Have a resident at Opal, he is happy there, the staff are friendly and very helpful when u need anything, the atmosphere is beautiful! They have laundry done for them 3 meals a day plus snacks, activities for them

My Uncle lives at Grand Villa in Boynton and it was pretty rocky in the beginning. He was not happy about leaving his home and was very upset. Once he got settled in and the community assigned him an ambassador, he came out of his shell. He goes to all meals and loves to be outside by the pool area enjoying the sunshine and socializing. He's not going to be the guy to do all the activities that they have planned, but being around all that positive energy is definitely mood lifting. Great community with even greater people!

I toured this community as a future option for my parents while I was in town. Even though it wasn't an immediate need [name removed] was so patient and spent so much time explaining everything to me. It was really a great experience, and I will definitely be bringing my parents back when I feel we are getting closer to making a change.

It has been tough to see my grandfather get older. He has been a guiding force in my life, and I love him dearly. After he moved into Grand Villa, I watched his spark come back. He now takes pride in his personal appearance and is super engaged in various activities that the community offers. He told me he even went to the Casino! So cool! To all at Grand Villa, thank you for everything!

My grandmother is a resident of Grand Villa in Boynton, and I recently visited with her. She looked so good and is very happy. I met some of her friends and it was so heartwarming to see her be social again. Living alone after my grandfather passed took its toll on her. Now she is living her best life again. Thank you to everyone at Grand Villa for making this possible!

Just when I thought GVPC could not get any grander, it did! [name removed] had a vision for the ladies of Grand Villa to enjoy a Tea Time once a month. She brings in her exquisite collection of English fine china to serve several tea flavors as well as delicious tea time cookies, crepes and biscottis. [name removed], Assistant Activities Manager, at GVPC, felt that the residents would enjoy sharing the teas and snacks while getting to know each other better. The tables are beautifully decorated and with the help of [name removed], GVPC food service manager, and [name removed], a GVPC volunteer, the ladies are served the delicacies and the socialization begins. This event began with only 8 guests and the last tea time had 27 guests. The December Tea Time will be seasonal themed and more guests are expected. This event is fun and all are welcome!

My uncle has truly found a wonderful new home here. The staff is incredibly welcoming and go out of their way to make both residents and family feel comfortable and cared for. They remember names, take time to check in, and always seem to have fun activities planned. I’m so grateful for the kindness and sense of community they create!

Everyone at Belvedere Commons were very helpful and kind when moving my brother in. [name removed] was wonderful to work with, she always greeted us with her beautiful smile. They took excellent care of my brother also.

I scheduled a tour online and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call in very timely manner to confirm the day and time I had requested. My tour experience from the very beginning was very enjoyable. Everyone that I came in contact with, from staff to residents, stopped to say hello. Very professional and inviting. I am doing my due diligence but Grand Villa in Boynton is top of my list!

My dad is a resident at Grand Villa in Boynton. I try to visit as much as possible, but with work and family it's tough to be there as much as I would like. I have total peace of mind that he is in good hands though. The nursing staff always calls me if anything comes up and they handle everything with such care. Thank you for all the support! I know it's not an easy job.

I stopped by Grand Villa without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by this community. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I am looking at future options for a relative and let the staff know that upfront. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. The community is lovely with lots going on. So many residents outside enjoying the pool area and they were so friendly! I will definitely be back!

I have been working with [name removed] and [name removed] at Grand Villa for quite some time now. They have been amazing! So helpful and patient with me. Now that everything is in place, I get to move in this month. I have visited the community several times already, and each time I do, the community always looks great, and everyone is so nice. I look forward to this new chapter in my life, surrounded by such caring and supportive people!

What we like the most about the community is the staff and yes we would recommend Belvedere Commons of Seneca to others based on the experience so far.

This is our first experience and it seems like a nice unit. With her being in respite care it's different than if she were long term. Overall very friendly staff and clean facility!

I feel extremely blessed to have been told about Reflections. The place and the employees were fabulous. The facility was immaculate. Unfortunately, my sister's condition progressed, what I would call quickly, yet at any stage, all the employees, in all of the departments, were just amazing. The hospice facility made [name removed] feel so comfortable and included. The staff shared laughter and kindnesses, which made me feel comfortable in leaving her in their care. All facets of this facility, left me in awe, from their Executive Director, who was my saving grace, to the grounds keepers who made both of us smile. And again, I am more than happy to pass along my sincere recommendation for this facility.

I am a Vietnam Veteran and never expected to find a place that I felt I truly belonged. it was a big change, but I really needed the support. I have made several new friends that have impacted my life so much. The staff is always available and treat me with dignity and kindness. I hope this review helps other families chose Grand Villa in Boynton.

This facility has the feel of home. My mother is in the memory care unit and the staff is very professional and caring. The facility is located away from roads but still close enough to restaurants and shopping to take your loved one out. Communication with the staff is excellent, always listening and willing to help. The size of the facility is small enough not to overwhelm the residents and the cleaning staff is great. The activity staff is very creative and they go above and beyond to include all the residents. I highly recommend Grand Villa of Palm Coast.

A 4 on admin because changes resulted in lapses on communication. I realize that changes in staff are not uncommon. Most certainly one of their top challenges. Overall, I was pleased with the experience.

I just moved my mom here and it has been a great experience. [name removed] and [name removed] /the nursing staff where so helpful and reassuring with some tough issues. Now that she is there she has grown to really love all the staff and definitely getting used to the routine. Highly recommend for your loved one.
