I would like to recommend that [name removed], the valet, get a $[removed] love tip from Mirabelle for going way above in helping my husband , [name removed] and me when getting in and out of the car. He is pleasant and goes way beyond what is expected.

It is effectively " custodial" care. Basically my mom is cared for, but the thin staffing, low pay and nature of the work mean that details are often missed

Arbor Terrace Senior Living is just too expensive for us. They need to hire more help, if possible.

A lovely place. A lot of effort goes into building upkeep but memory care services suffer because there are not enough staff to work with and care for clients. The services staff are good but they need more just to do the things they are supposed to do.

My loved one is currently a resident at Arbor Terrace Lakeway. The beginning of the experience got off to a very rocky start, there was a lot of staffing changes. That has mellowed out. However, the food needs more change/improvement. Since they are now under new management, I gave them a higher rating. The new Executive Director has her stuff together.

I live in a studio apartment and it is a very nice size. There is a lack of communication from the staff. Things were better when I first moved in. Overall, I would recommend The Preserve at Palm-Aire to others.

The people that sold it were very nice, they had a "great chef" from Atlanta that was fabulous. I think that was true because the food was really good the first 2 months. Then he quit. They had a great room layout that was available and the price was good. The place was very clean and everyone was nice. The facilities were nice. I would tell people that the rent will go up by at least 6% every year, the food quality is not good, the amount of food (especially meat) is a small amount. It's easy to make friends, they assign an ambassador to you the first day to be with you and just be your friend. My mom's ambassador is now her best friend. All of the women my mom has met are absolutely wonderful! The activities are many and fun. The weekly trips shopping on the bus are very good-nice, and a helpful man drives them to and from. They have communion service every week etc... my mom and I have discussed the hallway decor and it's very, very blah. Happier, brighter colors make happier people. The people at the front desk are so very nice and always helpful.

Most of the staff are amazing, however turnover rate is high. They cannot seem to keep anyone employed. The run for the average employee is somewhere between 6 to 8 months. The dining room is not well stabbed. Therefore the residents have to wait very long before they serve their meals anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes after their seated. The rent is extremely high for the services that are provided, the family is still responsible for quite a bit of extra assistance to keep their loved ones happy. You may still end up washing clothes, cleaning their apartment, stripping their bed and making sure the personal hygiene is up to par. They can only assist with medical appointments on Mondays And everyone can have a Monday doctors appointment. These are just some of the issues. However, they do seem to have a nice selection of musicians that come and visit to entertain the staff and the residents.

The staff is well meaningful and kind, but sometimes there is a lack of diligence, in terms of coordination of details and services.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Sometimes it seems that there could be more staff to attend to the residents. Overall I would recommend Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel to others looking for care for a loved one.

Understaffed and poor decisions from management in my opinion. My loved one was a resident for over a year. Decisions where made to increase price and decrease services. For example menus were changed and less expensive meats were being offered. CNA's distributing medication to residents in an effort to reduce cost of nursing staff. Staff is a merry go 'round which it is not good for residents with cognitive challenges. From my experience there upper management is not very forthcoming with information and transparency is not in their vocabulary.

It's only 2 miles from my house and it has a brand new physical plant and it was easy to enroll her and we were up against a time constraint.Their major problem is the quality and variety of the food and lack of staff/ absenteeism

My loved one is currently a resident at The Preserve at Palm-Aire and the experience has been okay/fair so far. They tell you anything to get you in there. The food is not the best and they are short staffed in the dining room. The meals need help for sure! Everyone complains about the food. They are so short staffed that one night they closed the restaurant The housekeeping is disconnected and not quality. However, this facility is close to my home so my loved one is staying here.

If you don't need memory care: this is a great place to live! if you need memory care: make sure you are fully physically capable of managing your own needs (hygiene/mobility/etc) you'll enjoy it, but if you are in continent and don't have the physical ability to maintain yourself, this is not the place you want to be. They aren't the best judges on what they are actually capable of doing because the promise was greater than reality. it's a beautiful facility but they recommend you hire someone additional to come in if they cannot meet your needs. Yet, they charge based upon need.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly at Arbor Terrace Senior Living. I have had an amazing plethora of staff engagement with the transition for my mom. I am in constant communication with the staff. I would recommend this facility and have recommended family and friends to tour this facility if they are looking for a safe place for their love ones.

Although the Vantage at Cityview had some amazing people in Memory care, the overall experience is way over-rated. Cleanliness of Memory Care and staff to patient ratio is way low on the scale. Food is moderate at best. Activities is very good but cost does not match overall amenities. Raised my Moms rent $770/month with no additional care. Higher management is raping the elderly at limited income with no regard for any additional care or amenities. Jolie is phenomenal at being in charge of Memory care but as with corporate America the higher ups are stuffing their pockets at the expense of our elderly and mentally challenged loved ones. A disgrace. I'd do my homework before admitting my loved one to the Vantage.

Overall I am disappointed. It is not as advertised in the beginning to me and there have been many issues. The biggest area for improvement would be the food and the dining room service. I would recommend the facility, but with reservations.

Our family had an in person tour with The Sheridan at Cooper City and overall we thought their tour experience and community was nice, but at the end of the day it was just not going to be the best fit for our loved one.

They have a great sales team. Their onboarding/welcoming was terrible but partly due to the pandemic. My loved ones felt lost and they made them stay in their room for the first week. The community is very poor at following through with maintenance and other requests, probably because they are short staffed. And billing is very confusing. The place is immaculate and most of the staff are very nice. They do sometimes "barge in" to my loved one's apartment unannounced but that has improved. They need reminders for housekeeping, handing out meds can take 20-40 minutes waiting on line. Small complaints overall I guess. I wish my loved ones were happier there, but honestly, I don't think they would be happy anywhere.

I think the director should care more about those here and not just sales. Almost everyone is medically compromised and I am not. They lied about that. Programs offered in the building are not challenging enough. Everything is done for the least mentally healthy people. I am obviously not happy about choice, but I don't know if other places I looked would be any better.
