I love it here. I have a lot of friends. I play pool and they have bowling, swimming, water exercises, and pools. The food is good. I grew some flowers and tomatoes.

Over all it was a satisfying experience with the exception of an unfriendly attitude with one of the male servers in the dining room When we complained that the meal was cold he said it wasn't his fault he's just the server When I asked him to please have the meal re-heated on the micro he left with the meal and didn't come back for nearly 15 minutes by this time other people in the dining room had finished their meal and was eating the desert. When I complained to him he said Your not the only one here

We love Arbor Terrace Naperville! As my mom's caregiver, this facility is outstanding.

The Solana East Cobb is such a beautiful facility. We had an absolutely amazing tour experience with them. IT is definitely an active community and would be great for an individual who is social and likes to do things. My dad is not very social and would not have taken part in the great amenities that they have offered here.

I'll start with a caveat based on some of the other reviews complaining of meals served on disposable plates, etc. Because facilities like this are required by law to take more precautions than most of us during the pandemic & due to staffing shortages that every single industry is facing, you are not going to find ANY assisted living able to serve restaurant presentation type meals on fancy fine dinnerware right now. I've been in healthcare 30 years myself & have never seen more challenges in the industry. Please be gracious.... I would highly recommended Arbor Terrace. I only wish we had known about Arbor earlier. It was hard for Dad to leave his beautiful home - but there was just no way he could navigate the stairs and stay there alone anymore. But not only does he have a beautiful comfortable apartment there, I feel like we have both gained more family members in the beautiful community provided by the Arbor Terrace team. It's not just a place for Dad, it is home & family.

The director [name removed] is just a sweetheart, everyone from the front desk receptionist to the nurses to the maintenance team and just the day to day staff that handles our loved ones care is just amazing. Everyone is overly friendly and accommodating. Our loved one does not have any complaints regarding the meals and from what we can see of the activities calendar the activities look fantastic. It has been an awesome experience, we want to go there when we are older and we would recommend to other families. Only complaint - which is out of their hands but due to covid we have to schedule appointments to come see our loved one and we would love to just come and go as we please.

Very accommodating and really remember everyone even with residents wearing masks due to Covid. Husband raves about the food and it really is great. His needs are met and is safe place for him, overall has been wonderful.

I was at this facility recently and thought it was amazing! It is very modern with a wide variety of care services for the residents. There is a bistro, a few restaurants, and a formal dining experience available. with great food to choose from. If you are looking for a great place to live for your loved one, Harbor Chase is the place!

The most wonderful caring staff. Fabulous large apartments. Great food. Wonderful activities. Couldn't have found a better place for our mom and sister.

My mother is [age removed] years old. Both my mother and I (her son), know this is the place for her! She enjoys the activities, as best as she can. Appreciates the room maintenance. Both work ethic and efficiency. I find the facilities to be clean, well staffed, with more than adequate space and friendliness.

All of the staff are very welcoming, cheerful and helpful. My father's apartment is cozy and just right for him. His room and laundry are regularly cleaned. He is always checked on to make sure he goes to meals which is very important to us.

Happy to be here, love the landscaping. Love the room and the size of it. The staff are very friendly and treat you like family.

We took a tour of the facilities with the sales counselor. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities were very clean and cozy.

My friend moved here a few months ago and couldn’t be happier. He loves the food and all of the activities that they have. The community is well kept, and the staff are second to none.

I would recommend you check in to the community and see if it would be the right fit for your loved one. It is a really nice community. They have a lot of activities for the residents to choose from to participate in. They have celebrations, outings, games, and more as some activities available. My loved one is really enjoying breakfast. If the resident doesn't feel like eating in the dining room, they can call down and have the meal ready to be picked up for to go to eat in their room. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the apartment for the residents to use. The only thing that is not included in the monthly fee is cable. The resident does have the option to opt in for this for an additional fee.

I took my mother to visit the ALF on Sunday and was presently surprised. The amenities were very nice and well maintained. Musi Gal was great to deal with and was very understanding of my mother's needs. We have just started our research but will of course keep this establishment in mind.

My mother is very picky - but she likes the place very much. The staff is awesome for the most part and the facility itself feels like home. I would let others know that the staff members do not accept gratuities.

We had a virtual tour at Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel. I thought it was very nice and would have wanted my loved one to go there. But her care needs were higher than they could accommodate. They assessed her as in between acute care and the assisted living they provide. Keep in mind that our impression is based on the tour. We had a great tour experience as well at the place we chose and have been less than satisfied there. So just be sure to ask lots of questions.
