I really liked this one. I like the arrangement of the buildings, etc. I liked that you didn't have to go outside ever if you didn't want to. There is a workout room. I liked the layout of the apartment. It is also the most reasonable price wise. The fact that they do not serve every meal is fine with me. At the other ones I might gain too much weight.

We very much enjoyed the tour. We will be bringing mom back for a visit sometime in the next 3 weeks.

Embark at Willowbrook community is very clean, and the staff members are very nice. The community has a very good chef so the food is great. The rooms in the apartments are larger then most places, which I really like, it makes it more comfortable.

It is a good place for my mom and i like it. We moved her into the memory care and I have been happy. I have neighbors that have family in the community and they are happy. They have a chef who makes meals that are really good. The activities are more in the Memory Care and they do different stuff. I also take my mom out on my days off. It is clean and the Memory Care doesn't smell. I think they became short staffed, there was 2 people in the memory care and now there is one.

We were glad that this community was approved by my Aunt & Uncle's long-term insurance. They are both still settling in and they like their 2nd story 1 bedroom apt with the view. The community is a bit dated and does need some updates in the apt like cabinetry, shelving, and drawers/shelves in the bathroom. Once settled, my aunt is looking forward to taking part in some of the activities offered. Their walk to the dining room provides exercise. The 2 dinning rooms are very welcoming with tablecloths and flowers on the tables. The menu offers 2 options for lunch and dinner to choose from also . All the staff seems to enjoy their jobs and are always smiling and friendly. Housekeeping and laundry are done on a weekly basis. Knowing that the memory care unit is just on the other side of the dinning room is a comfort, should it be needed in the future.

This is a nice community, and I'am comfortable with my mothers move here. I know she is in good hands, and in a safe facility. The staff is good, they have been kind when I visit, and helpful when needed. The community is well-kept, they do a good job with the cleanliness. They provide nice meals, and offer good activities for the residents. All is well for mother since her move to this community. it is a facility I would recommend to my friends.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far I am very pleased with how things are going for her. The thing I am most impressed with would have to be the staff. They are always attentive to her needs and keeping in good communication with me about all of her needs. She has had no complaints about the tasty meals and enjoys participating in activities with the other residents from time to time. I could have not picked a better place for her and am very pleased with the experience.

I've been working as a trainer for twenty years teaching CPR/First Aid and Prevention of Aggressive Behavior in over a 150 facilities. From the moment I step into Colonial Oaks At Pearland I was taken by the professionalism of the entire staff. Their interactions with the residents was truly amazing and it was easy to see that it was from top to bottom. I can honestly say, if I had to recommend one of my love ones to a facility that cares for seniors, I would look know further than Colonial Oaks.

I like the care that my mom is getting here. The staff are great and very caring. The meals are good, but need a little improvement. My mom is still allowed to cook at this community. They had offered her activities, but she is not participating yet. The community is very clean and I would recommend this community to other families.

We loved it. My Mother is moving in this month.

We have been in place a couple of weeks, all is well at this writing. Very helpful in the process of getting our senior settled in and following up and suggesting services to help us through.

They have done a good job, and we are happy with them. It's clean, and the staff are friendly. We are happy with them.

I am thankful that Brookdale was so helpful in assisting our family with the details of getting our loved one into a safer living environment. I could not have been more pleased with the patient associate who helped walk me through every single step of the process. Now that my sister is at Willowbrook Park we are all getting use to the new environment and all of the people who will be a part of her new life there. I have to admit that it was a little bumpy at first but feel as though that is to be expected. My hope is that everyone at Brookdale will be as thorough and accountable as the first associate who helped us. I believe that if we as a family communicate our expectations with Brookdale that this will be a win-win situation for all of us!

They have been pretty good so far. The office staff have been very helpful. The only complaint I have heard, is the occasional comment about the waitstaff in the restaurant. They were in a good location, and fairly reasonable in price. We are pretty pleased so far.

The facility is very nice, the activities and involvement is excellent. I had exhausted all the options in the area and surrounding areas and this facility and staff far outweighs the others. While my mother has only been there a short period of time, she seems so much happier in general. They have a bit of a start up accounting challenge but that is all working itself out. Keely could not have been a better representation of their organization. She is professional, sincere, knowledgeable, sympathetic and simply cares. Ask her to play the piano for you. Calvin, their GM was also a pleasure to work with. You can see where that positive caring attitude amongst the team stems from. This is a place you can feel secure your loved ones will be taken care of, in my opinion.

The executive team is very accommodating. They make sure that everyone's needs are met and they go above and beyond to meet everyone's expectations and more. We really like it here and recommend it to others to visit. In terms of activities, I'd give the Colonial Oaks at Pearland in Pearland, Texas five stars/

They have done very well on making her feel very welcome, she just enjoy the meals could be a little more flavorful. One time she pushed the call button and it took a little more time than should have one or two times.

The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable.
