I am very satisfied with this residence. the staff is very friendly helpful to a very good job with events and helping residents when they are taking place.

I am so glad I found Swan Haven Manor. The staff here is always wanting to help in any wat they can, no matter what issues you have, problems and questions. Our maintenance staff is very efficient and I can fix anything promptly and always friendly. And housekeeping staff does a great job of keeping our beautiful come here in tip top shape. Very clean and tidy. Our cook does a super job cooking our meals. Our activities director plans lots of fun things to do.

I have made so many nice friendly people. Love the activity room and bingo. Love that we have hot meals here in dining room to purchase. The office help reset my tablet and also showed me some issues with my phone, which she showed me how to do.

Such a great community with great staff, everyone goes above and beyond wonderful activities throughout the week. After 5pm when the staff goes home we party like ROCKSTARS! I don't ever want to live anywhere else!

Great experience so far! It's cheaper and MUCH nicer than many other places that are similar, locally. Apartments are bigger than other places for the price, definitely. The only thing I would request is to have somewhere to eat breakfast and lunch also inside. Not just dinner.

I’ve only been at Elmhaven Manor for a few months but I’m finding it to be a great place to live. Staff is great and treats us with respect, apartment is cozy and charming and other residents are very friendly.

Grand Haven Manor 2 has been an excellent fit for our dad. There is a medical team on staff from 8am-8pm. The leasing agent, [name remove], was very helpful and informative during the entire process. The building and grounds are well kept. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion.

I really enjoy being at Porthaven Manor. I have been so welcomed by the other tenants. I can't wait to do some of the activities and meet more of my new neighbors. The apartments are so beautiful. It is a great place to be.

This is a great community for senior living. It has tons of amenities for people with limitations including meals prepared daily at a low cost, trips to grocery, exercise room, theater, library, laundry, trash on every level, and more

Staff is friendly and helpful. Residents seem to get along well with each other and there is always something that can be done there. The staff schedules lots of activities and outings. I highly recommend Westhaven Manor to others looking.

I give you the 5 star treatment. I love it here, it is better than any other community that I have lived in. Thank you so much. There is no doubt about it that I would highly recommend this community to other families, anybody would love this place. They have the cleanest facility and the personnel that takes care of all of your needs.

I came here looking for shelter and the next day my apartment was move in ready! I Love it here! The residents are lovely and I care and appreciate the Senior Residents! This place is lovely! Happy!!

This is a good place to be. In some of the areas I would give a 6 liking or 7.

Every staff member live encounter has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. ( I have a problem writing due to right hand.)

I’m writing this because of other people’s comments about [name removed] at our facility. She is nothing but an angel and someone who gives to everyone to the bone!!! Nothing is “too much “ and nothing is ever “come back later “. She cares for everyone equally and is always giving with her entire heart!!

It was a very good value for the money but best suited for those with little to no cognitive impairment.

Mom has been extremely happy at GrandHaven Manor apartments. She loves the friendliness of the residents and the staff! She has a safe environment for her and her dog and a wonderful apartment all together. So far, this has been a perfect move for her. As her family, we feel safe knowing she is happy and in such a wonderful place, as this was very important to us after losing our Dad. Her happiness is our number 1 priority and this place has provided that from the start!

They are so organized & helpful. If you need anything they are quick to help. If you have a problem our maintenance guys are the best. Our custodian does an outstanding job here. Our office gals are always working hard keeping things running smoothly here with all the many things to do concerning all the paperwork etc. I love it here. The staff is very friendly & always ready to help. The food is usually good. I mostly eat in my room. The laundry rooms are clean , there are lots of activities. We have a bus that takes us shopping & to dollar stores, & fruit markets, baseball games, & casinos. Its just wonderful here. I have been here one year last date removed!

This facility is independent living, 55 and above. You have the choice to participate in things. They have a full calendar of things to do for the month. Some residents still work. About 50% participant in activities. They have a bus which takes them to the grocery store and local shopping centers if you don't drive. The apartments are very nice they have maintenance people to take care of any problems. Staff is very friendly. They have people that will clean your apartment and do your washing if you need them to do so, for a reasonable price. This is one of the most reasonable priced facility in area. The facility has just celebrated its 20 years. There are many residents that have been here for over ten years. The only draw back is the food /meals, there is breakfast on most mornings and dinner Monday thru Friday. You have a full kitchen and can cook your meals for yourself. Only 10 to 15 people eat the meals. You pay by buying tickets for your meals. I like the facility and would recommend it to others. They also have people to assist some residents in things like showering and meds, if needed. If there is an emergency, ambulances and police respond very quickly.

This a top notch place. I like the morning door checks for Health. Plenty of parking. The Flavor table kitchen serves up some great food. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. They have plenty of Activities that will help you meet new people.
