Everything has been great! We are so happy with the care our mom is receiving there. The reason for the 3 rating on the food is because we feel the quality of the food is adequate but not incredible. And the reason for the 4 rating on value for money is that it is an incredibly high price tag. We just feel our mom is totally worth it and she has the money available so we want the best for her. We all felt that The Commons On Marice was the nicest of all of the facilities we toured. I would also like to add that every staff member we have had contact with has been extremely kind, caring and accommodating. Our mom was hesitant and nervous at the beginning and the staff was so patient and encouraging with her AND with us. Mom has transitioned well, thanks to their patience and their encouragement, and she is happy to be there now.

Everyone there was great, from management to the aides to the dining room staff. I would absolutely recommend this community to others.

Every thing has been positive. The dining experience has been hit or miss with most being hits. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The people are friendly. So far so good!

The place is very nice. They have happy hour people singing dancing dining room. Everything very nice. My dad really likes it. He said he wished he had found a place sooner. Really no complaints at all a few times at ate there. The food is good. Have a nice selection plenty of activities. I get a phone call at 11 tells me he's gonna go down. He won't be back up till four 430 playing cards dice plenty of puzzles and I think everyone knows his name. Do yourself a favor don't pass this place up if you're looking.

My only caveat is that my mom has not chosen to participate in many activities, so I don't have much experience to rate that category. She has enjoyed the pedal exercise sessions and a couple of excursions that she participated in. Overall, she has had a wonderful experience at Chandler Place. All of the staff I've met have been friendly and positive. The food is consistently good. I highly recommend Chandler Place!

All employees at Chandler Place are trained to learn all of the residents names, are polite when having conversations with the residents even if they have already heard that "story", are respectful and treat the residents with dignity.

My. Father just passed in Sabal Palms [date removed]. Everyone at both Regal and Sabal were tremendous. The love and care were exceptional. My dad was living independently at Regal with mom since [date removed] They both came down with pneumonia the end of May 2025. They both spent days in Morton Plant Hospital. Mom came home to Regal and dad to Sabal. It was found that dad had Liver cancer and died in 1 week. We were struggling with where to put him with Hospice care. Sabal was gracious and allowed us to stay at Sabal in a private room and not be moved. Sabal Nursing staff and Hospice worked together to care for him. Mom was able to spend time with my dad and yet close to home at Regal to rest and heal. Family came from all over and were allowed to spend time with him as he was passing. Thank you to all involved for loving on us and helping us to get through this difficult time. Now my Mom feels at home at Regal and has made loving friends to help her get through life without her husband of 72 years. Praying for her in this next chapter of Life. Thank you dear Jesus for your comfort and guidance during these trying times.

It was close to my mom's home(in her neighborhood )so she felt comfortable there. The staff treat my mother very good which makes her happy. Important to us.

The building itself. The atrium is a great center piece and focal point for activities and mom was fortunate to land a spot w an atrium balcony! The glass roof room, the activity room, a piano to play, the water feature, are all very cool and make the place a great choice

There is just an upbeat feeling about the place. Staff know your name. Residents are pleasant and welcoming. There are plenty of choices of food to eat. They hold monthly meetings between the residents and administrator and listen to our requests or suggestions. If they can make a change they will try, if not, explain why. I make a lot of friends doing laundry or in the elevator.

5 rating for all 8 categories! My mother loves the food, access to a shuttle for appointments or shopping, friendliness and responsiveness of staff. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

I'd say a 5 for all, except I'm pretty sure mom would not give the food a 5! Also, it's very expensive, but they all are! Westpark is a nice, comfortable facility, all the staff is great! My mom has been there a year, and she is doing much better health wise, and has made some friends, which i think is so important! She even does some of the activities, she likes arts and crafts, the jewelry show, and outings to dinner in Billings.

They're flexibility and then kindness has my dad passed away! My mom is still living there and they are really good to her. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on our experience, my only regret is, we didn't get them in there sooner

The Lakes at Stillwater is a welcoming and beautiful facility. The walking trails around Long Lake are well groomed and used by all - even those in walkers. The receptionist is so friendly and knowledgeable. The dining room food is excellent and there is a cafe that has delicious soups and fresh made to order sandwiches and baked goods and snacks.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful even with the smallest questions. Dining room is very elegant , tables with white tablecloths and weekly fresh flowers. Menu is more than adequate with lunch and dinner daily specials . Kitchen staff is more than accommodating to most desires a person has . Many daily activities. Nice swimming pool and adequate exercise room. I have to add that the apartments a person has to see to appreciate the elegance and comfort.

The staff is very responsive and Nursing is top notch. I feel like the team at AG cares about my aunt and want to make sure she is safe and cared for. Food is great with many options for my picky eater aunt. She is in memory care and they keep them busy with activities and exercise. From Bingo, fun games, arts and crafts to "spa days" where they do nails to walking. Always encouraging her to join in for as many things as she wants. The activity coordinators are awesome and try to keep a good variety of things for the residents to do.

Garden Ridge has open space for its residents to walk around and is located within walking distance of many local amenities. They also provide numerous activities that engage all residents. Their staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

The meals and dining service is Consistently excellent!!! I most liked the friendliness and professional attitudes of the staff.

Very clean and very well maintained property. Food was very good and lots of options. My mother really enjoyed her very cute apartment and I had peace of mind knowing she was very well taken care of. Thank you for the recommendation of Emerald Springs!

I moved into Cypress Palms a few months ago after the death of my wife of forty years and the loss of my home to flooding during Hurricane Helene. After a month of living with my kids, I found Cypress Palms. Here are my observations and experiences since moving in. [name removed] will help you learn about the place and make your decision, once on board, [name removed] will help you get settled and the rest of the staff will greet you with compassion and understanding. Since arriving, my care has been impeccable, my support from Medical Staff has been super, and all my needs of support from facilities staff has been timely and superb. The best things I can say are that the food is great, my medications have been reduced at each visit with my doctors and, I am a happier person. If you are looking for a place to make this old age easier, it is Cyress Palms in Largo. Thanks to them all!
