The facility and people here are fabulous. Very catering, love the setup, rooms are really nice, activities are varied and well thought out. I can't imagine a better place. The location is also perfect, it is close to so many things...hospital, doctors, mall, dining, movies, etc. We toured several facilities before deciding on this one for our mother and couldn't be happier. She has been there almost 3 months and its a perfect fit.

I really liked Colonial Oaks. I toured a lot of places, and I would recommend any of them. They all had extremely friendly staff, but this was my first choice. They had a courtyard, and a lot of the amenities we were looking for. Unfortunately they didn't have anything available when we needed it.

I have volunteered at many assisted living facilities, and Colonial Oaks is the best one. I have been there many times, and everything about this place stands out to me. The people are so nice, which is probably the #1 thing that keeps me coming back. It just kind of makes my day a little happier.

The staff is very attentive and nice and friendly. The community is well maintained and clean. My over all experience with this community is good. Grandma is happy there.x

Colonial Oaks was my first choice for my mom and they lived up to expectations. The food, activities, the staff, all A+. I couldn't be more happy!

Such a wonderful feeling to know the staff has everything under control, that mom is safe and almost as cared for as if she were living with me. She has her own space, yet is part of a community, and does not feel loneliness.

Spring of 2014 my father moved to Colonial Oaks Pearland. From the first impromptu visit the staff was friendly and helpful. My dad is happy with the living environment, staff, food services, and accommodations. I am happy with the full service heath supervision, genuine friendly and kindness of the staff, location, cleanliness, and peace of mind. A few initial issues were rectified immediately. This is to be expected when someone is having a complete lifestyle change. The cost per day for the services provided are very reasonable.

Every time I have asked for anything they have been very prompt to get things done. They have been very good and it's been a wonderful experience with Brookdale Willowbrook Park.

I have three friends who live in this community, and I visit quite often. This is a very nice place! It's attractive, clean, and well kept, and everyone seems very friendly. They have all sorts of activities, and even a little movie theater! One of my friends even helps out in their theater, and I have another that really enjoys the card groups. They also have parties once a month or so. Really it is just a very nice place overall, although it is a bit expensive.

We are very pleased with the Brookdale Plaza Willowbrook. They do everything for the people who live there. They are friendly and professional and seem to genuinely care for their guests. We are very pleased with their services. They are caring and offer lots of activities. My mother stays there and she is pretty happy with it. So, we are happy.

It's very clean, and the staff is friendly. They are attentive and responsive. They have lots of activities to choose from. They have a wide variety of choices for food. I think they are a great deal as far as pricing goes. We liked the location, and couldn't pass on the value. We are very pleased with them.

We're very pleased with how things have gone with Lewisville Estates. It's a great place, the facility itself is clean, well kept, and just nice looking in general. It also has a great layout for those with memory issues, there are no branching hallways, everything leads towards the central common area. We also like that it really feels like a "community", not just a facility, everyone is very friendly. They also do a excellent job with the food! It is high quality, well balanced, and well portioned.

I would say we are very satisfied with Brookdale. When we saw the apartment in the beginning, it was not quite ready to move in to, but it has been great since. It is an average size, independent-living based community. Our loved one has been living here for about 3 months, and it has been nice so far!

They've been doing a great job here so far, we're very happy with how things have been going! We loved the look of it when we toured, and they've done a great job helping us through the process and getting out loved one integrated after she moved in. The staff are all very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable.

My loved one doesn’t really participate in the activities, but I thought the different activities were great. Everyone is very helpful and they made it a very easy transition from her previous residence to their facility. My loved one says the food is good, but it could be better.

I was extremely pleased. We were impressed from the beginning. There was a lot included in the monthly fee. They very quickly realized that she was having a rough time adjusting, and made an effort to get her the appropriate attention. I know that the Director John and his wife Linda from the beginning were just wonderful informative, and helpful.
