5 for all categories! They offer many activities if residents are interested. They also have lots of outside entertainment that comes in. They plan bus trip out for activities. There is also a lovely outdoor screened in porch and outside patio area. Everything is kept very clean. Employees are kind and caring to residents and their families.

My son he did the reviews of all the communities in North Florida and picked here. It is a holistic place to be.

We looked at Brookdale and really liked it, we liked the gardens. The people that help are just wonderful!

I love to sit and look in the garden and watch the dogs plat and people sitting. I love the exercise class! It starts my day! I love it, it's clean and friendly. The caregivers are so sweet, no trouble with anyone. I don't need to ask for anything. They have it before I even ask

They are there for you if you need it. They are always willing to help. Knowing I am in a good place, I feel like they would be right there if I needed it. Everyone is real nice I like that it is a small community.

There's a warmth here that you won't find anywhere else and I've been to all of them. It's the upbeat, warm and gentle staff that makes the residents want to be warm and gentle. There's a great staff here, and I can't imagine being anywhere else.

The community is well run and organized, creating a warm , nurturing environment. Residents have a variety of activities to engage in and socialize.

I toured without an appointment but they did not seem to mind. I felt like I was at home. A very warm feeling from everyone. Really nice screened in porch and courtyard and very secure

Located in the foyer you will find huge smiles by [name removed], your tour guide. She will educate you on all availability and amenities. She does an excellent job at connecting with the residents and our community! 5 Stars-Hands Down!

I am a local health care liaison that stops by frequently to check on patients. Everyone is always so welcoming and warm. Belvedere Commons in Seneca has always been a great place for folks to live due to location, staff and the amenities offered!

Brookdale Fort Myers Lakes Park is very clean and also has a "homey" feeling to it. The staff have all been extremely friendly and attentive to my loved ones needs. They address and resolve any questions or concerns quickly and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Brookdale to other families looking.

My loved one was a resident at Belvedere Commons of Franklin and everything was great for her here. The facility was very welcoming along with other staff members and residents. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

Love having my mother here at Brookdale Fort Myers Lakes Park. Small community with all new furnishings and caring staff. Plenty of activities and support.

5 on all areas. Sometimes not always thrilled with the food, but that is the case at most facilities. The staff always seemed friendly and helpful. Sometimes at night hard to get ahold of someone on the night line. But overall a great place. I wouldn't mind living there myself!

Our family and loved one have had a wonderful experience with Brookdale Onalaska. The community is a small and very homey place for your loved one. The residents are active and personable along with the staff. My loved one enjoys it here, and they feel at home. There are lots of activities for the residents to participate in. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Church of Christ was the cheapest of all visited but the rooms are very small and the assisted living area felt like more if a nursing home. The staff is well trained in dementia and very patient and kind. The staff did everything possible to help my mom eat. She had no appetite and refused to eat. They even made her an Ensure milkshake since you could almost always get her to eat something sweet.

I do remember that this facility was not a good location for my uncle to drive to to visit. Belvedere Commons of Seneca's facilities looked really nice. But my uncle thought it was too large and wanted something smaller and homier for[name removed]. [name removed] who gave us the tour did a really great job!

Our family had an in person tour with Belvedere Commons and overall we had a really good tour experience, but the rooms we were shown were just to small for our loved one.
