I have already recommended the community to others. The overall atmosphere and the quality of the administrative and building. The food is average to good. The restaurant isn't open for all meals due to the pandemic. Lunch is the only time and the food is better than when food is delivered to the room. They are making progress.

The staff members at the community are very friendly, they were extremely helpful at getting our loved one into their facility in the most comfortable way possible.

They do offer a lot of activities, but because of the virus they have not been able to have any. We would recommend this community to others.

We chose The Commons on Marice because it was a very clean and friendly atmosphere. They also accept medicaid should my mom run out of money. The room sizes here are quite large compared to others that we looked into. For the most part the food is very good, they are chef prepared meals off of menus. I would tell others that it is a very safe and comfortable place for residents. I would recommend.

My mom fell in love with Emerland springs when we toured it. She was able to get into a one bedroom and they had remodeled it right before she moved in so it was very nice and updated. The grounds the facility is on is very beautiful, it is set far away from the main road which is nice. She did love the food here, they were fresh chef prepared meals and they take your order, they served it restaurant style. They have a shuttle so they were able to take my mom to and from her medical appointments, she had dementia and they could schedule someone to ride with her as well. I would 100% recommend.

We chose Garden Ridge because her father lived here before and had a great experience. The apartment sizes are nice. I have eaten here once and the food was really good. The best part about this community has been the activities and the places that they took them before COVID. The staff members have been very helpful and communicative with what is going on inside of the facility. I would definitely recommend the community.

My dad lived at Chandler Place for a short time before he passed. I couldn't have asked for better care for him!! The staff is the BEST I have ever seen!! They truly care about each and every resident!!! I would recommend Chandler Place to anyone!!! It is a VERY special place!

When you enter the community is it so luxurious it feels like you are walking into a luxury hotel. The decor makes you feel like you are in a little European village. The facility is beautiful. The great room has a domed ceiling, a stage with a baby grand piano, an aviary that is so peaceful to watch, two puzzle tables, and a neat little kids corner for the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. There is a big emphasis on mobility and activities. They actually offer a boxing exercise class that is specifically targeted for residents with Parkinson's. In the great room they have concerts and guest speakers, and big church services. They also have a separate small chapel for other religious services. They have a billiard room, a snack shop, and offer happy hour. Another nice feature is that they have a few different rooms families can reserve for gatherings. They have a post office and banking services in the community as well. This is really the place to be!

We are so grateful that we chose the Amethyst Arbor as my mom's new home. [Name removed] provided multiple tours to assure that our family members were all comfortable and all of our questions were answered. He was very kind and patient. Everyone involved with my mom's move in were wonderful. Unfortunately, my dad was hospitalized and diagnosed with metastatic cancer on the scheduled move in day. He died 2 1/2 wks later. All of the staff was very compassionate and attentive to my mom while my dad was dying and after. Our whole family got to spend time at the Amethyst and were all so impressed with how lovely our mom's apartment is and how beautiful the common areas are and how wonderful the staff is. Everything is bright and cheerful and homey! The grounds are so beautiful with flowering bushes and grass. The whole place is immaculate and never has bad odors. There are so many helpful services. It has been such a huge assistance and relief to our family. My mother is kept safe. The dining room is lovely and the meals are very good. The service is excellent. The residents seem happy and well cared for. I hear all of the staff calling the residents by their names. My mother receives continuous competent and loving care. She feels very safe and we have confidence in the very efficient staff. Everybody is so helpful and loving. I am a nurse and have very high standards. I am totally impressed with everything! Every medical professional I have spoken to who knows the Amethyst has nothing but positive feedback. Most of all, my mom is happy with her new home!

Very Nice Great Activities

My parents moved in on [date removed] and our family is so happy with their apartment and all the amenities. [Name removed] was such a pleasure to work with. My dad loves it there and mom is adjusting. They moved out of a huge house but she says she likes it now. My siblings and I are so relieved to have them in a safe place. We have a Christmas party to go to tomorrow so they were excited to have us come to that.

My parents started at Timber Pines in an Assisted Living apartment, but after my mother died, dad had to be moved to the memory care unit, Pearl Gardens. While this place is top notch in terms of beauty and amenities, what makes Timber Pines most stellar is their staff: these folks are the most loving and caring people you'll ever meet. They loved and cared for my parents as though they were their own. I simply couldn't recommend them more. Thank you, Timber Pines... you all are amazing!

Beautiful grounds and all of the residents seemed very happy. The apartments are large and with good sized windows and nice patios overlooking the grounds.

[Name removed] was welcoming, professional, knowledgeabley and thorough in learning about my mother, touring the facility and answering my questions. Though large, the environment felt warm and homey, with a professional staff available to care for my mother's needs.

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff is attentive and amazing. The food is delicious and there is a great variety. The Healthcare center was a great experience as well. Its great to know my loved one could come back home from the hospital and rehab. She was able to visit her pets. Just all around great place. Views to die for.

My Grandma lived here for two years. The staff was amazing in every way. My grandmother was well taken care of by the Caregivers. They were quick and attentive. The Nurse on Assisted living side was helpful and easy to contact. She got back to us quickly. The food was delicious. It is really hard to appease all the seniors with so many dining rooms and different tastes acquired from world travel by the residents. The executive director was great and helpful. She was able to answer all our questions and help with billing questions. Lastly, My grandmother finished her life at the Health care center located in this building. This side was so wonderful. The nurses sang to her daily and the CNA's were extremely polite and helpful. The Whole place is a hidden diamond among the pines at the bottom of the Peaks. Great Views and friendly staff!
