I have lived at Deepwood Estates for 10 years. I am proud to say this is my home. The staff is amazing. The community has beautiful gardens and walking path. Activities range from arts and crafts, painting, gardening, singing, exercising, and more. I would recommend this community for your loved one. Must see!!

My family was fortunate enough to find the caring and amazing community. My mother was at another community and she was very unhappy. I haven't seen my mother this happy in a very long time. The food is great and the community has non-stop activities. The residents are friendly and fun to be around. Everyone knows each other by name and the management staff goes above and beyond for all residents. -Must see!!

Very nice, caring community with just enough oversight to keep things running well and also know what might be to the liking of the community and to the individuals there. an activity bus that not only caters to specific locations, but additional as interest has been specified.

the staff at Haywood Estates are exemplary. I know my mom is being taken care of. Haywood has become " A one stop shop" because all of my mom's needs are taken care of. I'm a happy Camper too!

Exceptional! The staff is very committed to helping residents live better lives. A wonderful experience at meeting residents needs and problems with a swift and appropriate resolution. This is just not a beautiful place to stay this is my home!

The staff @ Haywood go above and beyond for their residents. They always know how everyone is and genuinely care about everyone at the facility. We love partnering with Haywood and send referrals to them over other facilities.

My Sister and I just moved our mom here and so far it is wonderful!!!! My mom keeps telling me that she is very happpy here. She says that she feels like she is on a cruise everyday!!! The staff are wonderful and very helpful. They have a ton of activites for the residence to do. I don't think anyone could get bored at Regency House! The food is also wonderful. My sister goes to see my mom on the weekends just to eat there!!!

The first thing about Silver Creek you appreciate is the cooperation extended to you and your family in getting the assessment done and making sure things are set-up and running. Yes, there will be a lot of adjustments from your end, for your loved one, and also for facility staff but the key is to keep the communication flowing and the staff at Silver Creek -- starting with [name removed] the director -- all are very resident-centric and are willing to make time to address any questions or concerns. Patience is indeed a virtue however there really is a team approach at Silver Creek which gives you great peace of mind. Surrounding the care and services is the environment, and for that I could not think of a better place -- it's clean, there's plenty to do every day and there's a range of menu options all to keep boredom at bay. My family was very grateful for my mother's stay at SC, and our only regret is that she did not have more time there.

Mom, because of her dementia, needed to move from living independently at home. We searched everywhere, looking to find a secure, friendly environment that would stretch her savings until long-term care was needed. After exhaustive research, we found Haywood Estates. Great location, attractive facility layout and an upbeat, caring staff. The dining room serves 3 hot meals with cloth napkins every day. Mom has lived at Haywood Estates now for 11 months. She is eating well, has made friends and is content. We couldn't ask for more.

I have toured Haywood EST and I was very impressed with the staff and the community as a whole. It was very active and the residents all seemed to love where they live.

I currently am a resident of Haywood Estates for 5 months now. The reason I am here is because of the sales person [Name removed] our relationship was formed over a year of her keeping me posted of apartments that became available for my needs. Whenever I had a question she made herself available to answer my concerns. It impressed me how she knew all residents by name and made sure she introduced me to residents that are now my good friends. I enjoy the outings, restaurants, plays and companion ship of others of my age group. There is always something to do to keep us busy, happy and engaged.

I moved from another community to the Regency House and it has been the best move I've made in a long time. The community is so warming and the staff are really great. Everyday you are welcomed by everyone you see. The activities are offered all day, so there is something to do al the time. If you or your loved one would like a safe, clean, friendly community with amazing staff; look no further. This is A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!

My dad has lived at the Regency House for 10 years. The community has become part of his family. The residents all know each other and are friends. The Regency House has the feel of the word Community. The food is amazing with multiple choices at meals. The activities are never ending. Everyone can find something to get involved in from gardening, cards, bingo, painting, arts and crafts just to name a few. The staff is the most caring group of people in a community I have ever seen. They deeply care for their residents and go out of their way to help each and everyone of them. This community is one of a kind and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Even though its advertised as independent living, they have on-site caregivers that make it possible for those who are not as independent to stay with services provide ala carte. The facility was nice with plenty of places for extra activities. The rooms are very nice. The staff seems very caring.

The director and entire staff are professional and truly caring. We could not be more impressed with the physical ambiance and all of the services offered at The Blake. Mom’s experience has exceeded all expectations. She is well cared for and so happy in her new community. I highly recommend The Blake to anyone searching for the best assisted living residence.

The Fairmont was a lovely facility and the people were extra nice (staff and residents). For me the drawback is that there are only kitchenettes similar to a hotel/motel and not full kitchens. As an active new retiree I am not sure that I would want to have only a kitchenette. They do provide 3 meals daily and I was invited to lunch with some residents. The food was delicious. This is my backup plan.

My prayers have been answered. My 76 year old mother moved in with me due to memory challenges. Unfortunately my home has 3 levels with 17 stairs to each. Not ideal for my Mom who needs no assistance walking but gets around slower these days. We toured Regency House and I was impressed before I stepped foot in the door. The outside has a beautiful inviting decor with flowers and well kept landscaping. The entrance is lined with comfortable outdoor chairs that I could imagine my mom sitting in on a warm summer day drinking lemon aid or ice tea. One we walked through the doors the view was even more inviting. Clean, spacious and it reminded me of a hotel lobby. We were greeted by warmth from all the staff. As I watched them interact with my mom I was so grateful for their kindness and patience. They invited us to have lunch and the food was delicious. Mom cleaned her plate. Other residents came by and introduced themselves and one sat with us for lunch. My mom made an instant friend. I had 3 other locations on my list to review but my search has ended. We're going with Regency House and I look forward to writing another review after my mom moves in and gets settled. I would highly recommend touring this retirement community.

My mother came to visit for the Holidays and we visited the Regency House. The minute we walked in the door we were greeted with a warm welcome from residents and staff. Immediately, my mom felt at ease. The staff are all nice and kind. Lunch was like going to a restaurant. The food was delicious. The rooms are spacious with patios or balconies. We met everyone from the marketer, the management, activity director, the chef, to housekeeping. I can't say enough how wonderful they are. My mom will be moving in on [date removed]. This community is a place to call home.

My mom moved from NY to the Regency House. I was worried she would have a hard time transitioning. To my surprise the residents and staff made her feel very comfortable and welcomed. It has been 2 months that she moved in and my mom is the happiest I have seen her in years. Thank you Regency House.
