Our tour at The Commons On Marice was good. It was a beautiful facility. And the woman we worked with there was super nice.

My loves one absolutely loves it here at Autumn Glen Senior Living.

I have already recommended the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one is thrilled with the meals. There is a monthly menu for the residents to choose from, plus a side menu for the resident to choose from as well. There are large portions and fresh fruit for the residents to take advantage of. There is an ice cream cooler full of treats for the residents as well. The community was able to give us a locked-in rate for two years. There is a monthly activities calendar for the residents and families to reference. There are lots of activities to participate in. There is transportation for the residents to use to go to the store once a week. Exercise, clubs, entertainment, a pool, games, and more are some of the activities offered to the residents. I haven't seen my loved one thrive so much before here. There are lots of residents that have been there for a long time. The grounds are wonderful and next to a nature preserve. It feels like you are walking into a hotel. The Executive Director gets to know each resident personally, and the staff are wonderful, caring, and thoughtful. The maintenance team are quick to respond to requests made by the residents. Each new resident gets a personal welcome party that they can welcome up to 12 or 14 guests, and they provide the meal and beverages. They have fresh flowers that the resident or guests can take home after the welcome party. The community makes it a festive occasion each holiday that includes brunches for the family and resident.

The current manager of the property [name removed] is very good at what she does and is a very helpful asset to the community. The staff is amazing at helping you work through issues whether they are monetary or hospital stays, etc. I would recommend River Commons to others looking for independent living.

This is an easy review for me. Top-notch! Such a caring staff. [name removed] Took care of mom. She was a God send for us. Plenty of activity’s for the residents, Happy hour, malt Monday, Bingo, and a bus to take the residents out and about. I would make the same decision again. Pastor [name removed] is a great guy too. Thanks to all at The Commons who were so kind to mom.. Much Respect.

This was a nice community; however, it was too big for my loved ones and situated on a busy street.

Autumn Glen looked like a good place. I wanted to go there and had been on the waiting list for some time, but availability never came up. I loved the lady who gave the tour. I liked that it was a big community, and as you first stepped in, it was very inviting and spacious. They had a 2-bedroom that looked very nice.

My mom, who really did not want to move to assisted living at all said, "We should have done this two years ago." ??

Terracina Grand was hands down my favorite tour out of the many other places that I looked at. I absolutely love [name removed] who I worked with and all of the personnel I interacted with were great. The room that she showed me was beautiful, but there was only one entrance and I needed 2 because I had to let my dog out so that was important to me. [name removed] called numerous times after the tour even after I chose another facility to make sure I was happy and things were working out how I wanted them to.

The friendliness of the staff at Cypress Palms really stood out to our family right away, and based on our experience so far we would recommend them to other families.

This community was beautiful but a little too fancy for us. The residents and staff were also very polite and friendly.

The tour was great at this community. The community was great but there was just another community that worked out better for my loved one. The tour guide was good and was able to give me all of the information I needed about the community. We really loved this place and it was our first choice but things did not go this direction in the end.

My loved one's room is always clean. I think my loved one is in the best place possible here. They are always caring, and my loved one is well taken care of here. My loved one loves it here and really thinks everyone is very friendly. The staff are wonderful to work with if I have questions or concerns about my loved one. Some of the activities available include bingo, puzzles, trivia, balloon bat, music, and more are available to choose from. Medication management, bathing and dressing assistance are some of the care the community is able to provide. The care, all the meals, the room, utilities, changing of linens, housekeeping, transportation, and laundry are included in the monthly fee.

Beautiful community, not enough residents and felt like a morgue.

When my daughter and I moved to Florida from Colorado we soon after brought my mother out To join us. She needed assisted living and moved her to the Regal Palm. She was very happy there the food was good the staff was wonderful the residents would check on her and make sure she was good. It was just an overall good experience but it was too far from our residence so we had to move her. Even then they were extremely helpful and I just wanted to let people know they really do care

This community was very nice and clean. the only thing was that they did not have an immediate opening at the time and there was another community that did and we had a timely need with my loved one.

When the time came for me to move from my home, I visited care facilities and chose Old Main because of immediately feeling comfortable here. That feeling has only grown with a warm welcome by residents and staff who introduced me to a happy, busy life with activities I can enjoy and from which I can grow personally and form warm friendships. There is a pervasive spirit of friendship and kindness which I acted on last week when I was heading outside for a walk and saw a resident who wasn't going out and in a moment of foolishness I offered to bring back some sunshine and fresh air for her in my pocket. We shared a heartfelt laugh about that. This is Old Main.

We are so grateful for Old Main Village. It has been a perfect fit for our dad. He has built friendships with many of the residents. We are very happy with the staff and their interactions with the residents. We appreciate how interactive the administrator is with the residents.

Chandler Place has great activities. It's a friendly community, and my loved one feels very welcomed. She likes the food overall, but some things are a little overcooked, especially the fish. But they're really trying to get new meals in there. They asked for the residents' input, and they are already making new things that were suggested, which is great.

Contacted the facility. The move in coordinator was very helpful. A tour was arranged. They provided a temporary apartment on short notice. The apartment was painted and made ready on time. Staff are very approachable and kind. Facility was flexible with move in.
