My mother lived at the Fountains several years ago. She started out in Independent living and then went to assisted living. I was the visiting her much of the time. The service is excellent. The people are very friendly and caring. They have every service a person could want or need. I am now considering moving the for Independent living. [Removed].

I went on a tour here and the staff was nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions. This was a beautiful place. But this wasn't a good fit for my dad he is bedridden and they couldn't meet his needs. They offered a lot of activities. I would recommend families tour many communities first before making a decision.

Very nice, clean facility. Many options of things to do on the premises. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The residents we came across seemed happy and “at home”. We gave this property serious consideration for my dad.

I went on a tour here and the staff was nice and friendly. [Removed] answered all of my questions he was great. It looked and smelled clean. They couldn't meet moms needs. I would tell families to do their research before choosing a community.

I’ve been very pleased with this wonderful establishment and how they treat my Mom. Everyone is friendly, caring, and it’s beautiful. The food is delicious and there are a lot of options to choose from. It’s very well balanced, the lunches are wonderful, but the dinners are on the lighter side. The director is wonderful and the nurse is just fabulous. They’re currently getting activities up and running but there aren’t a lot of participants just yet. However, they’ll have entertainers come in to sing, there are field trips, and the residents can play bingo. I highly recommend them.

Sunrise at Siegen is fantastic. The people at Sunrise have been so good to my mother, and I can't say enough good things about them. Both the staff and the residents are friendly and happy, and they've really adopted my mother. The food is very good here, and I love that they have several little dining areas set up that are like being in restaurants. They have a drink bar with water, coffee, tea, juice, and fruit available all day. The community itself is cheerful, bright, and clean with fantastic decorating. This place is like walking into someone's home. It isn't at all like an institution. We have been so satisfied that Sunrise is working so well for us, and I feel that it is worth every penny.

I toured this facility when I was trying to find a place for my mother-in-law and it was the nicest place I’ve gone. They have a lot of activities, and I don’t know all of them, but I do know they have bingo every evening at 6. There’s a whole list of things to do and I know that I, personally, wouldn’t mind living there. My interaction with the staff was limited but they seemed easy to talk to. [Removed], the lady that gave me the tour, was just learning everything when I met her so I think she has a little bit to go. The place is very clean, there’s a big porch with rockers outside, and it’s really the best I’ve seen. It wasn’t dark and didn’t smell musty; it had a good fresh air smell inside.

Best so far. Lovely facility. The right features and care. Affordable 1 bedroom. Moves to top of list. Still need to see Lakehouse West before making final decision. We have followup appt with my Mother joining us on Dec 20 @ 4pm.

[Removed] was wonderful! Dad didn’t want to make a decision immediately so he would lose out on the wonderful unit which I loved. And he wanted to be closer to us.

This is a preliminary review. We moved our 91-yr-old parents to a two-room apartment at the Inn three days before Hurricane Irma hit in early September. We could not have been happier with the care they got. Storm prep and communications from management were superior. So far, facility is very nice, food is excellent, and staff members are attentive and friendly. The facts that the Inn has medical personnel on site 24/7, allows pets, has a great pool, and has spacious and lovely grounds were major factors in our selection of this facility over newer and fancier locatons. So far, so good!

Amazing. The place is beautiful the rooms are very nice. The food menu is the best I have seen so far. Great choices. Like eating in a restaurant. That I think would be very important to seniors. I spoke with [Removed]and she was very friendly and helpful. I also spoke with a few of the residents and they had only good things to say about it. The only issue I had was with the $3300 for the one-time community fee. We may not be able to do that.

The care from this community. The staff is caring and attentive. I like knowing that the community is clean. The menu is good with a lot of choices. They are activities that are helpful for the residents. We would recommend this community for the care and the value for other families and there loved ones.

My mother in law seems to enjoy living at The fountains. The entire staff are friendly and we have good communication. She loves the food and they offer a lot of activities. They even went on a boat to watch the eclipse. The community is very clean and this is one of the things we liked most about the community. I would recommend this community.

She is on cloud nine. I haven't seen her this happy since I was a kid. The staff is wonderful and very easy to communicate with any questions or concerns. If I email them they return my emails immediately. The atmosphere is so warm and friendly. The food is great they pick what they want to eat. If they want something else the chef will go out of his way to prepare it. The chef is there to please. On the weekends she gets to lead the activities. The residents asked her to set up a prayer group to pray for the hurricane victims; it is like a huge extended family. They make me and my family feel so welcome that we are a part of that family. Outdoors there is a patio with a beautiful fountain where they have activities and bands come in to entertain. They schedule trips and have a huge van that accommodates wheel chairs to go shopping and other excursions. We couldn't be more pleased with how she is thriving at The Blake at Carnes Crossroads.

We like the care at this community. The staff is nice and always helpful with her needs. The community is clean and we like knowing that she is cared for nicely. The menu is good and they offer a nice variety. We like knowing that they are trying to get her involved with the activities with the other residents. We would recommend the care and value to other families. I like that this community is close to home.

We toured this community for care. We liked the staff who were friendly.and able to answer the questions on the care. The menu looked appealing. They offer a lot of good activities for the residents. The community seemed to have a nice environment. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

Dogwood Terrace so far is a wonderful place for my mom. She is back to her old self again. It is in a beautiful setting and close to my home. It is very warm and inviting and [Removed] was just wonderful in getting us settled in. The staff is just great, very helpful and caring. I have dined with my mom there and the food is very good. They do have excursions for the resident to go shopping and Dr. appointments but they do not have a van equipped for wheelchairs and my mom is in a wheelchair so she cannot partake in the outings. Other than that, I would highly recommend Dogwood Terrace to friends and family.

We toured this community for care.We liked the staff and the cleanliness. The menu was appealing and they had a nice variety. They offer activities for the residents. They did not have a physical care on staff at night if needed.We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved.

We like the care at this community. The staff are nice and caring to the needs that are requested. They offer a nice variety of meals and they are activities and my mom likes that she is able to go and have her hair done on site. We would recommend the good care and value of this community to other families.
