The staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping needs improvement... especially carpet throughout. Needs to be replaced with something easier to clean. The elevator needs cleaned also. A second elevator would be ideal since there's only one.

The staff is attentive and friendly, the food has been great. The overall dining experience has been of restaurant quality. Staff are constantly cleaning the common areas. Staff changes sheets and does light cleaning weekly. The apartment is lovely. It has been newly renovated. The Floorplan features a raised ceiling giving it a feeling of spaciousness. The closet space is somewhat small. The only drawback is that as the last unit on the wing, the internet doesn't work because it is too far from the router. We are still trying to come up with a solution. There is on site OT/PT available as well as in-home health care. Both are provided by independent companies but they bill health insurance. Most health needs can be met in home...x-rays, bloodwork, urinalysis, visits by a nurse practitioner.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They are renovations the rooms and they look great. Location looked very clean and the outside is definitely something that will attract people to their location.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They make my mom feel very comfortable there. In the beginning, we had a few issues but they worked quickly to resolve them. They seem to truly care about our concerns.

With the cleanliness, the carpets need to be replaced on each floor. However, what we like the most about the community is the The curb appeal. Dustin was great to work with from initial tour to move in. 5% veterans discount. Short term lease. Weekly housekeeping. 3 meals. Daily activities. Assign a person at move in to show the new tenant around

I sent an email to the manager in reference to an issue with the way my friend was charged prior to her moving there . Received no response --I considered that very unprofessional.

What we like the most about the community is the cleanliness and attractiveness of the facility, caring staff, good food. Also, they don't ignore residents, staff very attentive. Keeps me informed if medical issue promptly.

The facility itself is very nice. The staff there is great. The dining I would rate as fair, since the food is only fair and service takes a while but they are putting some new things in place to improve the food and speed up service.

They are under renovations right now. Quite a disruption. Holidays were a mess, not much help in the kitchen. Hopefully things will get better!

Management & staff are friendly, helpful, courteous and hard working, double.

Elevator inadequate and parking is scarce. Hopefully that elevator and parking problems will be solved

It has filled my mother's need for companionship, meals, safe environment and comfort. My only concerns are there is only one elevator that services the whole building. Her room was fully renovated before moving in but has a few maintenance needs and we have had a hard time communicating with staff concerning these needs. Also, being an independent facility, there are no staff or any security on premises after 7pm. I do feel it was the best choice for our mother and have no regrets in choosing NM. The staff is very considerate, attentive, friendly and helpful. There has been a total renovation of the building since she moved in. Staff changes often but services always adequate.

While faculty and staff are friendly, once a resident, requests for maintenance/housekeeping are slow to be completed. It appears the facility is short staffed. Also, menu is changed regularly with substitutions and food is not consistently of quality. Some days food is excellent and served hot, other times is cold.

Silver Creek located near Encompass Rehab Facility. If one of us was in rehab, the other could walk over. Building was pleasant. What I missed was the following: 1. No Art Room. 2. Not enough parking. 3. A rehab room, but no fitness room. 4. Theater too small. We appreciated the tour.

I think DeepWoods is a good place for [name removed]. The staff is friendly and caring plus they have a wonderful Activities Director who sets an upbeat tone and has a way to make everyone feel welcome. They've had a problem keeping staff to clean but that has as improved as they are under new management. I've arranged home health care to. I would highly recommend DeepWoods.

We loved the Blake. My dad passed away but the Blake was a blessing. The people there cared about him and he acclimated well there, despite some transfer trauma. Some of them came and visited him in the hospital and came to his funeral. I am grateful for the care he received and I would recommend the Blake to anyone looking for a memory care facility for their loved one.

They need to do better on transportation. My dad died and I had a device close so his friends could attend but they did not have a driver for the bus. A lot of them were upset because they couldn't attend with out transportation. Would recommend. Nice caring staff. Good food. Well kept, clean. Good value for the money. It is independent living but they have resources if additional help is needed.

The staff is open to listening to the concerns of the residents and their families. And they work to resolve them.

They are short handed right now. Today, I sent a(representative for moms place ) a couple place to look at. My mom needs more assisted they can give her. The people, atmosphere, and the price is why we chose this community.
