Great experience from the very start. [name removed] the Lease Coordinators very knowledgeable. Provided me with resources to apply for LTC Medicaid. He made the process of moving my brother in very easy. Five stars all around.

Grand Villa of New Port Richey gets all 5 stars. We chose this facility initially because of all of the rating questions above as well as the convenient location. I would let others know that right now due to covid, family members are not permitted to be in the dining area.

Belvedere is a wonderful community whether you are looking for independent living, assisted living or memory care. Not only is this a beautiful place, but the staff there are very professional and dedicated to giving their residents the best. The food is delicious, there are activities for everyone, and the residents appear genuinely happy. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for themselves or their loved ones.

I have been a resident in an independent villa for over three years.During my time here I have been well taken care of. I have enjoyed my fellow residents and our times together.The activities set up by [name removed] have been enjoyable. I would highly recommend Belvedere as a residence for anyone.The staff has always been attentive.

If I could rate this community higher I would. The care staff are remarkable. The food is alright, Activities are good, cleanliness is good. I am happy I moved here. I would recommend this community.

Grand Villa NPR is amazing!! My aunt had to be transferred there on an emergency basis and everyone went out of their way to make it happen. My aunt received excellent care and love.

Number one place on the chart! Food is absolutely wonderful. All of the staff go above and beyond! [name removed] the Executive Director she is personable and professional. I knew as soon as I walked in the front door, I knew this was the place to be!!

All Staff members are Absolutely Wonderful. Food is good, I am never bored when it comes to food. I enjoy All Activities, my favorite activity is watching a movie theatre. The nurse [name removed] is absolutely wonder, [name removed] is great too.

I moved in a few months ago. Community is good, excellent care, great staff, everyone is very friendly. Food is alway good. If I could give it a grade, I would give it A++. I would highly recommend!!!

From what we saw during our tour at Hampton Manor at Deerwood, everything seemed good. They offered a lot of good services and they were quick to reach out to us. You just never really know until you move in how it will be.

Upon arrival the community feels warm and inviting. My mom can be a bit shy at first but she opened right up when we got there. We love the small hometown feel and everyone is so nice. I think we have found a home.

Thanks to the staff at Brookdale, our recent three week vacation was enjoyed knowing we had peace of mind that mom was being well cared for. Great food, friendly staff, plenty of activities and best of all safe environment.

We have toured several places and decided on Brookdale Ft. Myers Lakes Park because of the size and friendly staff. [name removed] was wonderful.

My daughter was looking to relocate me to be close to her in Tallahassee., FL. After my husband (her father) died. She visited Brookdale Hermitage. She was impressed with cleanliness, staff and size of the community being a paramedic she see other communities.

Having housekeeping and laundry weekly done for me is great. I am able to enjoy life and not have to worry about the small stuff. Care Staff are very caring.
