Experience has been nothing but positive. Dad absolutely loves the people, services, activities, and staff. He is fitting in better than expected.This community was chosen because of their amazing atrium, the staff, and the proximity to needed services, hospital and me.

Excellent, high quality housing and staff - my father-in-law is very happy there. Food, amenities - care - all of it; from [name removed] (in charge of first impressions) to the overall management.... very friendly and accommodating, wanting to make each person's experience individualized to their needs..... wonderful, caring, and qualified beyond words - to take great care of our loved ones!!

The ability to have autonomy and privacy while knowing the next level of care is always available if the time comes. I would recommend Chandler Place to others.

The facility is decorated very nicely with a couple of dining rooms. You see the staff up and down the hallways, always smiling & say hi, they know many by name. The people decorate for many holidays.

Their flexibility to address individual needs really sticks out--- don't be afraid to ask for what you need. The main reasons we chose Commons on Marice was due to the flexibility, cost and location! Reasonable to not have a month minimum! Kindness! Only issue we had was shower did not work first two days.

Recommended by a friend whose husband had been there. I am extremely happy with Terracina Grand. [name removed] is well taken care of and the place is always clean and the workers are so friendly and nice.

What our family likes the most about the Autumn Glen Senior Living community is the bright and cheery atmosphere it has. Very friendly and accommodating! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Garden Ridge provided very good care for my father who passed away after being at this facility for just a couple of months. I was very grateful for the support provided during a very difficult time. They were very compassionate and we had very good communication between the family and the staff. The facility is very pretty and my father loved his apartment. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

What we like the most about The Inn on Westport community are the meals that are prepared, the different activities they have going on for the residents and the socialization aspect. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families and already have!

my mother has been in there for over 4 years and a couple of month ago iy was suggested that she should be in the memory care unit. in the fort years in assisted living she had her SS check and thats all and we have been paying the rest out of pocket. we are both in our late 70.s and paying [removed] a month for assisted living, but now in memory care which is [removed] a month we have to pay [removed] a month which will break us in 16 months. We asked the administration if after three years of being a resident there was there any way to cut us a break on the rent and care so we could keep mom in the vacility longer three years ago when you were pleading with people to come to your facility during covert 19 you gave a lifetrime rent of $[removed] again FOR LIFE it was never explained that it didnt hold true if you moved to another unit in the same building on the same floor. We are looking to get a break for a women who has been there for 3 yrs and probably for her life

Friendly helpful staff, cleanliness, beautiful facility surrounded by trees and a nature walk, dining room has white linen table clothes and fresh cut flowers daily, swimming pool, salon and a bistro that always has fresh fruit and ice cream bars coffee and teas, exercise room, large beautiful full kitchen apartments, maintenance is always fast if needed, live music to entertain residents and their guests, beautiful library, happy hour every Wednesday, weekly trips to nearby stores provided to residents, bingo, games puzzles and cards. Clubs to join if you like. Small store for necessities. Wonderful loving care for their residents and a friendly staff. Cost was better than many other facilities we looked at.

My family and loved one had a great experience with Emerald Springs. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They make the family and your loved one feel at home. There are activities and meals provided to the residents. Overall this has been a wonderful experience for us, and we would recommend the community to others. In addition the meals are very good with multiple things to choose from at each meal. This the 4th Sr Living Facility I have been involved with and it is far and away the best.

I've told many other people about the great activities, and the great care my mom is receiving. Every time I've been there, the staff has been extremely sweet and helpful. As I was moving her things in, one of the staff stopped her break to come in to help. A number of people have expressed interest in the commons. Unfortunately, the commons have limited waivers. Many of the people I've spoken to require waivers to be able to afford the care.

Everything is a 5! My dad is very well taken care of here. I never have to worry about him. They call me right away if he is sick. I have yet to walk past anyone that works there that don't say hello witch a smile on their face. Love this place for my dad! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Emerald Springs Senior Living to other families.

Overall it was a great experience for me and my mom loves living there. The main reason we chose Regal Palms over others we saw was because of the way the facility was set up (all under one roof), friendliness of staff and residents. They also had updated units. I would recommend this community to others looking.

We picked this community, because of the location, convenience, and friendly staff. They were great. The residents and staff are very friendly and absolutely lovely. I would recommend to other families.

When we walked into Residence at Timber Pines, we knew almost immediately that it was the right place for her. The residents were happy, the staff were all happy, it was well cared for and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and the facilities are beautiful. The activities provided are great, my loved one would just like to see more of them.

Our family had an in person tour with Cypress Palms and we thought the tour experience was excellent and would of been acceptable for our loved one. We just decided to go with another community because of the location, the price and the aesthetics.
