I would recommend you check in to the community and see if it would be the right fit for your loved one. It is a really nice community. They have a lot of activities for the residents to choose from to participate in. They have celebrations, outings, games, and more as some activities available. My loved one is really enjoying breakfast. If the resident doesn't feel like eating in the dining room, they can call down and have the meal ready to be picked up for to go to eat in their room. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the apartment for the residents to use. The only thing that is not included in the monthly fee is cable. The resident does have the option to opt in for this for an additional fee.

I took my mother to visit the ALF on Sunday and was presently surprised. The amenities were very nice and well maintained. Musi Gal was great to deal with and was very understanding of my mother's needs. We have just started our research but will of course keep this establishment in mind.

My mother is very picky - but she likes the place very much. The staff is awesome for the most part and the facility itself feels like home. I would let others know that the staff members do not accept gratuities.

We had a virtual tour at Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel. I thought it was very nice and would have wanted my loved one to go there. But her care needs were higher than they could accommodate. They assessed her as in between acute care and the assisted living they provide. Keep in mind that our impression is based on the tour. We had a great tour experience as well at the place we chose and have been less than satisfied there. So just be sure to ask lots of questions.

I have been employed here some time now and I truly LOVE working here!! The residents are so sweet and amazing and this is honestly the best company and management I have ever had the pleasure to work for! So happy I found this community!

I thought Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel was great. It was a newer facility and very nice. It was full of wonderful, open, well-lit spaces. I really liked this one.

I thought Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel was very nice. Everything in there was spotless. The facility was about 2 years old or so, and everything looked brand new. It was a very nice, clean environment. I also liked that they mentioned they have chef prepared meals.

My husband and I are very thankful to have discovered Palm Aire for my elderly brother who suffers from dementia. [name removed] was our initial contact and guide and his patience and understanding were exceptional. After we agreed to admit my brother, he even helped us obtain a room my brother had saw and liked! It is roomy, cheerful and bright. My brother entered the Bridges program. It is a wonderful program for folks with dementia, but who are still capable of learning, interacting and doing activities to help maintain their cognitive abilities for as long as possible. Many thanks to [name removed], who despite the holiday weekend, patiently helped us collate and complete the necessary forms and paperwork. My brother has adjusted very well and is comfortable and happy in his new accommodations. The staff is kind, caring and patient. The nurse in charge, [name removed], has been very approachable and her commitment to the residents and their loved ones is obvious and admirable. Thanks to all!

Our tour at Arbor Terrace Peachtree City was good. I thought they were just as good as the palace we chose. But they were about 98% full, and it was uncertain when they would have availability for my loved one.

Its been top shelf the whole time, everyone there is excellent.

Arbor Terrace Middletown was very nice but very expensive.

So far things are going very well. It has been an adjustment period for my mom, but she seems happy and she made some friends right away. The staff is really on top of things and take care of things quickly. For example the nurses went into my moms room and her pill bottles were empty. They called and got her medications figure out within a day and communicated that with me. The medical staff are concerned and really care about the residents. I would absolutely recommend The Preserve at Palm-Aire.

We chose The Gardens at Eastside because of the quality of the training of staff specifically to dementia is through tape of snow who is a dementia specialist. My mom is in a private room and they are small but that is consistent for memory care residents. I like that they required all of their staff to be vaccinated for covid. All of the residents were also vaccinated as well. The facility is so clean and fresh. I would absolutely recommend Gardens at Eastside to others looking.

I had a tour last week with there Sales Director [name removed] and it was very informative. He actually took the time to learn about me and my situation as well as then hearing & learning about my dad. It was refreshing to have someone care and ask questions, rather than try to sell me something like a few other places that I regrettably went to the week before. I am gathering all the additional information on my fathers finances but [name removed] gave me some great suggestions and options on how to make the transition affordable. I am looking towards September so that we can get all the logistics in place but I am SOLD on Arbor Terrace Norwood. Chalres W.

Attentive staff on unit, aesthetically pleasing. Pleasant receptionist, informed management, well-equipped kitchen, engaging activities, competent, compassionate nursing, clean, and inviting décor.
