My mom was happy there. She passed away last year. The other residents were friendly. They had field trips and daily activities. The staff that was there then was very nice and helpful. I have recommended A Place for Mom to family and friends. They were so very helpful. They listened to our concerns and what we felt would be a good place for our mom. Thanks to everyone who helped us.

I am currently a resident at Holiday Deepwood Estates and everything about the experience here has been great for me so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and value for cost are great. Everything, in all areas, is great. I would definitely recommend Holiday Deepwood Estates to others.

Very nice community feel. I have meet other residents and staff and now consider them as friends. Mom is not doing well, unfortunately her health is not good. The staff has been great working with me and my family to get her the extra help she needs and meals for her. Of course extra services equates to extra cost, but that is how they make their money. Mom now pays 5k per month with them giving meds. Hospice is coming in and taking care of her bathing and doctors at this point. She was independent up until about 6 months ago. Could dress and bath by herself. Now don't think so. Symphony is nice because they let you age in place. All services are available at a cost.

Very nice staff. Gorgeous location. New owners recently took over and renovations are beginning. Most of the staff appear to have stayed on through ownership changes. My mom feels safe and secure there.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Blake at Charlottesville. Overall, The Blake has been a wonderful experience. They have made some really good changes. We have a monthly meeting with the director and she listens to our questions and provides good feedback. So far, I am very pleased. I would recommend The Blake at Charlottesville.

The facility itself is clean, inviting, and conducive to individual needs. The staff, in many ways, became like family because of their professional care and honest concern for my loved one. The food is excellent and I enjoyed many meals. The administrative staff is accommodating to individual needs and maintains a welcoming feeling tone throughout the facility. The maintenance staff is always making improvements and fixing any issues that arise. There is no question that the cost is money well spent. As for activities, there are many and appropriate. The staff goes out of their way to be inclusive. My loved one was in Memory Care for over a year and a half and I loved going into New Haven regularly.

Practically new building, staff willing to work with you, continuing care, good location. Even though this was for my brother, I would consider it for myself.

I would highly recommend Dominion Senior Living at Patrick Square to others. The staff bent over backwards to help us out since I was out of town. Kind and loving staff. Housekeeping does a great job. The food is balanced and good quality, but a little bland. I would suggest maybe a little more variety, like Mexican or Chinese inspired food. Many of the activities were religious based and my loved one is Hindu. We don't knock that since they advertise themselves as a Christian based facility. They were overall exceptional.

The staff at Sunrise At Siegen was very helpful and caring in setting up the accomodations & care levels that our mother and aunt needed. So happy that they were able to share a suite. [name removed] was very kind and helpful when we came to look and with handling all the daily activities since we moved them in. [name removed] was very helpful with our move in experience as well. Our move-in happened very quickly. Lovely place and lovely people. Our mother and aunt are adjusting well thanks to the care of all the wonderful staff and nurses. We enjoyed the lovely Mother’s Day brunch . The food was delicious and everyone was so nice. We greatly appreciate their kindness and helpfulness in taking care of our loved ones .

Most of the staff has changed. Since that time, her daughter has taken poa for[name removed]. So we haven't been there a much. However I was told that with all the staff being replaced that it wasn't as good as it was. My experience with everything was great!

I am so pleased I made the choice to move from my home in North Myrtle Beach, SC to Whealdon Estates in Baton Rouge, LA! I had been living alone for 15 years and my family here wanted me close to them. We did due diligence and read reviews, did virtual tours, and finally visits. Whealdon is located in a bustling area of the city where crime rate is very low. It’s convenient to anything and everything. Keeping a car or Whealdon assisted transportation gets residents to doctors, shopping, etc. First, the friendliness of the residents was delightful. Second, the staff and administration won me over because of their desire to help. Third, the daily activities offer such a variety of choices. One can choose to remain close to the apartment and/ or participate in the activities. Whealdon is not glitzy or glamorous. The building is aging but gracefully. I am so happy living here. I regret I didn’t make this choice earlier. This is truly a family who cares and loves.

So happy I moved my dad. He's so happy.

The overall experience so far has been great. Laurel Glen is a very nice place that doesn't smell like a nursing home and everyone is very nice. When it comes to the activities they keep our loved one very busy. As far as value for cost is very expensive but all facilities are.

I find all of Holiday Whealdon Estates to be outstanding. They have great staffing, great meals and the community is clean and tidy. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

The Gardens of Georgia Tucker is a very nice facility. It is clean, plenty of activities are provided, excellent in home medical care available, diabetic meals, and friendly, helpful staff from top to bottom. My loved one was put into regular population rather than memory care at Georgia Tucker. So far its been a very positive change compared to her last facility.

I can’t begin to say how impressed I was with Nouveau Marc. The manager,[name removed] , was wonderful. Extremely kind and patient., she took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail. She gave me on a tour and showed me several apartments to choose from. The entire facility is lovely. Bright, cheery and spotless. It’s extremely well kept and everyone I encountered was happy to be there whether they were employees or residents. I was just so thrilled to find this oasis after weeks of disappointing visits and abysmal living circumstances elsewhere.

Dominion was so easy to work with. Made the process of moving in smooth. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nurses seemed knowledgeable and worked with my sister's doctors well. The only negative I would mention was that their physical therapy was not covered by my sister's insurance which was an extra cost we were not aware of when we moved her in. I guess we should have asked but didn't

I would recommend this facility to others. It is beautiful and cheerful and all of the residents that I have talked with say that they like it. They have not been open long and I get the feeling that they have had some issues with maintaining staffing levels, but that seems to be an issue with most businesses these days. I would like to have a little better communication with those who manage the facility, but have developed a good rapport with the front line staff. They are very caring and helpful and they are good with my mom.

My mom is currently a resident at Symphony at Stuart. Mom is happy with the food. I think the quality is good, but I think it can be somewhat redundant. I didn’t rate “quality of care” since my mom is considered independent. Some more active exercise is needed for those not mobility challenged. Perhaps more card games or other activities with mental stimulation would be beneficial.
