We chose Autumn Glen because they were the best in the area and they were also the friendliest out of the facilities we looked at. They have various sizes of rooms, she has a medium sized one and it is good for her needs. The facility is very clean and I would recommend to others looking.

They have a five star chef here. I've had the opportunity to eat here, and it was really good. My loved one is much better being here. This has been a good experience for us. We've already recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

This community was great and the tour was great also. This community was a little more expensive and that is the only reason we did not go with this facility.

They're shorthanded and doing the best they can. For me, they're taking great care of Mom, especially since she's gone on hospice. With Covid, they're keeping the facility extremely clean. And housekeeping is doing a remarkable job keeping up with all the residents. They've shut down all activities due to Covid and are keeping residents safe in their rooms.

Our loved one is no longer at The Residence but I have to say they were fantastic. There was a lot of activities going on, and even though they had to follow the covid protocols and not let the residents out and about they made darn sure they were kept busy during the day. Even on the memory care side, they kept them so busy during the day, kept them active and interested which is huge so we really appreciated that. It is more expensive then other communities in the area, but our loved one received top notch care so it was completely worth it.

As a grand daughter West Park was my 1st experience of with watching my loved one grow older, forget things, and need more help. They taught me how to enjoy Grandma at every stage of her life. She moved in completely independent and I got to love her and enjoy my time with her until she passed. I didn't have to be a caretaker, just her grand daughter and that's the gift West Park gave me

I knew I couldn't stay alone any longer in my home and i entrusted in my daughters to chose a for me. Katella Senior Living is my new home and i wouldn't have it any other way. the staff is very caring and I have met wonderful friends. I have have extended family who comes in from out of state to see my new home and they were very pleased with the care, culture, and how comfortable and active I was.

It is so nice living at Katella Senior Living. I have an independent apartment and my happiness, privacy, and peace of mind is more than I ever imagined. Once my loved one passed away, I had no desire to be completely alone and was wanting a place with good programs and good food! Also, a place where I would feel safe and I could just be "me." I knew I couldn't stay alone any longer in my home, and I entrusted my daughter to choose a place for me. Katella Senior Living is my new home and I wouldn't have it any other way. The staff is very caring and I have met wonderful friends.

I love Katella Senior Living. My family looked at many places and choice the most charming and most comfortable. I have a bridge club and I told the group to come here first if they ever need care or seeking apartment and community living. Your food is delicious and everyone has been so helpful and kind.

I have been at Katella Senior Living for almost 9 years and this is such a terrific place to call my home. I recall quickly feeling comfortable, free to be me independently and very safe. Before I came here my family and I discussed maybe living with my daughter though I never wanted to feel tended to in that way by my children. I also did not want to be at home during each day as they worked. At Katella, I have gained so many enduring friendships and love the staff. During this pandemic, I feel especially grateful to be here as we have each other.

I haven't found anything I don't like at Katella Senior Living! I came here with my husband when he was very ill and they fulfilled all of his needs completely. He has since passed and Katella Senior Living remains my home.

I am very thankful for the experience I had with all the staff at Katella Senior Living. Anna provided me with all the necessary information I needed to make an informed decision regarding the living situation for my grandparents. She was always available to answer any of my questions and for a tour. The staff at the front desk was also helpful and friendly.

We chose The Commons on Marice because of the convenient location to where we live, the cleanliness of the facility, and the staff were so welcoming. It was just a cultural fit for my mother in law, it is very warm and comforting. The apartment sizes here are very nice. They have nice common space. Atriums, multiple outdoor spaces, a library, etc. She absolutely loves the activities here and the food has really improved since the dining room has opened. I would recommend to others looking.

The staff is amazing and know my loved ones name immediately. I'm impressed with the nursing staff but I would like to see more encouragement to participate in activities. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

My loved one has done well here. I would suggest the community to others for their loved ones. The food can be cold when delivered to the residents, in the dining room. The taste is great for my loved one, along with the service received. You have to make appointments online to see your loved ones in the community.

We have been very satisfied with the care at Katella. My mother in law is happy & well taken care of. She’s making friends and having a good time.

My fiercely independent 94 year old mother was hospitalized with acute pneumonia. After being in hospital/skilled nursing for about 6 weeks, I was told that I needed to find her another place. She was not in a good place physically or mentally; I was distraught and panicked until I started talking to one of the directors at Katella Senior Living. I don’t know what I would have done without her support. She kept reassuring me that it would be okay. As soon as there was a room available for my mom, she got her in and made sure that it was a smooth transition. For the 1st time in weeks, I was no longer in crisis mode. Since my mom has been there she has regained most of her strength and her mind is as sharp as ever. I was worried that she would be upset to be in assisted living instead of at home, but the staff at Katella Senior Living treat her with such dignity, respect and compassion that I think she feels better about herself being there. You won’t find a better place.

We had to move our grandmother into a care facility in the middle of the pandemic, which was an extra stressful and anxious process. The staff at Katella was so understanding and gracious. They went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and to welcome our grandmother. They see her as a person, as part of their family, and continue to show great care for her health and well being. I'm so thankful we found her such a wonderful environment!

We really love this community, there is not a person there who has not been helpful. Our father was only there for about a month, and we swear everyone works there are angles. Even though our father is no longer there, they have stayed very in-tune with our mother. The love and care they show her really stands out. There is so much to do there, the residents can keep as busy as they want or just relax. The food is great, and even during covid times they really did bend over backwards. We would highly recommend this community.
