Westhaven Manor is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are spacious, and there are plenty of activities available for the residents to stay engaged and connected.

Quality of a great staff to register you and recruit you and set you up in your apartment was excellent. I had a couple situations that needed to be fixed in my apartment and the maintenance staff was there that day and took care of each problem. Situation within 10 to 15 minutes. Very friendly very helpful. The layout of the campus has been done with the thoughtfulness of seniors moving around the complex either on foot or on the roads. The apartment/ condo that I was able to rent was in very good condition and walk-in ready to live in. All cupboards, refrigerator bathrooms were cleaned very well. After two months of living at Grandhaven I have found that meeting my new neighbors has been a very good experience. At this time I feel Grandhaven is the place that will help me have fun in my next chapter in life.

My dad is on a government program and able to get very much for what he pays. I do believe without the discount it would be not the most affordable My dad went from having nobody around to moving there and gaining a small community. He isn't the most social person but makes sure to go to bingo and coffee every week and that helps him to get out and about. He doesn't take advantage of all they offer but they have so much to offer it's almost shocking. The staff is also extremely helpful and kind at all times

Friendly staff! Helpful. Many things to do. Yes, would recommend to others. My mother really likes Oakhaven & the folks she's met. Also, all the bus service trips are wonderful as she doesn't drive. And, they constantly have get together/parties for renters. Mom attends the exercise classes a few times a week. Takes walks everyday with neighbors she's met. Mom fit in easy!

For facility maintenence the staff is response to any issue you may have and will work toward resolution. Staff is always willing to respond and assist when possible to any issues or concerns.

The meals and dining gets a NA because they do not serve food there. However, what we do like the most about the community is the friendliness, the amenities and the location. Yes, we would recommend Oakhaven Manor to other families based on the experience

We all get a new calendar each month that we can follow each day as to what is happening each day. We are always busy doing fun things and keeping as all busy. Sit and be fit is great for me I love it. We even have church service, and that help me as I don't have a cae to get to church or the store, which oir bus takes us to the store shopping every Tuesday. A different store each week which is nice. Today is BINGO a good time.

And I hope I'm here until I join my husband at his resting place in Ann Arbor at Forest Hill something.

I enjoy loving here for many reasons! The office girls are wonderful and so kind. Maintenance and custodial are the best!! The people living here are so sweet and kind- even the mail lady lol! I enjoy buying food from the flavor table so much! I'm so bless of God for Swanhaven Manor.

Oak Haven Manor is a really fun place to live. There are all sorts of activities and sometimes bus trips to a casino! The activities director [name removed] is the most caring and energetic person. We love it here.

Swanhaven offers cleanliness, activities friends and friendly staff. Meal convenience if desired health organization in building if needed.

This is a place where your family or friends can feel that you are safe and there is always someone to help. Elmhurst is always clean and has a lot of activities if you want games,living room area where we get together and visit. Parties for birthdays every month. Price is also reasonable.

I enjoy living at Swanhaven, with the friendly staff, all the activities and nice building. The guest room is very nice to be able to offer it to family to stay in I guess that sum sit up, I like everything about living at Swanhaven making it a special place to live.

Oakhaven Manor is wonderful for my parent. Everyone is caring and looks out for one another. The activities are plentiful and we love the independence the complimentary shuttle bus provides. Daily dinners in the dining room provide for extra socialization which is lovely. My family and I love to visit and see the smiling faces of the staff and greetings from other residents who also treat us like family. Highly recommend Oakhaven Manor!

My mom loves it. Very friendly and lots of fun activities! Definitely would recommend.

Our loved ones eat their own self cooked meals. The mass made meals are high carbohydrates and don't match their eating preferences. They participate in activities here and there, but have found other ways to entertain themselves. Their monthly price was well below competitors and they are very happy there

I give Elmhaven a five star rating everything there was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment size was ample great view off the balcony truly a great experience. I highly recommend.
