My uncle has been a resident since June 2018. The staff and management have always been friendly and supportive of his needs. Transportation to medical appointments is easy and flexible. My uncle is very happy at River Commons.

River Commons is an amazing community. My mother has lived here for a year and I am so appreciative of. All the staff the work they accomplish to keep a positive, clean and festive community. There are great programs for the residents to participate in and the staff that makes this place excellent.

I have lived in River Commons for 2 years and I love my home. The staff are very caring and (name removed} the manager is amazing. I hope to stay here for a very long time.

My mother lived at River Commons for many years. The quality of life, sense of community and general atmosphere of positive support were always excellent. The surrounding grounds are beautifully and always maintained. All services, meals, and other practical matters were consistently of high quality.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very very nice tour, however we decided against it because they immediately were talking about putting our loved one into memory care and she was still physical and mentally active and with it.

We chose Autumn Glen because they were the best in the area and they were also the friendliest out of the facilities we looked at. They have various sizes of rooms, she has a medium sized one and it is good for her needs. The facility is very clean and I would recommend to others looking.

They have a five star chef here. I've had the opportunity to eat here, and it was really good. My loved one is much better being here. This has been a good experience for us. We've already recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

This community was great and the tour was great also. This community was a little more expensive and that is the only reason we did not go with this facility.

They're shorthanded and doing the best they can. For me, they're taking great care of Mom, especially since she's gone on hospice. With Covid, they're keeping the facility extremely clean. And housekeeping is doing a remarkable job keeping up with all the residents. They've shut down all activities due to Covid and are keeping residents safe in their rooms.

Our loved one is no longer at The Residence but I have to say they were fantastic. There was a lot of activities going on, and even though they had to follow the covid protocols and not let the residents out and about they made darn sure they were kept busy during the day. Even on the memory care side, they kept them so busy during the day, kept them active and interested which is huge so we really appreciated that. It is more expensive then other communities in the area, but our loved one received top notch care so it was completely worth it.

As a grand daughter West Park was my 1st experience of with watching my loved one grow older, forget things, and need more help. They taught me how to enjoy Grandma at every stage of her life. She moved in completely independent and I got to love her and enjoy my time with her until she passed. I didn't have to be a caretaker, just her grand daughter and that's the gift West Park gave me

We chose The Commons on Marice because of the convenient location to where we live, the cleanliness of the facility, and the staff were so welcoming. It was just a cultural fit for my mother in law, it is very warm and comforting. The apartment sizes here are very nice. They have nice common space. Atriums, multiple outdoor spaces, a library, etc. She absolutely loves the activities here and the food has really improved since the dining room has opened. I would recommend to others looking.

The staff is amazing and know my loved ones name immediately. I'm impressed with the nursing staff but I would like to see more encouragement to participate in activities. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

My loved one has done well here. I would suggest the community to others for their loved ones. The food can be cold when delivered to the residents, in the dining room. The taste is great for my loved one, along with the service received. You have to make appointments online to see your loved ones in the community.

We really love this community, there is not a person there who has not been helpful. Our father was only there for about a month, and we swear everyone works there are angles. Even though our father is no longer there, they have stayed very in-tune with our mother. The love and care they show her really stands out. There is so much to do there, the residents can keep as busy as they want or just relax. The food is great, and even during covid times they really did bend over backwards. We would highly recommend this community.

I found The Commons on Marice to be very pleasant, and clearly much more high-end than other places we viewed. Their tour had a much more professional feel to it. The community felt not impersonal, just maybe more detached simply because the scale was larger. In the end, it was more high-end than would have made my loved one comfortable. But it was a lovely place, and they did a very professional job.

This is the best place and we are so glad we chose Village Senior for our mom. The staff are all so gracious and kind and go out of their way to say hi and see if we need anything every time we visit mom. The place just feels so good and lively!

[name removed]did a great job of showing us the facility and apartments. The facility was very deluxe with lots of natural light and nice open areas. The dining rooms, including the private dining, were very nice. The apartments had granite countertops throughout, with well designed large bathrooms. Can stay in apartments when transition from Independent to Assisted Living.
