My mother loves this community. She has adjusted very well to it. We are very pleased with all they have done for us. It is a very nice looking facility, they keep everything very nice and clean. The staff is wonderful, they are very helpful and caring. She has tired a few activities, the ones she can participate in. Our family is very impressed with the food, she is pleased with the meals. I know she is receiving great care. This is a community I would highly recommend.

This facility takes both assisted living and Alzheimer residents. They currently have one room available where both would be able to stay together and no where else is this available or even allowed. Everything was clean and organized, planned activities etc knowledge and friendly staff etc. Location was a little further away from us and traffic on 290 is usually heavy making cutting across it to the facility a minor concern for visits or facility outting return trips.

Seems to have a good program for Alzheimer patients which is the only patients they accept. The building and grounds are very nice and pets are allowed and there are resident dogs, birds and fish. The staff seemed nice. There were many areas for residents to gather and not many residents seem to stay in their rooms. Several activities were going on for residents to choose from and enjoy. They work closely with the assisted living facility next door Village at the Park when there are couples like my parents so that one can visit the other.

My mother in law is doing great and I'am very pleased with everything they have done for us. This is a nice well-kept facility. They do a very good job with the cleanliness of the community. They have a great staff here. I'am confident about the type of care she is receiving. She is trying a few new activities. The food is pleasant, she likes the meals. This is a community I would recommend.

My parents are "over the top impressed" with Legacy Oaks. We didn't get to Austin until 10PM on Friday night to move my parents into Legacy Oaks, but Brandon the Executive Director personally met us and made sure they were settled before he left. The staff has been exceptional and very attentive to my parents. I'm so glad I chose Legacy Oaks. They actually deserve a 7 Star rating!

Very well kept, the staff is very knowledgable and friendly, th rooms seem to be very adequate with balconies, lots of indoor and outdoor activities. Very warm and welcoming.

I love this community. It is very clean, and they have a friendly staff. Any time I had an issue or complaint it was resolved as soon as possible, which is very important to me.

As a new resident I was pleasantly surprised how nice Brookdale Willow Park was. The employees are excellent and are always willing to help. They make you feel right at home. The value for the money is very good also. The activities they offer are numerous. Many to choose from. I am glad I made Brookdale my new home.

My parents are doing very well at Legacy Oaks and are very happy in their new home. The community is pleasantly laid out and decorated and is always very clean. The staff has been excellent, particularly the Director, Brandon, and the Activities Director, Jane. My parents have made new friends and participated in many activities offered at the community and they are returning to their former social selves. Everybody here from the director to the staff and the residents are very friendly. I would highly recommend Legacy Oaks.

The staff were very easy to work with and helpful. Our sales representative did a great job interviewing mom and assessing her needs. Family environment and happy residents. Any resident I have spoken with are happy to live at Brookdale. I have personally eaten in the dining room and the food is very good and has a nice atmosphere. The dining experience is enjoyable and I would feel comfortable bringing my children or other friends/family to join mom. The only negative at this point would be the plumbing project that is underway. All apartments are scheduled to have complete replacement of all plumbing, which will include having mom temporarily live in a furnished apartment on site for 1 week. Mom moved in 2 weeks ago and is still settling in, so I pray the temporary move out next month will not hinder her progress.

I can't think of what they can improve on. We have had a great experience. It's a beautiful, brand new facility. It has a friendly and helpful director who is always there. The front desk is very friendly and outgoing as well and one of the nice things is that it is a small facility, so there is a little more individualized care.

I thought it was great. Really nice people, unbelievable how clean they are able to keep it. The food was great. The staff were great and attentive if I had any questions they were very helpful. I would give them five out of five. There were no issues with billing. We were very happy with them.

I am doing great at Lewisville Estates. I love it here. Everything is great. I haven't been feeling so great so I haven't taken advantage of everything yet. I will get better soon and get more involved. I am very happy with everything here.

Everyone is just really friendly over at the Lewisville Estates; all of the staff members and all of the residents as well. I do enjoy going over there and talking to everyone, not just my loved ones.

We absolutely love Brookdale Willowbrook Park. They were going through changing out water pipes in the beginning and that was kind of a nightmare but that's all finished now. This facility is really the most wonderful place. Calvin, the director is fabulous. There could not be a better place for my mom. Mom even says they kill her with kindness and she can be pretty crabby. I cannot say enough good things about this facility.

They do a great job at Lewisville Estates, we're very pleased with our choice! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process! I'd give them top marks across the board!

Our experience with Brookdale Willowbrook Park was a very good one. I helped a friend look into this facility, and we really appreciated how accommodating and helpful they were throughout the whole process!

The experience has been very good from what I can tell with what mom has said. She seems to be pretty happy and they seem to be very accommodating, so yeah, they do everything in a very accommodating manner.
