I toured Grace Manor and was a so impressed with the staff. Everyone from the patients to the workers were happy and smiling. I looked at several places but My Mother is moving in next week. She is excited to go!

Everyone there is kind, pleasant, and caring. If you have any questions or concerns they will answer your question or take care of your concerns.

Grace Manor was a God send for our mom and us. Everyone was so caring and kind. The staff was wonderful. The only problem was they didn’t have enough help for the level of care needed. Mom was on the “memory care” side which needed more staff. All in all I highly recommend Grace Manor for value and care.

We toured Grace Manor and were so impressed with everything! It is clean ,bright and the residence looked so happy to be there! We were there when the activity director had gathered most of the residence for an activity and only a few didn't want to participate. We are told that this is a daily thing and no one is forced but all are encouraged. Staff was very friendly to us but staff all knew all the residence well and cared about them! They even took us to the kitchen and it was spotless! We would recommend Grace Manor to anybody looking for a home for their relative!

This is a beautiful residency. The grounds are welcoming and clients were relaxed while conversing with us.

I wish I found Brookdale sooner. Beautiful facility and wonderful people.

My mom lived at Hampton Manor Belleview after we were unable to meet her needs at home. Shortly after she moved there, the on-call doctor noticed that a couple of her medication doses needed to be lowered. Her health quickly started improving after he changed her meds and now she is living back home with us. We are so grateful for Hampton Manor; Because of them my mom has her quality of life back.

It is such a beautiful community! My family loves the care staff and residents!

We like this community for the good care and the excellent staff. This is a clean community with a good atmosphere. The menu is appealing and they offer a lot of choices. They have activities that are offered. We would recommend this community for the care for a loved one.

So far dad seems to like living at this community. The staff have been super nice and we have good communication with them. They are really good at checking on the residents. The community is clean and the grounds are well maintained. They offer a lot to do and encourage dad to be active. The food is good. I would recommend this community.

We toured this community. The staff was nice, but they did not have a lot of time to speak with me on the care that is offered. The menu was nice. They offer activities for the residents. This community was in a good area and we feel that other families should tour the community on their own for the options of care

This feels like a great place for my mom, who needs a lot of care. It's small, with about 20 rooms (private studio bedroom and bath), and all one level. Everyone I talked with was very nice. The price was reasonable and in line with other places I toured. They invited me to share a meal, so I'm looking forward to stopping in again to meet some of the residents.

I have tried the food and it is great. The staff have been encouraging and helpful. My mother in law has started to participate in some of the daily activities. They keep the community well maintained and they have a nice area outside to enjoy. They do her laundry and I would recommend community.

I am living in this place for almost a year now and when I came it wasnt so nice. But since I came, there is new staff and new management and now it is much better. There is new furniture, better activities, better food and much cleaner. The new owner comes often and always solves any problems we tell him about. There is also alot of outdoor areas with grass and trees to relax and take walks which is my favorite thing to do. The last place I was at only had a concrete parking lot.

My Aunt lived there for 3 1/2 years until very recently and she was very well cared for. Most of the staff there knew her well and were always very kind and doting. It is an older building but the staff work hard to keep it clean and nice and are very responsive to any requests. The manager was always accessible and very quick to take care of any issues and the front desk lady was always extremely sweet to me, my aunt and all the residents. They were also very accommodating to our financial situation and never raised rent even as my aunts condition worsened and required more help and attention.

We really liked this place. Smaller than the rest and felt more like "family". We are looking forward to moving dad in next week.

I like the care at this community. The care from the staff is very good and they go out of there the way to help. They have a good variety of healthy meals that she does enjoy. They offer her activities that she tried to participate in. I would recommend this community for also being clean and a nice atmosphere. We would recommend this community for the care and value to other families.

They were great to work with .... always willing to talk about different issues . Everything went GREAT!! My Dad loves it there !!!??
