We chose Colonial Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care because it was the cleanest and we liked the nice layout of the rooms. It was also close to family. I would tell others looking that the staff here was excellent, they were always very helpful, friendly, and understanding. I would recommend and already have.

The value of Embark community is pretty reasonable and we think they offer really nice activities. We really like the size of the apartment. Our loved one can look out and see the courtyard, it is just a nice setting.

Lewisville Estates is warm and welcoming. The staff really care about their residents. Most of the staff have been here between 7-17 years. They know all the residents and all of their family members! It's a true community with a neighborhood feel. Oh and the chef has been on good food shows just to explain why his food is so good.

Lewisville Estates has been in the area for several years and the wakers has been there for over 10 years. [name removed] the nurse has taken great care of the family that I referred to them I would recommend this community to any family in need for the loved one.

A great community, everything they presented on the tour was exactly what we got. The apt sizes were very nice approx 900-960 square feet, For the price, everything was included except for the internet and phone. I would recommend this community

We chose Lewisville Estates because of the location, when you walk in the atmosphere was beautiful and clean, and the staff members were all so friendly. They have a formal dining room that is very nice. I ate here several times, and the food has always been very good, they plate the meals so they look nice. Even though they had to shut down a lot of things, they still provided activities for the residents. They would normally go down for things such as popcorn parties, so they took the cart up and down every hallway and stopped at residents doors. They also took them things like arts and crafts. Our favorite part about the community so far has been the peace of mind knowing that even though she is in independent living, they are still there to watch over her. I would and have recommended.

My mother needed to move into a memory care unit quickly and I called A Place for Mom. Colonial Oaks in Pearland was one of the four places that suited my list. In spite of moving in during a locked facility because of the pandemic the caretakers have gone out of their way to let me know how she's doing and to make sure she gets everything I drop off for her. It's amazed me that the caretakers have been able to stay so cheerful in such a challenging time, but I think part of that is because of the director, [name removed]. She's very positive and is able to focus on what needs to be done to keep residents and caretakers safe and comfortable. [name removed] is also quick to get back to you if you have any concerns. She is a good listener and wants to do what is best for each resident. The front desk is great at getting the correct messages to the right person, and the medical staff is great -particularly [name removed].

I chose this community because we liked that they had the level of care and she wouldn't need to move. Also, it was a good value for us. They were very accommodating. The staff were always very friendly and always took good care of my mom,. We were there often and were able to establish a relationship with the caregivers. The food was good, they offered a variety, they were accommodating to dietary requests and restrictions. I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

Embark is a convenient and safe community. They pay attention to details and cover all the bases. The food is delicious,healthy. and the offer a variety. At first we had dining in the ding room, but now all of our meals are delivered to our apartments. I would recommend this community highly to other families.

I checked out several senior facilities back in 2013 when I wanted to move my sister to this area from Atlanta, and I felt the most comfortable with Colonial Oaks/ Pearland. My sister moved there in December, 2013, lived in the assisted living section for 4 years, and then in January, 2018, we transitioned her to their memory care wing. I never doubted that she was receiving great care for the entire time she was a resident there. I always found the staff to be very helpful, very friendly, and very caring of the residents. I wasn't with my sister when she passed away, but I was ok with that because I knew she was with her Colonial Oaks family, and she was not alone. She was with the people who cared for her daily for that time in memory care. I cannot praise [name removed] (director of memory care), and all of the staff at Colonial for the loving care my sister received while living there. I would definitely recommend Colonial to anyone looking for a good home for a loved one.

I have and would again highly recommend them to others. The food is good. The room sizes are good and the layout of the community is good. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. We have been very happy with our experience at Lewisville Estates.

They are good to you there. I have had a very good experience with the. If we need something, they are there and helpful. We chose this community because the location was close to us and when we visited the community is was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food is great. The offer a good variety of food in restaurant style dining. I would recommend this community to other families.

Colonial Oaks was pretty amazing . I thought that everything about the community was excellent, The doctors, the nurses, and the caregivers were friendly and loving. I chose this community because the rating were so high.

it feels safe and secure here and everybody here seems to be happy, Everyone I have met seems friendly. I think they try to keep up the building. The food is probably as good as it could be at this time of COVID. The housekeeping services are very nice. I chose this community because it was a bit bigger space for the money and I enter my apartment directly from the outside which i really like. I think the place is very nice and I am very comfortable living here.

The staff is attentive and responsive. It is a nice place. The location is good for us. They have nice size rooms. They have two large courtyards for residents to use. They are a pet friendly building.

[Name removed] did a great job of answering my parents' questions. The food was good, and we were impressed with the steps they take to keep their community safe.

This was a spectacular place and I am considering it. The price was a bit high, but with a special offer, I might be able to make it work

Our loved one has been residing at Colonial Oaks in their Memory Care community since [date removed]. We are very pleased with the care she is getting there. The staff and employees under [name removed] are very dedicated and committed to the services that our loved one has received. Whenever there are doctor appointments scheduled, the driver gets her there on time and returns promptly to get her back. Each time that we have any concerns or questions, they will respond and resolve it promptly. From the beginning of our visit to the end when we leave, there are warm hellos, smiles, and goodbyes.

Beautiful, wooded, outdoor spaces. Peaceful setting and spaces. Clean, friendly environment. Offered to let my brother stay in a quest room for a couple of days to see if he likes Embark.
