I moved here to be closer to my family and grandchildren and this community has been a good fit for me but I am still adjusting to it. Most the people I met are happy, friendly and open. I get options for our meals, it is not as hot as I would like but it's fine. They have a fair amount of activities like musical performances, organized card games, and happy hour on Friday. It seems very clean here and I get weekly housekeeping that includes washing for towel and sheets. There is a washer and dryer on every floor that is free. For laundry services it's $8 for a week.

We looked at seven places for my mother before deciding on Legacy Oaks. From my mother's first day there, we have been impressed by the friendliness of the entire staff, the ease with which we can communicate with them, and their willingness to be flexible to accommodate my mother's needs. The place is beautifully decorated, which pleases my mother very much. Despite her dementia, she still cares very much about her surroundings, inside and outside. She has a room big enough to hold many of her paintings and other treasures. She has two big windows and a wonderful view of the woods behind the building. We placed a bird feeder outside her windows, and she has even seen deer. I thought the move would be difficult for her, but the Legacy Oaks staff are doing everything possible to help her adjust. We are extremely pleased with our choice.

There are various activities that this place offers like yoga, cooking, and art classes. The tour guide was friendly and very informative regarding the services they offer. I thought the rooms had a good size to them and the whole community was up-kept. I would recommend a tour of Legacy Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care.

My friend absolutely loves the community. She says good things about her meals they are healthy and have good taste. The staff are all attentive and have wonderful communication with her. All around the community everything is spotless her room is cleaned very well. The interaction between her and the staff has been positive. When my friend returns to the community she will be happy to be back in a positive environment.

We enjoyed the tour of the Brookdale WIllowbrook Park. The staff that offered the tour were very courteous and were able to address all of our concerns. We were very happy with the up keep of the community. It was very well maintained and clean throughout.

The room was very clean and like new when my mother moved in. The staff was extremely helpful when we were in the process of deciding where my mother should live. The dining room experience is very much like a 5-star restaurant. The menu offers several choices. The servers are very polite and helpful. The cleaning staff is very responsive to requests. The other residents are very friendly and welcoming and make every effort to include my mother in their activities. They provide free transportation to Lewisville, Highland Village and Flower Mound. I believe my mother is making her adjustment to independent at Lewisville Estates as seamless as possible.

This is better than other places i toured. The community is clean and looks and smells good. My mom likes the meals she receives, it is tasty and good. There is plenty of activities for my mom to participate. The staff are nice and helpful and welcoming. I feel my mom is getting good care and is in a safe environment.

The entire staff are super nice they will help with anything you need. My apartment is cleaned once a week and they also do my laundry. I enjoy playing bingo twice a week, go on outings to stores and they have someone coming in to show us how to paint pictures. They have emergency buttons you can wear around your neck. The hospital is across. The food is wonderful the new director of the kitchen has improved the menu and there is now more variety.

I'am very pleased with everything this community has done for my sister. They have been very helpful and accommodating. I'am very grateful we found this community. It is a very well maintained community, everything is very clean and neat. They have an excellent staff here. They do offer activities for the residents. They do charge a community fee, but it is very much worth it. Everything is working very well.

From the time you step in to meet them, tour, move and get to know everyone, you feel at home.

My mother loves this community. She has adjusted very well to it. We are very pleased with all they have done for us. It is a very nice looking facility, they keep everything very nice and clean. The staff is wonderful, they are very helpful and caring. She has tired a few activities, the ones she can participate in. Our family is very impressed with the food, she is pleased with the meals. I know she is receiving great care. This is a community I would highly recommend.

This facility takes both assisted living and Alzheimer residents. They currently have one room available where both would be able to stay together and no where else is this available or even allowed. Everything was clean and organized, planned activities etc knowledge and friendly staff etc. Location was a little further away from us and traffic on 290 is usually heavy making cutting across it to the facility a minor concern for visits or facility outting return trips.

Seems to have a good program for Alzheimer patients which is the only patients they accept. The building and grounds are very nice and pets are allowed and there are resident dogs, birds and fish. The staff seemed nice. There were many areas for residents to gather and not many residents seem to stay in their rooms. Several activities were going on for residents to choose from and enjoy. They work closely with the assisted living facility next door Village at the Park when there are couples like my parents so that one can visit the other.

My mother in law is doing great and I'am very pleased with everything they have done for us. This is a nice well-kept facility. They do a very good job with the cleanliness of the community. They have a great staff here. I'am confident about the type of care she is receiving. She is trying a few new activities. The food is pleasant, she likes the meals. This is a community I would recommend.

My parents are "over the top impressed" with Legacy Oaks. We didn't get to Austin until 10PM on Friday night to move my parents into Legacy Oaks, but Brandon the Executive Director personally met us and made sure they were settled before he left. The staff has been exceptional and very attentive to my parents. I'm so glad I chose Legacy Oaks. They actually deserve a 7 Star rating!

I love this community. It is very clean, and they have a friendly staff. Any time I had an issue or complaint it was resolved as soon as possible, which is very important to me.

As a new resident I was pleasantly surprised how nice Brookdale Willow Park was. The employees are excellent and are always willing to help. They make you feel right at home. The value for the money is very good also. The activities they offer are numerous. Many to choose from. I am glad I made Brookdale my new home.

My parents are doing very well at Legacy Oaks and are very happy in their new home. The community is pleasantly laid out and decorated and is always very clean. The staff has been excellent, particularly the Director, Brandon, and the Activities Director, Jane. My parents have made new friends and participated in many activities offered at the community and they are returning to their former social selves. Everybody here from the director to the staff and the residents are very friendly. I would highly recommend Legacy Oaks.

The staff were very easy to work with and helpful. Our sales representative did a great job interviewing mom and assessing her needs. Family environment and happy residents. Any resident I have spoken with are happy to live at Brookdale. I have personally eaten in the dining room and the food is very good and has a nice atmosphere. The dining experience is enjoyable and I would feel comfortable bringing my children or other friends/family to join mom. The only negative at this point would be the plumbing project that is underway. All apartments are scheduled to have complete replacement of all plumbing, which will include having mom temporarily live in a furnished apartment on site for 1 week. Mom moved in 2 weeks ago and is still settling in, so I pray the temporary move out next month will not hinder her progress.
