They have done a very impressive job keeping the residents safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. The staff does well with communication from management. The front desk staff could be a little more courteous, however. We are overall happy with the care.

As far as I know, the community is usually clean. All the staff pitches in, no one has ever said, "no that's not my job". The executive director was there during Thanksgiving helping and if we call and ask a question, someone will get you an answer without any complaints or push-back. My dad does have some memory issues and sometimes has indicated previously that it does take a minute for the staff to respond to his alert button. They do offer activities like bingo available for the residents to participate in, although my father doesn't always engage because of his own personal situation. We do feel Cottage Landing is mostly a good value for the price. We have been very happy with them so far and feel my father is in the best place he can be.

The community is always very clean and they have had cleaning crews come in and sanitize everything. Everybody at the community is friendly and treat my parents with dignity. They are so good with both of them. They have done a great job with the Covid-19 pandemic and have been very communicative and transparent with us about what they are doing to protect the residents. Previous to the pandemic, they would take the residents off-community for trips, which my mother really enjoyed. Definitely a good value for the care that they are offering. I would recommend Sunrise to anyone!

The care has been really good at Deepwood Estates. My parents have had a good experience there. They have met so many good people in the community, both staff and residents. They have been happy with the food, There are always good options and variety offered. They have lots of activities each day and they have been good. The building and grounds are well maintained and often upgraded. We chose this community for its location as it is close to our family, my parents doctors, and shopping that they are familiar with. We always chose for the cost as we feel you get a lot for the money. We like that they offer all of the services my parents need in one building.

Every time we go before or after meals, we always see the staff cleaning. My mother's room is always clean and tidy and the bed is always made. There are never any bad smells! The staff is very friendly. My mother has gotten close with a couple of them in particular and they always recognize me when I visit. The care provided is very good. They also have various activities available for the residents like hair salons or bingo or crossword puzzles. We feel Sunrise is a great value. We pay less for this community than we did for her previous one and the level of care is greater.

Having man at the Regency House is one of the best choices we could have made. With COVID-19 situation. I feel that the Regency House is the place for my mom. I know they are doing everything in their power to keep my mom safe. Thank you for helping my mom feel safe, comfortable, and engaged.

Out of the communities we toured we liked Washington Commons the best. [Name removed], the sales person, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We got to watch the Virtual Tour that was sent to us. The community has spacious rooms, friendly staff, and the residents seem happy there.

A great place for Dad. He has lived here for about 1 year. He is very happy - which makes all the family very happy! Especially during this Covid-19 crisis, he is feeling very safe and well taken care of. Staff are very personable and the nurses station is in constant communication with me. The main entrance and common spaces are beautiful - like living in a 5-star hotel. I couldn't ask for more...

They are really good at keeping things clean. I have a good relationship with the staff, they are very friendly. The residents are very friendly and helpful and welcoming to new people. Most of the residents are very happy at Smoky Springs, it is a good place to live.

Sunrise at Webb Gin is a wonderful place for your loved ones. My mother has been there for almost four years and I have many opportunities to participate in their programs and have enjoyed every one. Everyone I have met has been kind thoughtful and caring. They are always looking out for their residents and I never have to worry about my mom.

Sunrise @ Buckhead was fabulous. The staff was loving and caring for my father. Most of the employees were long time caregivers at this location. They were very informative in all aspects of my dad's care until the day he passed away. I can honestly say that he passed with some loving people. Even though we were not allowed to visit because of the Coronavirus his last days, the staff comforted me by keeping the family informed on a daily basis. Sunrise @ Buckhead is a very classy place to have your loved one if they are in a situation where they can't be alone. Thanks to all of the staff.

Very nice place, more spacious than most and the price is better than the others. Very nice and up to date.

Enjoyed meeting [name removed] for the first time (have spoken on the phone a few times). I like the layout. The semi private rooms would work for us. The dining room layout is quite good. Some issues with ease of getting to the facility, i.e., traffic patterns on GA 141 make entry to facility "tricky." In addition, not much visitor parking.

We couldn’t have found a more friendly and accommodating place for my sister. She is really enjoying her stay there.... in my ratings I rated the care services a 5 because the was no way to indicate that we had not used them yet.

Wonderful facility filled with caring, friendly staff. Everyone is willing to go the extra mile to help fit the needs of the residents. Food is well prepared, apartments are sufficiently large to provide space but not wasted space. The major selection factor was the way the set up individual care.....great option when you don't want to spend massive amounts of money for small amounts of care. This place welcomes those who stay here, as members of their home...unlike other locations where it resembles staying in a hotel.

Personnel were very nice and friendly, the tour and facilities were very nice.

I just don't have adequate words to describe how great this place, the staff and the residents are. My Dad was being moved out of the hospital with short notice and we had no place for him to go. We had been talking to [names removed] at Smoky Springs about a possible lease for Dad in the previous weeks. When Dad was in crisis with no place to go we called Smoky Springs. [name removed] told me to bring him and we could work out the details later. [Name removed] took him in and made him comfortable in the guest suite until we could work out the details. Such a relief for us to know he was safe. My Dad's health deteriorated before he could get into his permanent room and he had to be re admitted to the hospital. He was at Smoky Springs for only 7 days and you could see a difference in his face being around people and the staff at SS. The staff really cares at SS and they made my Dad feel like he was welcome and part of their family immediately. Dad passed away yesterday but his last days were good ones thanks to caring people like those he encountered during his stay. [Name removed] and staff we cant thank you enough for your kindness we will never forget it.
