Great facility, very friendly staff. Thank you for the tour!

The facility itself is extremely clean, the only reason it does not get a 5 is because the residents, including our loved one who has memory issues refuses to let the house keeping in their rooms because of their confusing, so sometimes the rooms aren't as clean. However that is no fault of the house keeping staff. We have had a wonderful experience so far when it comes to the friendliness of the staff and the care they provide - they would get 10 out of 10 stars. We have not eaten the meals themselves due to the covid restrictions but what we have seen of the meals they look delicious and well presented. We have seen the activities and they are appropriate for the residents ability levels. They have chair dancing, balloon dancing and bingo. They basically treat the residents there as family.

Our family had an in person tour and this would of been our second choice, the staff was very friendly and informative but we did not like the location.

The tour was good and the community is great with a lot of friendly people. Overall, it just boiled down to the location, as it was not close enough to the medical road. I would have also been further from family.

The people there are wonderful, they have a tight staff that are always willing to help the family members and residents. The manager [name removed] the front desk staff, the bus driver and maintenance team is just wonderful. The facility itself is very nice, however the meal quality is just not good. It has declined, sometimes they are not served adequate portions and the dining service is slow. It is just a hit or miss lately.

Arbor Terrace knows how to handle individuals who have some memory loss. When they did the assessment they saw that and let us know that all of their staff are trained properly. When we toured with them, they were not trying to sell the facility itself, they actually seemed to care more about the individual and what they need. They have activities going all the time, they are always keep her busy. I have seen some of the food she gets and it does not look great, she is not a picky eater and she barely eats. The variety is fine, but the quality of the food and the portion sizes need improvement. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

Nice community, just not the right fit for my loved one.

The staff are really great at working with my loved one who can be difficult to work with. They try really hard to assist with daily living activities for them. [name removed] has answered every single one of my questions, and has been available to talk through concerns over the next stages of my loved one's care.

This is an amazing community and this was the second choice for my loved one. The director is amazing and the type of person you want caring for your loved one. I just felt that this would be too small for my loved one. This community is for someone that is used to being in a smaller area.

The tour and community felt very spot on and luxurious. The meal we had during the tour was steak and potatoes. The activity calendar looked wonderful and plentiful. We plan on moving in at the end of the month.

We loved Arbor Terrace. My loved one was very happy here, the facility itself is warm and cozy and just the right size. The administrative staff were wonderful and the everyday staff were great as well. I think it is the best place in this area.

Sheridan at Cooper City is a beautiful and cozy facility. The Sales Counselor [name removed] was so patient and thorough. [name removed] is a great listener and understood our situation. The residents were also very friendly. If you're looking for a clean , cozy and friendly environment for you loved ones this is the place. We are so thankful we found this place. Thank you for making this an easy process at a hectic time for our family

This community was newer and a little more expensive than what we were looking for for my loved one.

The food is great and the rooms are a good size. The price is high.

I visited this property last year and was given the royal treatment and a very nice tour. This is, by far, one of the more glamorous properties I've ever visited with everything you need at your fingertips. [name removed] is an outstanding Director and a fabulous representation of the community. She has a natural knack for what she brings to the party. You should be very proud to have her representing your community. All the other employees I met that day were very warm and friendly as well.

We are very happy with Dogwood. My parents are very happy being here. My mom has a social life and my dad is content in the memory care unit. The food is okay due to the way the food is cooked. The residents do have a meeting with the kitchen staff to assist with changes in meals.

Can't find a single thing in place or personnel to complain about. My husband and I are so grateful for this facility, only plus marks. Please call [name removed]
