My favorite asset. It's like living at a resort. The grounds are beautiful and kept up immaculately. There are 4 beautiful courtyards. Apartments with patios or balconies on or looking out on courtyards. Just beautiful! Needs improvement I would say the food maybe. It's always good but could have more variety.

What we like the most about Arbor Ridge is the staff. The staff and residents were very friendly, positive and helpful; location was great for fast food, grocery, Walmart, shopping, doctors...

I would say they have treated my Mother well and that she enjoys living there.

I think that they should look for better activities catering to men as most of the patients were males who don't care for arts/crafts. Also look for a variety of food options as there was a lot of spicy/ avocado/ etc. that elderly don't eat.

I would say it is a nice place to live, staff needs to lusten more to the residents, install automatic doors that lead to other areas and outside and work on better menus. Food is fair at best.

The nurses were great. Trying to reach someone and get answers to move her into assisted care was not great. She passed before I could get information.

The staff at Autumn Glen Senior Living are good. The housekeeping is good. Communication with upper management is lacking. Overall, I would definitely recommend Autumn Glen Senior Living to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at Old Main Village and the overall experience was good. The staff was good. The main guy up front was very helpful! The facility was pretty clean. The move in process was very smooth. I would definitely recommend Old Main Village as an option for Assisted Living to others.

We do not understand why [fee removed]/month cannot afford more staffing.. We do not count the Hospice Care nurses in this evaluation. It is still a good place if they can train the helping staff in their demeanor- Most of them do not seem to be friendly enough, or speak English clearly, and it hard sometimes to communicate. Cheaper help? But again mom pays [fee removed]/month that is a lot of money for unfriendly help - do not seem that motivated, and usually only two people.. so where does all the money go if not enough employees are in payroll? Diversity and inclusion should never trump good service.

The staff at The Lakes at Stillwater are all very nice and friendly. The meals are good, but I would like them to be a little bit more restaurant quality and not so family style. But overall, I give The Lakes at Stillwater high marks for being a quality facility.

Positive, the people seem to be happy. Meals have a nice selection. Facility in good condition for the age. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only negative is that the pharmacy and checks to make sure someone is taking there meds can be a little lacking. Alot of activities. nice pool. the way meals are served, order like a restaurant when she wants to eat. Also it is close as she can get to me. And the view is beautiful of the mountains.

The grounds are pretty And well maintained. Staff Is very customer oriented. On site management is the valley is very corporate oriented Not resident oriented. They use corporate Ask excuse for not listening to suggestions from the residents. Meals are planned By home office Not by local staff. Dishes. That work in Minnesota don't necessarily work in Arizona, particularly The balance of nutrition required down In Arizona. A few of the managers have been PETER PRINCIPLED. AND IN DIRE NEED OF TRAINING. Including the site executive director. Many Processes are broken. It would not take a lot of money to fix the issues. It would take reevaluation , reevaluation and training on process Coupled With input from the residents. In summary. They keep telling us that this is our home. But for most of us , we feel as if we are living in an institution.

The staff are all very friendly. Sometimes it is a little difficult to get in touch with medical staff in terms of care planning. It's hard for them to get all of the memory care patients out - as transportation has to be shared. We were hoping for more outings. My mother in law has always complained about the food. Overall I would Recommend Timber Pines - Timber Pines was the nicest place that we visited in the area, and the staff cares for the residents. There was only one staff member we felt should probably look into a different career. For the majority - they are accommodating, helpful, and kind. Residents all seem to be happy and communication is good.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The move-in process was very easy and seamless. Most of the meals are well received, but there are a few that he has complained about. However, he is able to make his own food in his room. I would recommend the facility to others.

It was a good solution for us and we would recommend it. We chose it because of availability to meet my dad's need at the time he needed a place.

It is a nice environment for people with dementia/ Alzheimer's. I did tour 4 places before I made my decision.

Staff and facility is good. Ongoing communication from staff hasn't been great, but my mom is in Independent Living. The food hasn't been great... bland and the meats always with coatings. I do recommend this facility.

All of the staff and residents at West Hills Village Senior Living are very friendly nd helpful. As far as the food goes, they need to stop buying from Cisco. The pre-prepared food is way too salty!! I would recommend this facility to others.

What our family likes the most about Arbor Ridge Community is the staff, they care about my mother in law as well as her comfort. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would at anytime recommend this community to other families

Overall, my loved one is happy there and is settling in. I am hoping she will find more things to do as she meets more people. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My loved one feels safe and secure here. I would recommend this place to others.
