The only negative about this community is that we feel that they are short staffed. When my loved one needed assistance we felt like he had to wait to long for assistance. I would recommend this community.

[name removed] was wonderful, positive, listened and answered questions I had not thought of. The Sheridan is a beautiful, colorful, clean inviting place. I cannot wait to take my mom to see it and pray she will feel positive about this location and the people and amenities there.

Chef does a great job. He addresses any of our concerns. The servers are very accommodating. The food is good.

The Sheridan at Cooper City is an amazing ALF facility. The staff is wonderful, especially in the dining room. The chef is always listening to our requests and tries his best to accommodate us. The dining room staff are wonderful to us and always making every effort to accommodate us.

My aunt moved to Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel about [date removed] . It was a difficult decision to move her, but she couldn't be home alone anymore. She wasn't ready for a memory care program, but we were afraid that assisted living would be too overwhelming for her. When we visited Arbor Terrace we were introduced to their Bridges program, which gave her the best of both worlds. We can't say enough wonderful things about the program and Arbor in general. The residents, staff, apartments, and amenities are all top notch!

Things are going very well for my cousin. It is an amazing place that is as clean as a whistle. They have a lot of activities provided such as movies, a heated pool, games, exercises, etc. Everyone is super friendly and all of the staff knows her by name. It is a pet friendly facility. The experience could not be better and I would highly recommend Mirabelle to anybody.

I thought Arbor Terrace Lakeway was very nice. They were our second choice out of all the places we toured. They were just pricier than our first choice.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. It is a beautiful community and building, friendly, and helpful. The community was able to assist my loved one with their menu choices by adding a special menu and this has helped my loved one when choosing their meals. There are bus trips, bus trip on Sunday to church, church services in the main room, get togethers, and outside entertainment as some activities for the residents to choose from.

They are warm and welcoming, the staff is caring. We are comfortable to walk away from our loved one to see how they are caring for her.

We really like the cleanliness of the community and the staff. I only visit maybe once a week and they know my name and greet me every single time. They are so friendly and very helpful. We like how they set up the meals for the residents and all the activities they have going on throughout the week.

The staff here is so kind and genuinely cares for the residents here. They are so attentive to our mother, she is being so well cared for and that is the first best thing about Mariposa. The second best thing is the food, that is the best ever. They go all out when it comes to the meals, the have steaks and lamp chops and lobster. It is incredible and the community is just beautiful.

Out of everything I seen they are superior to everything. It was truly a godsend and they were relatively cheaper than everyone else. I have recommended this community to many people already for their loved ones. This community is clean and in a beautiful area, there is wildlife, the food is good, the staff care is amazing and they have done things above and beyond for my loved one. She has made so many new friends and her focus is not on herself anymore and now on the community and it has been a great thing for her. They deliver food to her apartment when the weather is bad or Covid.

This community seemed to be sufficient but more expensive. The facility was pretty large and there were a lot of activities and my loved one did not have a need for all of this due to his conditio. They were friendly and helpful and willing to answer all questions I had about this community.

We are very happy with this community for our loved one. Everyone has been great at this community. Just like any other place this community is expensive. This is a nice small community for someone in assisted living. It is very comfortable and it is not overly glamorous or anything like that this community is very homey feeling. The healthcare director is fabulous. According to my mom who is very particular about her food the food is very good. The whole staff is great they are very friendly and efficient. Her room is always clean and my brother has had a lot of interactions and they have just been very good.

So far the experience has been great, the staff and their care services have also been great. She seems to really be enjoying the meals and dining service, but she is still pretty active and their isn't a huge variety of activities so that could be improved.

I toured Harbor Chase and found it to be fabulous, it looked great! the people were very friendly and the community is extremely spacious. our tour guide [name removed] was very sweet and gave a good tour. there are a lot of activities and amenities available, but we were unsure if my loved one would take advantage of those things. it was a bit off putting that our tour guide asked "what's it going to take for you to sign today?" - I did not have any intention of making a rash decision and her question came off as a pressurized sales tactic. a really great and nice looking community, but we chose another community because Harbor Chase did not fit into our budget.

This community is so warm and inviting. Everything feels tailored to my loved ones needs.
