To my knowledge I'm the only family member that visits my mother. I regret that I wasn't informed when she came down with Covid as I am co- Guardian and the only family visitor she has. Yes, I would recommend this community to others. It's a nice facility and close by for me .

I would highly recommend Lewisville Estates. It's clean, the staff is nice, my mom seems to be very happy there. I just wish assisted living was not so expensive.

Based on the experience we have had so far with Sodalis Oak Hill, we would recommend them to other families. However we would like to see more scheduled activities or the residents being able to participate in.

My mother in law is happy at the Elison Independent Living community and she feel that she has a purpose there.

Can’t say enough about the pleasant experience I had getting my sister-in-law set up and settled into Lewisville Estates Independent Living. The facility is perfect with big, bright rooms, lots of windows and great amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Love how the staff and residents have made my SIL feel very welcomed and at home. Thank you for making a difficult task much easier!

Lewisville Estates is everything that I was looking for in a safe, warm, caring, and beautiful experience for my mother. The entire staff is exceptional. They know my mother's name, know she's a Ranger fan, and they do everything they can to make her feel like she is part of the community. I couldn't be happier!

I would recommend it. It has provided everything I needed. I really do like it, What else can one say? Most importantly, my Son lives close by and he likes it as well. (this is my 3rd assisted living quarters)

I had a stroke 6 years ago this [date removed]. Moving makes me so confused and anxious. Sometimes I lash out because of the stress. [name removed] not only did an excellent tour, ate lunch with me ( which was GREAT) other residents took the time to introduce them themselves to me. During the walk I met others with smiles that were happy to be there. The grounds are beautiful ?? Then of course office staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful. I move in on [date removed]. Can't wait for the next chapter in my life. Let's make it a good one!

I work closely with Sodalis Oakhill- their staff are simply amazing! From the receptionist [name removed], to the administrator [name removed], [name removed]the wellness nurse, [name removed] the marketing director, and [name removed] the life enrichment director. Their residents are happy, and well taken care of!!! I highly recommend this community.

We absolutely love Lewisville Estates, [name removed] is very happy there and everyone has made him feel right at home. We would highly recommend Lewisville Estates. We picked this community because of the great area, and it was close to my home.

I have not been able to attend a lot of activities and meals etc. Grandkiddos out of school for summer and helping my son with them and taking them to activities. Quality of care; I was hoping for more help navigating the vast medical issues in Houston. New to area, trying to find out which physicians are in network with Medicare advantage plan. I was hoping to get more help with this and my son is too busy to really help me much. But it is getting better

We picked this community, because of the staff, location and my dad likes the facility. I would recommend the Reserve.

The Executive Director [name removed] was amazing! She went out of her way to ensure our mom was correctly assessed and given all the options available. If the top leadership is that good- it really said good things for the team under her.

My mom is truly happy. She tells me every day how the caregivers check on her and she loves the activities. Her health is better and she feels like a queen. We picked this community, because of the location, and care of the staff. They asked about my mom before anything. Residents were obviously loved and supported. Residents greeted us all as you would a family member

Even with the short experience we had with The Reserve at Pasadena, we give this community all 5 stars. What we really liked about them was the friendliness of the staff, they were all very helpful. Based on that experience we would recommend this community to other families.

The 13 hot meals a week is so wonderful. The house cleaning is wonderful. The best part is the different sections of the facility meaning it's like there are 6 different little neighborhoods. There is a place for people who are more social, for people who want things quiet, who like to cook out, who want to sit outside and read, or people who want to hit on the putting green. The activities coordinator seems to make sure the activities are what the residents would be interested in doing and making sure to pair people up that have things in common. The maintenance staff is very prompt and very courteous. All the things are good. She is getting everything we had asked for and I wished we would have done this a long time ago!

The laundry room needs attention. The staff changes often. The food is not edible, my loved one has to buy her own groceries. I rated Value for Cost lower due to the food/buying her own groceries issue. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

What we really like about this community is that my mom has found a place that she enjoys living at, being around people her age and keep busy with fun activities. We would also recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far. Everything was great at Liberty !

I toured Lewisville Estates Independent Living facility and it was just awesome! I would definitely give them 5 stars. The Assisted Living facility I would rate at a 2 overall.

I love Elison Independent Living. I was worried about what the other residents would be like, but they're just really friendly and good people. My mom was such a hermit at home by herself, but now she's getting out of her apartment. All the ladies take turns sitting with each other - you never sit alone. Mom is enjoying the activities. This has been really good for her, and it's so fulfilling to see her happy. It's a good place for someone to not feel alone.
