Since we place my mom there we have noticed a slight turnover in staffing. The current staff is professional, kind and very welcoming. Mom seems to generally like the food there has been a few bumps since the staff has changed. The housekeeping is doing a good job whether it been in my mom's room or in the common areas everything is kept very clean. She does go and play bingo which my mom enjoys very much.

The people we met during our tour were nice and the community looked clean. This community allows pets and they seem to offer some nice activities. The community we chose was just a little closer to family.

My love ones are doing pretty well since their move to this community. It has been a tough adjustment, but I know they are in good hands. The staff is good, they are taking good care of them, and their needs. The issue I'am having at the moment is some medication billing issues, hopefully they can correct the problem. Other than issue everything else is working out pretty well. They do go job with the maintenance around the facility, everything is very well maintained. This is community is working out well for my love ones so far, and I would recommend to my friends.

My mother needed assistance physically & with issues related to dementia. Harbor Chase helped out when the family needed to make a decision quickly for my mother's care.

My parents are doing well since their move to this community. I'am comfortable with their move to this community, and everything is working out well. The community is nice, and clean when I visit. They provide good meals, and they have tired some of the activities they have available. The staff is taking good care of my parents, and their needs. This is a community I would recommend.

We had a good tour of this community. We toured it for my father in law, and his needs. Everything went well. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. It was a nice experience overall, but we did find another community that suited our needs better.

We really liked this community when mom stayed in the independent living area. They have two tall buildings. They offered activities every minute of the day. She made friends while she was there. The community is beautiful and the staff were nice. They offer great food. The memory care area of this community was just a little more expensive than what we were looking for.

When I toured The Fountains, I thought it was too big for me. Also, it was priced a bit high, and I got a bigger room for the same price at another community.

Unfortunately my mother has since passed, but she really did enjoy her time here at this community. I was comfortable with her move to this facility. I knew she was safe, and in good hands overall. This is a nice community.

The staff at this community where very friendly to my loved one and I during our of the facility. They made sure to give us a detail look there property and provide us with lots of great information of everything they had to offer. The floor plan was open and had a wide hall way for all the residents. It was just not the right location in the end decision for my mother.

This is a true assisted living (licensed) facility. It was very nice, clean and bright. The staff seemed warm and caring, and the residents appeared happy and were friendly. Much higher levels of care available here with more supervision and care, as needs arise.

I like it but just doesn't have the appeal of another nearby community. Also it is an older facility, but private (woods on three sides).

I have no complaints about the care that my grandmother has been receiving. All of the staff have been great and accommodated her needs as best as they could. We as a family are very pleased and would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

It has been an adjustment process for my father with his move to this community. Overall I'am satisfied with his move to this community. They are providing him with good care. The staff is good, they have been kind, and friendly. The only issue he has had is that they are having problems installing a phone in his room. Also there is concern with the help cord, and responding time from the staff. There are activities offered for the residents when they are ready to participate. The meals are okay, but they do take a while to serve the residents. Overall I do feel he is safe, and in good hands at this community. It is a community I would recommend

My wife's 93 year old father did not want to leave the home he has lived in since 1960. We wanted to get him in a place closer to us (he was 1.5 hours away) that we hoped he would enjoy. Deepwood Estates has been a blessing. It is clean; it offers a variety of programs daily; it has a nice selection of food at each meal; and its staff is caring, responsive.

Mom has has been working through her adjustment stage and she is pleased with the community. I liked that it is new and upscale in this area. I would move in myself! The food is good from what I have tasted. The ladies that work here are pleasant and caring. It has been a good experience and I would recommend them to someone else or my friends.

Staff were helpful and friendly. We are looking for a larger apartment. Wall paint in the apartment was drab and unappealing.

My loved one liked this community when they visited. The people were nice and the community looked clean. This community offers transportation and they allow pets.

The people here are just fabulous to my friend and he really likes it here. The community is clean and neat and the facility is really laid out nicely. My friend also likes that he is next to family. [Removed] has been great all the way.

Nice place $6000 a month was beyond my means.
