We had a good tour at The Reserve at Pearland, and I felt it would have been a suitable place for my parents. It was just up to them to decide which of all the suitable places we saw that they preferred.

All of the staff members are really friendly and my husband loves the meals and dining service. Based on our experience so far with the Reserve at Pasadena we would recommend this community for other families.

This community was my number one for a while until another community caught my attention. They had a lot of organized activities for the residents but it was also too big.

I have nothing but excellent things to say regarding this memory care facility. [name removed] went above and beyond to see that my dad was placed for a respite stay. Weeks later, my mom passed away and I wouldn't want my dad anywhere else. {name removed} the director is passionate regarding all aspects of senior living. My 93 year old mom moved here about 4 months ago. The entire staff is fantastic. They are caring and very attentive to the needs of my mother. All the employees go out of their way to ensure she is taken care of. The staff nurse is top notch along with the employees who deliver the medications. The cafeteria staff go out of their way to ensure my mom gets excellent meals. The maintenance staff ensured she had a smooth move-in. I am glad my mother picked Colonial Oaks.

Colonial Oaks is a very warm and inviting community. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The director is excellent and goes out of her way to help you with any problem you may have.

This was a good community however, they were a bit on the higher end.

My loved one lived here for a while and had a great experience, this is a really great facility. It ended up getting too expensive and my loved one needed more care.

We chose Stone Valley because of the value for the money, that was the biggest factor, they were significantly cheaper than others that we looked into. They have a handful of staff members here who were really kind and caring to their residents and I was impressed, they treated them like they were their own family. I would absolutely recommend.

We chose Elison Independent Living because the price was right, it was close to her children, and the apartments also had full kitchens in them. The apartment sizes are great, hers is plenty big for what she needs. They have a very nice big pool so that is a big plus. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, sometimes residents lock themselves out and they are always there to help, someone is at the front desk 24/7. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

The staff members at Colonial Oaks are wholly devoted to their residents. The community is quiet, very restful, and clean, and the meals are plentiful and delicious.

Our experience with Stone Valley has been a 10+. Starting from our initial tour which was beautiful and the marketing gentlemen who worked with us, he was fabulous. The care takers are attentive and compassionate. I am just so happy that our loved one is there. All of the staff are fabulous, and the maintenance team is on top of everything. The food is excellent. We just cannot say enough good things about Stone Valley.

The admin team is very helpful and accommodating, and the other staff is very friendly and helpful also. The community is neat and clean and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The staff members at Colonial Oaks really show care and compassionate towards our loved one which we appreciate. Also the community is kept very clean.

We have only seen pictures of the community, and by the pictures it looks to be a really beautiful place. Also our loved has told us its very well managed and well kept. The staff members I have encountered over the phone have been very friendly, and they have been very accommodating to our loved one. Given this past year, we think the staff has done a pretty good job. Our loved one absolutely loves the meals, and she is very happy with the activities. In the fall they are taking the residents to an Astro baseball game which she is thrilled about. We do think the value for cost is really good as well.

We chose Colonial Oaks at Vista because of the value for the money. The staff here were very good with communication with everything that was going on. It was a good experience while she was here and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

The friendliness of the staff members is excellent, and the meals here are very healthy but they do cut out a lot of the fat and salt. There are a bunch of activities to participate in, however we just choose not to. The apartments the community provides are very nice we are satisfied.

I've lived near this facility for twenty years and since re-opening post pandemic, I am blown away! This facility has a new management team of super heroes, a care staff that treats residents like family, and an amazing kitchen staff. We did a tour with [name removed] and were floored by the beautiful hint of Japanese decor, the game room was fully stocked, the memory care group was singing and dancing. For lunch they had a woman playing beautiful music on a piano, and everyone just looked full of life. I'm hoping my dad will love living here as much as I've enjoyed being their neighbor.

The price is high, and if your loved one is independent this is a really good community. They have lots going on and I would definitely recommend this community to others.
