Very clean and very well maintained property. Food was very good and lots of options. My mother really enjoyed her very cute apartment and I had peace of mind knowing she was very well taken care of. Thank you for the recommendation of Emerald Springs!

I moved into Cypress Palms a few months ago after the death of my wife of forty years and the loss of my home to flooding during Hurricane Helene. After a month of living with my kids, I found Cypress Palms. Here are my observations and experiences since moving in. [name removed] will help you learn about the place and make your decision, once on board, [name removed] will help you get settled and the rest of the staff will greet you with compassion and understanding. Since arriving, my care has been impeccable, my support from Medical Staff has been super, and all my needs of support from facilities staff has been timely and superb. The best things I can say are that the food is great, my medications have been reduced at each visit with my doctors and, I am a happier person. If you are looking for a place to make this old age easier, it is Cyress Palms in Largo. Thanks to them all!

We chose Westpark Village because of the dining experience, occupant interviews, cleanliness and staff interviews. These folks either genuinely love people or so well trained that one would not know otherwise.

Dad seems much better off, and says it's too bad they didn't find the place when Mom was still here. The weekend staff seem to not really know the place or the people. I would highly recommend them to others looking.

My father chose this location due to it being close to their home so he could visit often. The staff were extremely competent, caring, patient and compassionate.

Overall it is very nice there. Most of the staff is excellent but there were a few times that I was a bit concerned with quality of care. When I bring it to someone's attention it is quickly taken care of. We feel it was an excellent choice.

Overall a very nice community. People are down to earth. Don't let the dated décor get in the way. Give this community a look and see. Grounds are beautiful and they allow you to expand and fence your patio for dogs. Other than the dated décor, the staff was great, and the grounds were beautiful. Unfortunately, my mother was not able to completely enjoy being there due to becoming very I'll with cancer and passing away. I would, however, recommend this senior living. You just gave to get past the dated décor. They were at the time making some updates and hopefully have made it look a bit more attractive. Overall a very nice community. People are down to earth. Don't let the dated décor get in the way. Give this community a look and see

It is a very friendly and well managed facility. The cleaning and maintenance staff are very responsive and caring. The medical staff and Bluestone are excellent and are on top of any medical concerns we might have. They have great programs, events and outing for a variety of residents interests. I have seen a lot of facilities and i am very glad we landed here. My mother in law who doesn't really ever want to go in one of these facilities, said she would go to Autumn Glen when the time comes and that says a lot!

Autumn Glenn was a great place. The staff is well trained and very patient and friendly.

My husband enjoyed his respite time at commons very much. The food was great. The activities were fun. And my time away not worrying about anything was great too. Wonderful staff answered his every need including 'round the clock coffee! I could not be more pleased with A Place for Mom ! The counselors helped me through a difficult time .I highly recommend their service and their concern and their compassion.

I felt this was the nicest and cleanest place we looked at. Mom is pretty particular and the decor fit her style of comfort. Every time I visit, everyone is smiling and says hello!

Mom is very satisfied and her needs are met. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Westpark Village to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

They were quick to include her and make her feel at home. Activities , such as quilting, card nights, church, live music, and the food. She loved that the dining room had table cloths and they could sit where they liked.

Excellent staff, clean, kind people, and overall excellent placement for my step dad. Med's are sometimes late.

When I took the tour I was impressed with the friendliness of residents and staff. The person at the desk called residents passing by by their names in greeting. There is lots of room for activities. You do a lot of walking to get to the elevators from your apartment. There’s a laundry on each floor at no charge. The waiters and waitresses at meals are so friendly and helpful. The food is good. You have multiple choices from the menu or a-la-cart. Often at meals is the time I meet new people! I have been here 2 months and feel I have made friends. I am happy living here , becoming family.

The property is lovely. There are many courtyards and out door spaces that residents can enjoy or gather. My dad's room has a small patio so he can sit and enjoy being outside. The interior is spacious with many areas for residents to gather with friends or simply enjoy being in the common areas chatting with residents as they pass.

My mother has been a resident at Autumn Glen Senior Living for a respite stay. The staff is very friendly and has been helpful when she has needed anything. So far, I would recommend them as my mother has enjoyed the variety of activities and she also says that the food is good with nice selections. She commented that she could see living there, so that's high praise.

The Residence stood out to my Dad for its modern facilities and close-knit community. But what truly made it exceptional was the staff. They didn't just know my parent's names and medications; they treated them like family and provided the kind of care I would have given if I had I lived in Florida. When Dad's health declined, Mom made the move down the hall to memory care. The staff went above and beyond to ensure both my parents were safe and comfortable. The Residence is a compassionate and welcoming community that I highly recommend.

I am currently a resident at The Peaks and everything has been great for me so far. The services, including the food, the cleaning and consistent pleasantness and patience of all the staff add up to us patients receiving top quality experience here. I believe that The Peaks is the best Assisted Living facility in Flagstaff.

My mom passed away in June but she had a great experience at timber Pines. I can't say enough about the care she got there. I know they were going through some changes and challenges, but I think all such facilities are. She was in memory care and they provided a level that's hard to find at her stage of the game. She was at times considered a two person transfer. Staff was so wonderful and caring.
