I first looked at Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill back in 2016 and I loved it and was eager for my parents to move in. Unfortunately they did not have independent living at the time and they were not ready for assisted living. Once we got everything figured out and they offered independent living, we knew this was the place. Everyone is very personable, helpful, and they are on top of any issues if things comes up. My parents have said a few things about the dining experience. They have said sometimes the food is way too spicy or too rich. They really like the main chef though, he comes out and talks to the residents to get feedback which is wonderful. We would like to give a shout out to [name removed] the waitress. She puts up with a lot and is a real gem. They love everything about the facility really. There are plenty of activities provided and we really like [name removed] the activities director who has come on. We now get information on what is going on and I really appreciate that. The staff have all been just awesome to my parents. I really have no negatives about the facility and would highly recommend them to others and actually already have.

The best thing I did was find Atria, now Arbor Terrace in Norwood. I placed my 87 year old father there in Nov 2019. He loved it.! Took him a short time to get used to it, but he did. He made many friends with the residents. He made friends with all the staff. They all loved him. I was so happy the first time I heard my Father call Arbor, “Home”. It indicated to me that they did a very good job making him feel comfortable enough to think of it as his “Home”. Arbor in Norwood is beautifully decorated. You would think you were walking into a 5 star hotel. The staff is extremely helpful, caring and very pleasant. They have activities for the residents. My father enjoyed Senior yoga, the Exercise Room. Hungry? He would go to the restaurant, look at a menu & order himself a meal. Laundry would get done for him, Housekeeping would clean his room. He didn’t have to worry about those tasks. I couldn’t ask for more, knowing my father was in a safe, pleasant Home. Thank You Arbor Terrace!

The tour was very informative. It looked like a very nice place and I would be surprised if it was not just as great as the facility that we ended up choosing. For us it just came down to the price and Arbor Terrace was a little bit bigger with more residents and we wanted something a little more small and personal.

HarborChase has been ideal. Its been totally reassuring and given me an amazing peace of mind. I'm an only child and my dad passed away, so I feel like my mom is my responsibility. To getting me in with the sales director, to everything else, it's all been really good. I would absolutely recommend them to other people. When you're at HarborChase, you feel like you're at a Hilton. They use shelving instead of a handrail and they make sure that the small details standout. There's a bistro/restaurant style dining area that's laid out beautifully. There's a formal restaurant inside that has a bar, an open wood fired oven and menus! They do her laundry for her if she doesn't want to do it herself. She has a full stainless steel fridge and the quality and details of her room are nice; like the granite countertops. It's a good sized apartment. We compared it to another community and the other place was twice as expensive, and not nearly as nice. Her apartment just looks fantastic and they allow her to have her cat with her.

Recently visited friend who just moved to Arbor Highland Park. Compared to others in the area it definitely has the most welcoming feel. Employees I came across appeared pleasant. My friend says residents have been overall welcoming as well.

I think that for this area Arbor Terrace seemed to be one the best benefits for cost that's available, and the atmosphere and staff were very bright and professional. one thing that stands out to me the most is the good attitude of the caregivers. I would recommend this community to others.

This is a safe and great place that has taken good care of my loved one. The staff were more than accommodating when moving my loved one in, and they had some furniture for us to use and this saved us some money. Some of the activities available are arts and crafts, field trips, happy hour, and more for the residents to participate in if they choose to. The community has been able to guide my loved one through the menu to assist with dietary restrictions, and they have snacks available that are friendly on the dietary restrictions that my loved one has. The room, utilities, laundry, all the meals, changing of linens, and housekeeping are included in the monthly fee.

I was very pleased with everything that I saw. (name removed) which gave me the tour was very nice and knowledgeable with the facility. I have been to a few places in the area and this is where I could see being my mom’s new home. We are hoping that she would able to be in the assisted living side. I liked how they break up the memory care units into 3 different sections. Loved the executive director (name removed) she seems very concerned for the well being of her residents. I am just hopping we can work out the financial part because this is where I want my mom to be.

best move for us at this age 80-84. love: staff and their care, swimming pool (heated). love our yard that is fenced in for our rescue poodles. beautiful surroundings, well kept!

I just had a really good feeling about Arbor Terrace Peachtree City from the moment I walked in the door. It was much more homey and friendly than others we saw. All of the staff were friendly and the residents seemed happy and told us how great the facility was. The apartment sizes are on the smaller size but relatively speaking I would say they are adequate. It has been a good experience for my loved ones.

I visited Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel while researching communities for my aunt. Everyone I met was so warm and helpful. If you are wanting a warm and welcoming community make sure Arbor Terrace is on your list.

I would tell others that this community is very welcoming, and we found this is just what we needed for our loved one. The selection of activities, and other amenities was wonderful. The staff have been friendly and nice to work with. The food is pretty good for my loved one, and they don't have many complaints about it. There are two meals, the apartment, housekeeping, and linen changes that are including in the monthly rate.

We liked it. It was smaller than some of the other places we looked at. The people were nice, and they did a good job for the short time my loved one was there.

I made an appointment to visit based on future needs for a parent. I was greeted upon arrival by several people but must say I was blown away by Musi and how much attention to detail and questions she aksed me. You can tell she really cared to get to know my parent (who was not with me at the the time). She spent a good amount of time with me and never rushed me or made me feel like I was asking too many questions. All the residents looked happy and fulfilled. Overall it was a great visit and she even gave me cheese cake bites on my way out!

We did like the facility, and the person we had met with, it just wouldn't my loved ones care needs.

The help looks after me perfectly, you are someone here. They care about me, they are responsive and they respect me. The nurses are attentive and caring. They check on me, especially [name removed] the nurse.

I think it is a great place and I would recommend to everyone.
