I had a great tour of this facility with [name removed]. I met the Maintenance guy [name removed]. Everyone had a smile and greeted me. Overall I had a great first impression. When mom is ready to move this is our families number one pick.

I work with many clients that live at the facility. [name removed] is one incredible leader. I appreciate the communication between the nursing staff and the caregiving staff. I would recommend this place to all my clients.

Everyone has been very nice. The meal time dishes (glasses, cups, cutlery, flat ware, etc.) could be cleaner. The guy who was in charge left at the end of November. No telling how things are going to go.

My experience with reminiscence coordinator and care team has been extremely positive over the past years. The Sunrise staff are friendly, very attentive to resident needs, and helpful to visitors.

My experience has been all 5s, except value for cost. It is a high end facility, and the cost reflects that. However they have the same staffing challenges as everyone else in the field. Housekeeping and bathing/ changing 90 somethings are not upwardly mobile occupations, so attracting superlative staff is not easy. They do a good job with the available talent pool though. The food is outstanding! The biggest problem my mom has with the facility is that it is noisy. The bathroom vent fan and room HVAC are more Holiday Inn than Crowne Plaza quality. For [fee removed] monthly, it could be better.

We have found the staff at Anthology of Tuckahoe to be very friendly and always speak when passing in the hall. Housekeeping does a nice job of keeping everything clean. Our apartment is always well tended on the day they come. The move in process was fine and things that needed fixing have been taken care of. Our apartment had never been occupied, so we did have a few things that needed tending to. The meals are good, there is usually a choice for the main course and there is always dessert. Being only 3 years old, there are some things that could improve or be changed but overall we are very happy here and have made some good friends. It is nice to have company when eating. I would recommend Anthology of Tuckahoe to others.

My mom definitely likes the activities and the people that she has [name removed] and it is also very clean. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend New Haven at Little River community to other families

My mom is a resident at Holiday The Fairmont and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The staff, housekeeping, etc have all been good, pleasant people. The contractors who help with some assistance referred by the Fairmont have also been excellent. The local pharmacy is outstanding with service, as well. My mom has been very impressed with the meals. The activities are good, but mom has mentioned that her old place had offered more. We would recommend Holiday The Fairmont for Independent Living.

I really like it here. Bathrooms in hall need more attention. I'm not really into the activities which is my fault, not [name removed]. The food for me has taken a downward turn in some cases. Servers need some guidance. If they drag their feet at breakfast and lunch they don't have to return to cleaning rooms too quickly. Then they complain about work load. Servers need some supervision and ideas. I would recommend Ashley Park to anyone and am fortunate to have found it. Everyone has been super nice and accommodating. I love [name removed].

My loved one is currently a resident at Holiday River's Edge and everything at this facility has been great for her so far. It's a very good facility and everyone there is very friendly. The care services, activities, meals and value for cost are great! I'm very happy with our choice and my loved one is happy, too. I would recommend Holiday River's Edge to others!

I live in New York. My brother was a resident in Colorado and his son who lives in Georgia and I thought it would be good to have him relocate to Georgia. I spoke to [name removed] who was quite nice and informative. I liked the incentives and pictures.She was so helpful. I was so impressed and so was my nephew and brother that we felt this was a good choice and we didn't need to look any further.

Came for Octoberfest. The authentic German food was fantastic. The live German music was really good. The residents seemed to really be enjoying themselves.

Great Staff! Friendly, attentive, well trained. They can do and handle everything. Wonderful events for residents and their families.

Looks like a nice place for a friend. Clean, friendly, worthy of consideration. Residents looked happy and at peace.

First person I met was the Director of Sales. Her warm welcoming smile and enthusiasm was so genuine, she took immediate interest in our needs.

Friendly atmosphere. it looks like residents enjoy being at Sunrise. The facility looks clean.

i volunteered at Sunrise at Siegen for a friend and family brunch. I loved visiting with the residents and hearing about all of the activites they do. i also really liked the chicken and waffles.

My loved one is currently a resident at Holiday Washington Commons and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The facility is very clean and they keep it that way. Housekeeping does a great job! The meals are very good and plentiful. The friendliness is great. The activities and value for cost are also great. I would recommend Holiday Washington Commons to others.

My husband has been a resident of Sunrise at Siegen Ln (Memory Care) for almost 2 years. Throughout his stay, the supervisor, [name removed], as well as the staff have all been very kind and reassuring. They make sure that my husband is well taken care of, clean and comfortable. I can always count on [name removed] to contact me so that I will know and understand any concerns regarding his condition. During my visits, I can see that my husband is loved and well cared for by everyone. I have learned so much from the staff on how to care for a Dementia patient. I would love to have my husband at home, but I know I could never do the job that Sunrise is doing. It is such a relief for me to know he is in a good place. I highly recommend Sunrise at Siegen Ln and their staff.
