,ice cream socials, and more! Employees here actually like to smile at you when you visit and that is saying a lot! Also when we have a concern pertaining to our loved one they are genuinely concerned. I would feel very confident in sending my loved ones here to Grand Villas.

When I placed my sister in Reflections Port Orange a couple of months ago, I had no idea that human beings could go so far above and beyond to care for someone. The Executive Director and her team are the most loving and compassionate people you could ever ask for. I never once questioned my decision and my sister told me "they are a five-star facility." Every night I could go to sleep knowing that she was completely taken care of and in a safe environment that met her needs completely. I am so grateful to have found Reflections Port Orange!

Had a few questions from my Sister who is moving in shortly. It was quick and informative.everyone is so very polite and nice! We looked at many ALFs and the location is good, very clean and many activities for her to partake in.

Belvedere Commons has been a near perfect solution to our care needs. Will recommend them to others without hesitation. A great size. Not too small, not too large. Location was a big plus for us as Belvedere is very convenient to our home.

Great experience, family like atmosphere, wonderful service by administration. I feel that my love one is receiving the best care possible. The staff is always willing to help you in any way they can. Would highly recommend this facility

I have gone through several Facilities in the Past 5 years and I have to say that the Care and the overall Facility itself out beats any of the ones I have had My Sister In. The Staff is so helpful and friendly and [name removed] goes beyond to make sure everything is done correctly I would recommend Reflections for anyone that is in need of this care for the loved ones.

Reasons we chose Brookdale Sun Prairie: it is a small group setting, ratio of caregivers to residents and dedicated to only Alzheimer's and dementia patients. I especially want to call out [name removed], she along with the staff treated my dad like his was their family.

When I first arrived I noticed the grounds were in immaculate condition. Upon entering I was greeted by friendly staff and the residents all looked happy and well taken care of. The Leasing Coordinator, Sakes Assistant and the Executive Director were wonderful explaining to me what I needed to know to make the best decisions. They made me feel like I was welcome and at home.

The facilities are like a hotel, friendly staff & residents. The meals are delicious. I know because i've tried them. They have a daily list of activities. Centrally located also. My aunt Who is a resident visits off site when she wishes. I highly recommend the grand villa Of boynton

As long as you can do most things yourself the standard pricing applies. If you require assistance to get out of bed to go to the bathroom multiple times a day, the cost is prohibitive.

When my loved one's comments and behaviors became a concern, head of nursing sat down with me to explain the aging process. I was so relieved and my concerns addressed. Thank you [name removed] for putting my fears to rest and for the hug. Great facility and the staff is amazing.

Our parents moved into Grand Villa of Palm Cost at the end of January and it has truly been a game changer for our family. They are very happy and very well cared for and it has been such a joy for us to see them so well settled. The staff and office are really amazing people and always willing to help.

A few months ago we began the emotionally challenging process of transitioning our parents from their home to a facility where they would more easily have their needs met. We began searching for a facility where we felt our parents would thrive. We visited three facilities in the area. While they all had something to offer, we immediately knew when we drove into Grand Villa that we had found what we were looking for. The tour with [name removed] was informative and only served to confirm our initial impression. Our parents have now been full time residents at Grand Villa for two months, and are as happy as we hoped they’d be. Their apartment is cleaned, laundry is washed, and they get three full meals a day. They see the doctor weekly, and get their medication administered daily. While we are local and are involved in their daily routine, it’s a relief to know that they are well cared for, and that if we need to, we can travel without fear for their safety and security. We Have had a wonderful experience with the Grand Villa at Palm Coast. Amber and the staff are so pleasant and welcoming. The facility is very clean and the residents all seem very happy. There are plenty of activities available to keep residents happy. We were glad to find this opportunity for our aging friend, where she could maintain her independence in a safe, clean and comfortable environment.
