It was a good solution for us and we would recommend it. We chose it because of availability to meet my dad's need at the time he needed a place.

It is a nice environment for people with dementia/ Alzheimer's. I did tour 4 places before I made my decision.

Staff and facility is good. Ongoing communication from staff hasn't been great, but my mom is in Independent Living. The food hasn't been great... bland and the meats always with coatings. I do recommend this facility.

All of the staff and residents at West Hills Village Senior Living are very friendly nd helpful. As far as the food goes, they need to stop buying from Cisco. The pre-prepared food is way too salty!! I would recommend this facility to others.

What our family likes the most about Arbor Ridge Community is the staff, they care about my mother in law as well as her comfort. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would at anytime recommend this community to other families

Overall, my loved one is happy there and is settling in. I am hoping she will find more things to do as she meets more people. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My loved one feels safe and secure here. I would recommend this place to others.

Autumn Glen Senior Living is a quaint, and more family-oriented facility. My only wish is maybe a little more communication if my mom is having a hard time. Nothing to do with them it's her short term memory.

Emerald Springs Senior Living prepares good food and they have beautiful surroundings. The staff members are friendly as well as the management. I would highly recommend this community to anyone based on the experience I have had so far.

They were not ready for my mom with her medical as I feel they should have been. They as well should've had been up front of what she couldn't have of over the counter medication as well. The staff have been great.

My mother really likes it there and she says the food is great and really like the friends she has made. We picked this community, because at the time I need one that would handle a 2 assist person. That is what she was labeled by the previous place.

All of the basic functions of an Assisted Living facility are more than adequately maintained at The Commons On Marice. It is a good, clean place. With lots of varied activities that the residents are encouraged to get involved with. They communicate freely with me and I am comfortable seeking them out. The food is varied to meet a lot of different tastes. I would recommend them to family and friends.

My loved one stayed at Chandler Place for Respite care. We used the day rate Respite Care and that was not offered anywhere else. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff was great. The quality of care, meals and activities were good. I would recommend Chandler Place to family and friends.

My experience with the community has been good overall. The community is clean. The staff are helpful and caring. Everyone is friendly. The biggest concern I have experienced is the food-it is ordinary with no snack bar, and there are limited eating hours which make it difficult for the residents that don't want to eat during those hours.

I enjoy living at the Peaks. We have wonderful care givers. Servers in dining room are amazing. The Peaks Lodge is beautiful with nice views and forested grounds. Food menus make it difficult to have consistent healthy diet, but great salads help. Lodge has heating, cooling and maintenance issues which are being addressed. Life enrichment provides good variety of activities. Spiritual director is a blessing to all.

We toured with Chandler Place and it is a beautiful facility and had a very friendly environment. It was very expensive though which is why we did not choose this facility.

The caretakers were really amazing with my dad. We had an excellent experience with the actual care he got. Dealing with the administrators with payments and logistics was not always smooth and sometimes frustrating. They often didn't follow through with things. They said they would do so, but we had to be really clear and vigilant.

The residents go out of their way to invite the newcomer to join them for a movie or bingo or whatever! They will stop a newcomer in the hallway and start a brief conversation. The residents are key. If they seem content, the chances are good the place meets expectations. I would definitely recommend Old Main Village to others.

The overall cleanliness we give 3 out of 5 stars, but when it comes to the laundry room that receives 1 star. With the care services even though we gave 3 stars, sometimes it is 2 because they often forget to show up for her shower appointments. Our loved one is not happy with the food at all. We rated the activities lower because our loved one cannot find any activities that she likes. The value is rate low also because they are raising their fees 7% for the next month. Also, their communication is not the best. My mom doesn't get copies of the weekly food menu so she has to go and ask for it every week.
