The facility is well kept clean in the staff are nice, courteous and professional. They take care of my mom as well as they can be as she’s 100 years old. Her room is nice and comfortable housekeeping could probably do a little bit better on the cleaning.… But overall it it it suits the purpose of what we were looking for and what she needs

Overall my experience with the staff has been positive. Most of the staff have been wonderful. My mom is in memory care and now hospice. Hospice staff have been very supportive and caring. My biggest issue is night time bed checks. She has fallen out of bed several times and hasn't been check on for hours. I'm working with director to fix these issues.

The Staff is very friendly & accommodating!! There are a lot of Activities for the residents... The facility is always very clean!! I would definitely recommend this facility to others in need of a Sr. Living Facility.

Some updating needs to occur with the elevators and pool area. Otherwise the area is very clean. The people are all very kind. The staff are very attentive. I love the doctor/nurse/PT staff. They could really improved on the food. Activities have improved greatly. I feel seasonally it diminishes some in the summer. The one thing I wish they would also try to motive would be an established walking path for seniors. The value is here. It is affordable and the apartments are great. The people are truly caring and are lovely. My parents love it here.

Director, [name removed], is a great communicator and goes the extra mile. The staff at Arbor Terrace work with our loved one to help her take advantage of the services and activities available to her. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the food is good.

Overall a good experience and the level of care was good. We liked the ratio of patients to care givers. It was expensive at the end and may have pushed us to seek more cost effective care.

We chose Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel mainly due to the availability they had and the convenient location to all of our family members. The staff has been very nice. There is just not enough aides. Overall, I would recommend Arbor Terrace to others looking.

Biggest problem is that there are not enough staff. Second problem is the rigidity of dining arrangements. Everyone must have an assigned table and an assigned time for eating. Breakfast and dinner are provided but I don't eat breakfast and I still do not have a permanent dinner table after 3 months. They cannot provide a table at my preferred time of 5:45 and want me to eat at 6:30 which is too late. Third problem is that the quality of the food is quite variable. The facility is not helpful for people who cannot eat dairy products.

Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill is a well-run, quality facility. It was an especially great if the resident can walk or can transfer from wheelchair on their own. Our challenge: the memory center did not allow Hoyer lifts. When a Hoyer lift became necessary, our loved one (who was in Hospice) was given a 30 day notice to leave. Even though Hospice would supply the Hoyer lift, Arbor Terrace would not allow it. So we had to move a 91-year old Alzheimer’s patient within 30 days. Arbor Terrace is a beautiful facility, and can be a great place to live. It unfortunately didn’t work out that way for us.

She is in Arbor Terrace and very happy, and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

This is my opinion, but I would have to give all the overall ratings a 4 and if there was a category for management I would have to give them a 3. Their is very little direct interfacing with the residents that than in meetings

The level of care and available PT/OT therapy onsite is excellent. Staff is overall friendly during visits as well as responsive with regards to long term care inquiries and processing. Staff is kind and attentive to residents.

Overall I really recommend Arbor Terrace of Exton . The engagement team is top notch and the activities are fabulous. It is a new facility in great shape and the staff are all really nice . Unfortunately, the food could be much better , otherwise great for place.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Preserve at Palm-Aire and the overall experience has been good so far. The cleanliness and the staff are great. The friendliness, care services and activities are good. The meals are okay. As for recommending The Preserve at Palm-Aire to others, I'm still on the fence.

The food can always be better but both of our loved ones have gained weight there so it can't be that bad. The pricing could be better too.

I have to say that I have no complaints with any area of The Solana Doylestown, my dad is happy there in every way. But he is still very self sufficient and driving, which makes a huge difference. He has no levels of care right now because he does not need it, so I am just a visitor at the moment. I think he is staying in more and more as he gets acclimated and finds friends. He is very happy at The Solana Doylestown in every way at the moment and that means the world. I love his room and the facility.

No one wants to be in such a facility but if/when it becomes necessary, this facility is better than many I've heard of.

My loved one was briefly a resident Arbor Terrace Marlton and the overall experience was very good. The food, however, was just okay. The staff was great. Based on our experience, I would recommend Arbor Terrace Marlton to others.

There are some really wonderful caregivers here that treat residents like their own family. The activity coordinators make a lot of effort to get everyone involved and take suggestions from residents on what they would like to do. There is also a good variety of activities from arts and crafts to poetry to walking for mobile residents to 2 days a week live music. The facility also does monthly jazz brunches that families can sign up for, holiday and special occasion events. Like everywhere there are things that could improve but what I care most about is how my mom is treated and overall she always seems so happy to be there even with her dementia. Those caregivers can turn a bad day in to a good one bc they pay attention and know how to make their days better.

For those people able to socialize it's a very supportive environment. No where is perfect but the issues is our loved one too. My mother has dementia and she is getting worse. It's a great place.
