Friendly helpful staff, cleanliness, beautiful facility surrounded by trees and a nature walk, dining room has white linen table clothes and fresh cut flowers daily, swimming pool, salon and a bistro that always has fresh fruit and ice cream bars coffee and teas, exercise room, large beautiful full kitchen apartments, maintenance is always fast if needed, live music to entertain residents and their guests, beautiful library, happy hour every Wednesday, weekly trips to nearby stores provided to residents, bingo, games puzzles and cards. Clubs to join if you like. Small store for necessities. Wonderful loving care for their residents and a friendly staff. Cost was better than many other facilities we looked at.

My family and loved one had a great experience with Emerald Springs. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They make the family and your loved one feel at home. There are activities and meals provided to the residents. Overall this has been a wonderful experience for us, and we would recommend the community to others. In addition the meals are very good with multiple things to choose from at each meal. This the 4th Sr Living Facility I have been involved with and it is far and away the best.

I've told many other people about the great activities, and the great care my mom is receiving. Every time I've been there, the staff has been extremely sweet and helpful. As I was moving her things in, one of the staff stopped her break to come in to help. A number of people have expressed interest in the commons. Unfortunately, the commons have limited waivers. Many of the people I've spoken to require waivers to be able to afford the care.

Everything is a 5! My dad is very well taken care of here. I never have to worry about him. They call me right away if he is sick. I have yet to walk past anyone that works there that don't say hello witch a smile on their face. Love this place for my dad! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Emerald Springs Senior Living to other families.

Overall it was a great experience for me and my mom loves living there. The main reason we chose Regal Palms over others we saw was because of the way the facility was set up (all under one roof), friendliness of staff and residents. They also had updated units. I would recommend this community to others looking.

We picked this community, because of the location, convenience, and friendly staff. They were great. The residents and staff are very friendly and absolutely lovely. I would recommend to other families.

When we walked into Residence at Timber Pines, we knew almost immediately that it was the right place for her. The residents were happy, the staff were all happy, it was well cared for and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and the facilities are beautiful. The activities provided are great, my loved one would just like to see more of them.

Our family had an in person tour with Cypress Palms and we thought the tour experience was excellent and would of been acceptable for our loved one. We just decided to go with another community because of the location, the price and the aesthetics.

They were great but those patient ratios in those places are rough & they need more help. There were several mornings where my uncle was found outside, wandering around, looking for his car & that should've never happened

Our family had an in person tour with Arbor Ridge and our tour guide was great, but if we do recall correctly, the admissions processes was difficult to navigate through with our loved ones low income. However we did like how close this community was to us

I have been very happy with the food, activities, and care my grandfather has been provided at The Residence At Timber Pines. It has been a lovely place for him to live.

5 stars for all questions. Caviat on #5 (Food). I was unimpressed with the restaurant but my mom put on 10 lbs. in 6 weeks so they're doing something right. My mom loves them. I've only had 3 days of interaction with Terracina Grand, but the staff seems very caring and my mom is content and optimistic. I credit Terracina helping her with peace of mind.

We picked this community, because of the location close to Sun City where my Mothers friends are, cost was reasonable, size of rooms, excellent staff & office members, and many other reasons. They have gone over and beyond anything my Mother or myself have ever requested from them. They are an excellent organization!! Excellent staff, excellent workers, makes me comfortable having my Mother there and knowing the care she gets!!

They did a nice job. The interaction with the staff was good. We picked this community because we toured several times, and it had what we needed for my spouse. They offer activities, such as; group exercise classses, sing alongs and they have different people that come in. My loved one is no longer at the community. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

I am very pleased with the Inn on Westport - they have met my every request, they are always friendly and willing to help. My mother is more active and busy than she has been in years. She looks forward to the numerous activities offered and is always complimentary about the food.

The facility is aesthetically very pleasing - but it is VERY expensive. When touring, it looked like the independent living and assisted living were kind of combined. I would tell others touring just to make sure to set up some time to speak with the residents who live there and get their honest feedback.

I really like Autumn Glen for my brother. He's settling in quite well. The staff is some of the best I've seen. They care about the residents. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others looking.

Westpark Village is a great place. The staff and everybody there has been great. Know that the place is what your loved one chooses to make of it. If they choose to take part in the activities, there's a lot to do. And the staff take very good care of their residents.

They were a little bite sad. The surroundings were okay the greeter was nice but the people were not very friendly. No hellos just looks.

They have a lot of activities, and the people are very friendly. The medical / nursing staff stay on top of everything. Sometimes she doesn't care for the food, but that comes down to personal preference. The unit is suitable for her, and she's as independent as she can be. They do a good job helping when needed but allowing her to remain independent where she can be.
