Positive-caregivers are very nice and supportive Negative-poor communication Communication problems: Notification when a new resident is moving in the suite. When multipe residents have covid. When they take a resident offsite for activities such a lunch.

The care staff is very nice! It's extremely clean. I would recommend them to others who are currently searching.

Village on the Park was a pleasant visit. All rooms were clean and appropriately decorated. Everyone we met were kind and friendly. I especially liked that there were many courtyards. The only thing that I was sad about was the price. It was a bit out of my price range.

I would recommend the community to anyone interested in meeting people that soon feel like members of the family. Food is excellent and plenty of activities. The management has done a fabulous job of maintaining this facility and keeping it full. You can talk to them at any time! All staff here is above what you could ask for!

Staff seems pleasant though spread a bit thinly, response times when called varies a lot from day to day or time of day. Food and dining experience seems as expected- good but not great. Apartment size is better than expected but also costs more than several I toured at other places. Overall place is lovely and cheerful with good amenities. Still satisfied with the choice we made.

Everything is good. He complains about the food sometimes. I would prefer a local pharmacy be used. The place is clean and quiet. Lovely grounds.

Nice facility, clean, and has ample support options. My parents think the food is so-so and they wish it was lower cost.

The director, [name removed] is very knowledgeable and helpful. Made our move in as easy as could be expected. All other staff have been very sincere and friendly.

The staff generally would go above and beyond to help residents. Only one assistant with a consistently bad attitude. There were many activities planned every day. Bingo, Exercises, Instructional sessions, Outside entertainers (comedy acts, singers, dancers, speakers) and happy hours 2 to 3 times a week. Food was generally good and varied. Not really equipped to handle people with advanced dementia.

It is nice to have a relationship with the staff and know that they are keeping you informed about your loved one. That is completely gone at this point. It's a start over situation.

Just little issues... keep it from being several 5's My wife keeps telling me I expect perfection.. and no facility will be a 5 in my mind. We are very satisfied with VOP.. and I am super confident that [name removed]. is in a safe and healthy environment.. that's the best I can hope for and strive for my Mom.

Staff turns over frequently. Only believe half of what salesperson says. Ask someone who lives there without the salesperson about facility. The saleswoman from Heartis that I really liked was gone as soon as I moved into facility. They have changed chefs twice since I moved here which is under a year. Not enough dining staff. I better stop here - lots of little things most people don't care about. I just feel for $[fee removed]/mo they should be better.

MC usually has plenty of activities and staff encourages participation. The staff showing the facility. She was professional and caring. Did follow-ups, not too pushy but enough for us to realize we should make a decision. At time of touring no negative discussions over heard from asides. There was enough staff available in all areas. Although I don't believe that now.

Staff is great especially [name removed]. First memory care I would recommend sitting down and making sure you know what to expect. Activities, laundry, shower etc. the best part of this facility is that it has independent living assisted living and memory care under one roof. They have changed over staff in last 6 months but really like [name removed]in memory care.

We have really loved it! Excellent, friendly staff! We have truly loved the people--so friendly, kind and caring! I know my FIL personally finds all their pop-ins a bit much, but I also would rather they keep inviting him and being MORE welcoming than less! We haven't accessed as many activities yet, but they put out a calendar and they'll come by and remind you. There are so many community building activities.

We chose The Doliver of Tanglewood because of the location,. the accommodations and the value for the money. They do not have a permanent generator.

We are on our 3rd director and have had significant turnover in housecleaning staff, kitchen staff, and marketing. The new director has been very active and open to the residents. I sense there is difficulty in getting help from corporate headquarters. There are some maintenance issues but we have a relatively new maintenance director who is working hard to support the residents. Overall- We like it here - the residents are great : friendly, helpful to one another and caring.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean welcoming facility. Nice neighbors. I would recommend Heartis Mid Cities to others looking.

Village on the Park has been amazing from intake through today. Staff is dedicated to what they do and very friendly and professional. Areas of improvement would be the food. It should be better. Response times could also improve not bad but could be better. We are very pleased and we would recommend this community to other families.

The community was mostly nice, but there was always a shortage of staff that actually wanted to help the residents. The therapy department was not very good. There was no doubt that the facility's main interest was financial; however, the maintenance was mostly good, the management mostly responsive, the food was okay, and many of the staff were really nice and kind. Overall I would recommend spring creek village. There are also many nearby shopping and eating resources.
