I have lived here for nearly 3 years and for a Retirement Facility it meets nearly all of the requirements needed. The officials are very caring and if you have a personal problem here, there is always someone to listen and correct it. For living out the years, i am thankful for them.

Privacy on 3rd floor. Do not hear extra sounds. Food is very good. Building is clean. Employees are pleasing and helpful.

Very nice community. Indpendent living apartment is just what we are thinking about. Lots of amenities.

Great place!!!!! Just right for my Grandpa. The people working there are so nice, [names removed]. I don't remember all the names. They were all so nice!!!! Everything looked so clean & food smelled great. Now my Mom & I do not have to drive to Ft Worth to see him. We will also visit him to watch Texas Ranger Games. We love are them Rangers!!!!!

Lewisville Estates , Lewisville is the first place I visited to look for a place for my Daddy. I had never been in this situation before. I did not know what to except. After talking with [Name removed] and getting a tour of their assisted living building I knew this was a great fit for my Daddy. He is the type of man that never meets a stranger. At [removed] almost [removed](April) he has lived a long great life. He loves talking to people. He is a WW11 Marine Vet. For years he never spoke of his service. Now he happy to talk to people about it. This is the best place for him. He is happy to be there. He will see all of his family every day & meet new people every day. In other words he is in the height of his glory!!!!! He is now getting the 24hr care he needed, that my sisters & brothers are not able to give him. I are hearts we know that he is happy at Lewisville Assisted Living. He says he is & loves the food!!!! I Truly Believe that this is a great place for him!!!!!!!

We meet with a wonderful lady named [Removed] at Brookdale Willowbrook. We had been shopping for a few days before we came to see this property. The size of the property was just perfect..not too small and not overwhelming. It is never easy for anyone to think they can no longer care for themselves and not driving a car is the hardest. My sister has had a good experience and everyone has been kind and very helpful. I would and will recommend Brookdale properties to anyone seeking a good healthy environment for their loved ones. From the very beginning, we were treated with great respect and consideration from my initial call to A Place For Mom - to our move in day .

I absolutely loved this place! They are very organized and have well planned out activities and events. They have an independent living building and an assisted living building next to it, which would make it possible for my mom to smoothly transition to a higher lever of care at the same place where the staff knows her and the food and activities are the same. Most of the staff have been there for years and that says a lot! They really seem to care about the residents and are committed to meeting their needs. They have many nice amenities including a movie theater!

We love this community for my dad he has a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen setup, there is a laundromat that he can do his laundry. Then housekeeping will clean his room and change his sheets every Saturday. I like that he has to wear a life alert necklace. I know he is safe and meeting people and eating well. They give him a card with 300.00 on it for food a month. They have a shuttle you can sign up to go where he needs and once a month they will have an outing with all the residents to a restaurant. The staff is very nice and will bend over backwards to help. There are several courtyard areas and he is located right next to one. I have recommended this community.

My loved one really likes Brookdale Willowbrook, The community is clean and attractive, the food is excellent, and they have plenty of activities that I'm sure my loved one will participate in once she warms up more to the community. Overall, the place looks really nice, and I think it will be a fantastic experience for her.

I like the care here for my mom. The community is clean and has a good environment for care/ The menu is appealing and the variety is healthy meals. Activities have been offered for the residents that are able to participate. We would recommend this community for other families.

I can't say enough nice things about Brookdale Willowbrook Park. It was a very difficult decision for us to make having to move our grandmother and we feel very fortunate to find Brookdale Willowbrook. The staff is friendly and helpful. They assigned an ambassador to my grandmother to help her get acclimated. I don't live really close so I needed reassurance that they would help her adjust. I have eaten there with my grandmother and she says the food is really good. They are on top of what they need and what is appropriate for their diets such as low sodium needs. They have activities that are suitable for all levels of abilities of the residents. We were able to furnish her apartment with her furniture, artwork, and family pictures. It is very warm, homey and inviting. They all have doors that open to common courtyard areas with different themes. My grandmothers is a fountain with shade. I would highly recommend this community to friends and family.

Hi [Removed], thank you for recommending Brookdale Willowbrook Park, it was all that you said it would be. The tour with [Removed] was great. She was very accommodating. My mother was pleased. It is definitely a place and location that could meet my mother's needs. We are not ready to make a decision to move her in her own place, in the city, as we have a few assessments to make at this time. I will keep you informed. Thank you, again!

[Removed] is the only reason for my 5 star rating!! She is always hardworking, knowledgeable, compassionate & caring. She goes above and beyond her duties of Marketing Director. She truly loves the residents and treats them as if they were her family. [Removed] is the backbone of this community and without her, this place would not function properly! Greenhaven Estates should do whatever it takes to make sure she NEVER leaves!

The first time we met [Removed], we knew this was the place to be. She has always been helpful, pleasant, caring and compassionate. For being such a young adult she is way ahead of many others. She knows all the residents names, and the family members. All of the events she plans are FIRST CLASS..She is a wonderful lady.

Today I came for a tour at Greenhaven Estates. I toured 3 other places today with my two sisters. I am planning ahead but I wanted to share what stood out to me the most. This community has a completely different atmosphere compared to the ones I went to. I automatically felt right at home. I met with [Removed] the marketing director. She was very pleasant, the nicest lady we possibly met all day. The difference from her and the other communities was this wasn't just a job. She actually loved what she does. She highlighted the entire community. When we walked past current residents she knew there name, they knew her. The residents would tell us where in good hands with her but one resident stood out the most. Her name was [Removed]y. She invited us into her apartment showed us her paintings and when we were leaving she said "stop by again your my new friend" when we were about to close the door she told [Removed] "I love you" and [Removed] gave her a hug and said it back. You can tell she meant it. As we were leaving she answered every question I had, my sisters loved her. I forgot to ask one question so I went back inside and to her office and then I noticed something that truely sold me, she has photos of herself with her residents in her office. This lady loves what she does! When I asked her why, she said I work here and see my residents more than I see my own family. There not just residents but they are my family also. Sold sold sold! This is the best community I have been to. I am in love with Greenhaven Estates. I'm planning my move soon and I'm excited to move to Greenhaven Estates!
