The staff is very friendly and genuinely cares for their residents. The community is also very clean. The residents are very pleasant.

We cannot comment on the activities because our loved one did not participate in them, however what we like the most about the Belvedere Commons of Franklin community is the convenience and friendliness of the staff and many of the residence.

We have been happy with the care our mother in law has received. I like the activities they have here.

The place is nice, very expensive though.

My MIL is paying more as she had her dog, family has since removed the dog, but the CNAs were the ones having to care for the dog and was making it difficult for the staff to care for others! [name removed] and the CNAs have been absolutely phenomenal! They have listened to our concerns regarding MILs requests and have been super helpful to us!

I would definitely recommend this facility. The staff, from the nurses to the admin to the maintenance staff were all pleasant, helpful, and kind. We were able to set up mom's room a few days before her move and it was easy. Her move actually happened later in the evening than we wanted, but they were very accommodating. This facility far outshined the rehab facility that she was previously in.

The love that the staff has shown my mother has been such a blessing for me and my family. We did not know what to do to help my mother, and the care that the staff has given her her has allowed her to keep dignity. Thank you!

My loved one is currently a resident at Belvedere Commons of Franklin and everything has been very good for her at this facility so far. The support staff, such as maintenance, made the move in process very easy. The staff have done a great job with my loved one who has Down Syndrome, something that they were not used to. They have several long standing staff members who are outstanding and take the time to get to know the individual needs of each resident. We would definitely recommend Belvedere Commons of Franklin to others!

My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Mankato and everything was great for her at this facility. The staff was friendly. Communication with the family was great. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The care services, activities and meals were also great. I would recommend Brookdale Mankato to others.

The staff at Belvedere Commons of Sun City Center was excellent from the moment we entered. Very friendly and helpful. They had answers for all of our questions. The amenities were everything that we were looking for. We liked the personal touch that a smaller facility can provide. My loved one was only a resident for a short time, but the staff knew him and made him feel welcome. I definitely recommend Belvedere Commons of Sun City Center to others!

I have all the information I need from Brookdale Lakes Park to make a decision. the value is worth the cost and the unit and building itself is well maintained and the level of care are amazing. the staff and team in the community seemed happy and engaged. I just love it! My mom is happy!!!

They have gone above and beyond for my mother, my family, and all of their residents there. The move in process could not have gone better. I would recommend this facility to anyone. We are so happy and so is my mother.

Reflections Memory Care has been a blessing, As caregiver for over a year 24/7, I was prepared to visit often to ensure her care was what I expected and knew she needed. At first when they asked us not to visit for a week to give her time to get acclimated to the facility, I’d like to loose my mind but when I saw her smiling and laughing I knew it was the right decision. The activities are based around what someone with a memory problem would benefit from. I would try to get her to do things at home, she didn’t want any part of anything even her reading her newspaper. I was very concerned she seemed to be withdrawing inside of her self. So to see her being a part of a group and talking to others made me feel wonderful and reassured our decision was the right one. Reflections Memory Care, I would recommend to anyone. I visit once a week and any concerns are handled immediately, over and above my expectations.

We have been coming in and out of Belvedere Commons of Franklin for awhile, we are always greeted by someone with a smile and are ready to help us. We have seen the staff interacting with the residents and the residents seem happy and content. I see them playing games especially Rummiku. All the residents look well cared for. I haven’t tried the food but I asked the residents how the food is, they say that it is much better than before. I would bring my loved one here to live. I hope this review will help you if you are looking for a place for your loved one.

I think Hampton Manor Belleview is great, the people are great. The care is great, everything is great. They are wonderful. I have been up there twice to have lunch with my loved one. The food was good, and obviously meant for people in that age bracket so they did not need knives to cut up stuff. The staff that I have met and talked to have been very very kind very polite and very accommodating to the residents of that place. I would highly recommend Hampton Manor. From the manager of this place to the people that just sweep the floor, they have been perfect. The place is clean as a whistle and looks like it was just painted yesterday. The grounds outside are maintained as best as any other facility of this nature. Overall, I think I made a good decision and if I had to do it all over again I would make the same choice. I would recommend this place to myself as well as other people.

From my very first visit to Belvedere Commons it was very apparent that the staff was genuinely friendly. Subsequently the staff has continued to show that they truly care for their residents. In particular [name removed] has been very responsive and accommodating even on her days off. I highly recommend Belvedere Commons at SSC. I know my Mom is in very good hands.

We picked this community because of the cost and location. My loved one seems content. I would probably recommend to others.
