I use to live around the corner at another community. The Regency House is amazing. You get 3 meals a day, fun activities, great staff, and the residents are all so very nice. This community has made me feel so special. I highly recommend you tour and see what I'm talking about. The Regency House is my home.

I am so pleased to call the Regency Home for my mom. I searched numerous communities and no one compares to the friendliness and cleanliness of the Regency House. The food is amazing, you get 3 meals a day plus snacks. Activities actually go to places in the community like, Fern Bank, Fox Theater, movies, Botanical Gardens and more. My mom is so very happy!

The Regency House is a top notch community in Decatur. Perfect location for shopping, eating and close to Emory DeKalb Hospital and the VA. The community is located in a quiet part of town with a beautiful garden walking path. The residents are very friendly and the staff as well. I would suggest this community to anyone,

Beautiful community, absolutely stunning. Their leadership team is responsive, dedicated, and engaged with residents and staff. The food is delicious with a bountiful selection. Additionally, they have an in house therapy team, home health, and regular physical activities. My mom and dad love the tai-chi classes. Their activities are amazing with what seems to be parties every week and great groups such as a book club and veterans gathering. What more could you ask for?

I am very excited to become the new resident of the Regency House. What an amazing community. I was recently living at another one in Decatur, and did not know what I was missing until I visited the Regency House. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The residents were coming up to me introducing themselves and we had enjoyable conversation. This is an active community with lots of amenities. Three meals a day (with choices), weekly cleaning of rooms, free transportation, cozy fire places to have conversations with friends, and they actually have a garden path that goes around the community with grass. The activities are full all day with tons to do for everyone. This is a must visit community. You definitely must bring your loved one.

The Regency House has been a wonderful blessing for my family. 8 years ago, we moved my mother closer to us in Decatur from New York after my father had passed. It was a difficult time for mom, but the staff and residents were really supportive. She settled in and made lots of friends. She enjoyed the activities and loved the food. Unfortunately, mom passed this year, but I know she was very happy living her last years at the Regency House. Thank you for being a community that cares for seniors and their families.

Couldn’t get a sense of activities during the day. I didn’t witness anything going on for the residents the afternoon I was there. Facility is beautiful

My mom is very happy here. I am so glad she feels safe not living in her home. The staff is very helpful.

Lovely Options for my parents. We looked everywhere and landed on Smoky. They are happy and we love it.

They have many activities here. When I visit my Grandmother I enjoy the painting class.

My cousin moved here. So far so good! She is real happy with the people here and workers are nice to them and make sure she eats.

This weekend I did a trial stay to make sure I wanted to call the Regency House home. I enjoyed my stay so much I will become a resident at the Regency House. The residents are all very friendly and caring. The staff were amazing, top notch. The food, well I cant say enough was great! I recommend visiting the Regency House and see what I'm talking about. This is my new home!

I can't say enough nice things about Smokey Springs. The staff goes over and beyond to make sure everyone's needs are met. My mother moved from her lovely apartment in Florida to Smoky Springs. She loves this place better than when she was in Florida. Loves her apartments, enjoys all the meals - great chef! Enjoys all the scheduled activities and the WEdnesday outings I never have to worry about her being alone or feeling lonely! Everyone is friendly and she can't imagine being anywhere else!

The staff is an excellent caring group of people who go out of their way to help me.

Mom is 103 and enjoys living at Haywood Estates. The facility is clean and the staff kind and gracious.

Staff is wonderful, likes the food and having my cat, great biking trails, family environment. Lived here for 2 years and love.

I enjoy living here moved to Indiana, great food and staff helpful. Lots of outsing. I enjoy socialization.
