They are good to you there. I have had a very good experience with the. If we need something, they are there and helpful. We chose this community because the location was close to us and when we visited the community is was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food is great. The offer a good variety of food in restaurant style dining. I would recommend this community to other families.

Colonial Oaks was pretty amazing . I thought that everything about the community was excellent, The doctors, the nurses, and the caregivers were friendly and loving. I chose this community because the rating were so high.

it feels safe and secure here and everybody here seems to be happy, Everyone I have met seems friendly. I think they try to keep up the building. The food is probably as good as it could be at this time of COVID. The housekeeping services are very nice. I chose this community because it was a bit bigger space for the money and I enter my apartment directly from the outside which i really like. I think the place is very nice and I am very comfortable living here.

The staff is attentive and responsive. It is a nice place. The location is good for us. They have nice size rooms. They have two large courtyards for residents to use. They are a pet friendly building.

They are very personable. The staff is good. They give you individual care. The food is adequate. The room sizes are good and the layout is good. The outdoor space is good. They have a shuttle to take the residents shopping. My brother plays the piano for the other residents.

[Name removed] did a great job of answering my parents' questions. The food was good, and we were impressed with the steps they take to keep their community safe.

I really liked this place and still thinking about it

This was a spectacular place and I am considering it. The price was a bit high, but with a special offer, I might be able to make it work

Our loved one has been residing at Colonial Oaks in their Memory Care community since [date removed]. We are very pleased with the care she is getting there. The staff and employees under [name removed] are very dedicated and committed to the services that our loved one has received. Whenever there are doctor appointments scheduled, the driver gets her there on time and returns promptly to get her back. Each time that we have any concerns or questions, they will respond and resolve it promptly. From the beginning of our visit to the end when we leave, there are warm hellos, smiles, and goodbyes.

Beautiful, wooded, outdoor spaces. Peaceful setting and spaces. Clean, friendly environment. Offered to let my brother stay in a quest room for a couple of days to see if he likes Embark.

This was first visit to any facility We were very satisfied with the information provided as well as the personnel we encountered. We did not get to see two bedroom. From [name removed] reaction she will want two bedroom. She also would like to see the two bedroom She did say she wants to see other places That’s a plus

The campus was shady, and [name removed] showed us several options. I took pictures along the way and sent to [name removed]. She liked the last unit that was shown because it fits her current independent needs of having a small dog and a car and wanted the exercise in the pool. Thanks for connecting us!

Great facility

My mother has lived there for awhile and her care has been great. The community is very clean and the food is delicious. She is cared for very well - always clean and dressed nicely! The community has lots of activities for their residents including weekly live music on Friday's. Mother has been happy there, this friends.

This is exactly the kind of facility I was hoping to find for my Mother. It's secure, super clean, and all of the staff are so sweet. I highly recommend!

This facility is amazing! I loved seeing all the "extras." Unfortunately the cost is out of our price range.

My mother was at Lewisville Estates for two years or so, first in the independent side, then in the assisted living side. I thought the facilities and the people were great. Couldn't ask for a better situation for an elderly person. She died at 104 and everybody loved her.

Attentive and caring staff. Really great place for my mom, I feel happy knowing she’s cared for by these folks, and she is in a safe, well-maintained facility. If you tour this facility you will find lots of staff that have been there for years. That speaks more than anything to the quality of this facility.
