Everyone was super helpful, caring and very friendly. My apartment was very comfortable, I especially loved having a door that went to the outside. Easy access to my car, friends and family just walked in from the outside. The activities were so nice. If I didn't have my home I would have lived at Port Haven. I never ate there I preferred to cook my meals, much more economical.

Grandma has gotten her independence back and her own space. She is cooking, cleaning, hosting guests for dinner and going to events that Swanhaven has like bingo, music, cards, etc. at [age removed] that is impressive because for two years she was living with family and not wanting to do anything. Grandma has not decorated for a holiday in a very long time and she put up a tree and had door decorations for Christmas. She also wanted Easter decorations to set out so we helped her get those. The people around her encourage her to want to do these things because they are all doing them and having fun. Now does she still talk about her house she lived in for years - of course and does she wish she could go "home" yes but that's not an option so this is a safe and healthy environment where there are people who genuinely check in on her and she can live independently but 5 minutes from my mom (not 3 hours which is where her home is). Morning safety check is nice. Home health services are available. Apartment size is adequate. A variety of activities is offered.

The staff are GREAT! You need something done it gets done rather quickly. We have trips as a group and they are fun as well. You have questions the staff are there to answer them. I couldn't ask for a better place

Friendly, helpful staff. They were easy to work with for leasing. I highly recommend Gradhaven Manor.

The food was just average. The facility itself was very accommodating. Great location. Activities could use some better ideas. All in all it was a good resource for seniors.

I love it here. Everyone is so nice and always helpful. Lots of things to do here and I enjoy it all. Everyone is so friendly.

We were a little nervous about placing our mom in an independent living facility like Elmhaven 2 years ago. Since then, her experience at Elmhaven has been exceptional. She has made friends and been able to participate in a whole host of activities that have kept her engaged and active. We also cannot say enough about the exceptional front office staff. Because we live in florida, the distance was a major concern for us. If we have ever had questions or concerns about your residency, we have been able to contact the front office and they have been the professional, polite and immediately responsive. Their communication is absolutely first rate, and they seem to truly care about the residents. The facilities itself are clean, safe and extremely well maintained. Overall, we couldn't be happier with Elmhaven and the entire staff.

I am so glad I found Swan Haven Manor. The staff here is always wanting to help in any wat they can, no matter what issues you have, problems and questions. Our maintenance staff is very efficient and I can fix anything promptly and always friendly. And housekeeping staff does a great job of keeping our beautiful come here in tip top shape. Very clean and tidy. Our cook does a super job cooking our meals. Our activities director plans lots of fun things to do.

I have made so many nice friendly people. Love the activity room and bingo. Love that we have hot meals here in dining room to purchase. The office help reset my tablet and also showed me some issues with my phone, which she showed me how to do.

Such a great community with great staff, everyone goes above and beyond wonderful activities throughout the week. After 5pm when the staff goes home we party like ROCKSTARS! I don't ever want to live anywhere else!

Great experience so far! It's cheaper and MUCH nicer than many other places that are similar, locally. Apartments are bigger than other places for the price, definitely. The only thing I would request is to have somewhere to eat breakfast and lunch also inside. Not just dinner.

I’ve only been at Elmhaven Manor for a few months but I’m finding it to be a great place to live. Staff is great and treats us with respect, apartment is cozy and charming and other residents are very friendly.

Grand Haven Manor 2 has been an excellent fit for our dad. There is a medical team on staff from 8am-8pm. The leasing agent, [name remove], was very helpful and informative during the entire process. The building and grounds are well kept. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion.

I really enjoy being at Porthaven Manor. I have been so welcomed by the other tenants. I can't wait to do some of the activities and meet more of my new neighbors. The apartments are so beautiful. It is a great place to be.

This is a great community for senior living. It has tons of amenities for people with limitations including meals prepared daily at a low cost, trips to grocery, exercise room, theater, library, laundry, trash on every level, and more
