The Activities Director [name removed] is "above and beyond" All of the staff are kind and helpful in our experience. The facility is very updated and nice. They offer plenty of fun and enriching activities for the residents! Our family member is in a double room in memory care (hasn't always had a roommate, but does now) and its quite large.

Mom absolutely loves her new apartment and really likes living at Elison Park. She has made lots of new friends in the short time that she’s lived there. Her favorite facility is the on-site convenience store, which she frequently uses. The only real complaint she has concerns the dining room. She says that sometimes it takes 30 minutes or more for someone to take her order, then another 30 minutes to receive her meal. The quality of the food seems to be just fine, it’s just that the length of time it takes to be served is a bit long. The few times I’ve called the front office for service, they’ve responded quickly and efficiently. The common areas are always clean and well maintained. The office trio consisting of [name removed] are just super. All of the Elison Park personnel are quite friendly and helpful. Elison Park provides all the amenities that mom needs and is very affordable... a great value. It was a perfect fit for us.

The Reserve was a good place, but just not the right type of facility for my mother and her level of cognitive function. She wasn't happy there because most of the residents were in a further state of memory decline than my mother so she had a difficult time making friends. I would consider the reserve again if we ever reach a point where we need more memory care. I think highly of this facility. Management and staff were wonderful.

I would say was good. We had a refund coming in and I'm sorry I had to wait five months to receive it.

The Reserve at Pasadena is a lovely facility. The move-in process went very smoothly. The people are incredibly friendly. My frustrations have stemmed from medication reordering and the length of time it sometimes takes for my grandmother to get her pain medicine. The med room is where communication is not always the best. She says that the food portion sizes are too small and that the food is only fair. Housekeeping and maintenance are great. Overall, I would recommend The Reserve at Pasadena.

I am very impressed with the caregivers and find them loving, patient and truly caring. The facility itself is very nice and well-suited for Dementia residents. The food is very good but no access to snacks/soda for family nor a room for visits. The main lobby has chairs but they are occupied by residents so it is awkward and uncomfortable. Im not sure it is a good value.

I would tell others looking that if your loved one is taking a lot of meds, get to know the clinical staff. They'll respond to you easily if your a known face/voice on the phone. I would recommend The Reserve at Pasadena to those looking.

I would recommend. We picked this community because of the cost, cleanliness, and care are essential to my family. Our mom says she is home.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sodalis Oak Hill and most everything has been very good for him at this facility so far. Sodalis has recently acquired this facility, which had declined in residency. Building the facility back up has presented some challenges, but the staff are working hard on it and they are very attentive to the residents. I would recommend Sodalis Oak Hill to others!

We were kind of in a rush to find a place to be honest. They had an opening and the monthly payment was something we could afford without sacrificing too much. Plus the incentive ($2k off October rent) was very nice! It turned out that it was a really nice place!! I would recommend to others.

It's a fun group. I picked this community because it was most like an apartment settling with dining room.

Usually clean but not always.Very disappointed in the quality of the food. I wouldn't eat it. My parent prefers to eat in the room. The food is often cold, bread stale or hard.. Feel like we are paying for premium service but just getting average service. Overall disappointing. There is a calendar of activities posted but I rarely see anything actually going on, have never seen the van leave its parking space in 3 months.

I would highly recommend. We picked this community because of the value and location.

We toured The Reserve at Pearland during our search for an Assisted Living facility for my mother. The staff at this facility was incredible! Our tour was fantastic!

Ellison Independent Living at Willowbrook is a very warm and welcoming community. It feels like a family. And it's a safe place. My mother loves it!

My family and loved one have had a good experience with The Preserve at Woodland Hills. The staff are very courteous, informative, empathetic, knowledgeable, and professional. Everyone is friendly. The community is clean every time we visit our loved one. There are meals and activities provided to assist with socialization of the residents. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones.

While our loved one was a resident there, the staff members were just so friendly and so caring towards her and the other residents. We were so surprised to see how they showed genuine care and concern for the residents, it was nothing like what we expected.

Elison has some issues at present; however, this might be because of COVID. The staff are working on the issues hard and fast. This is a community I would recommend you look into. There are three meals a day served and there are choices for the residents. There are different meals packages to choose from. There are communal laundry areas in the building. There is a full kitchen in the apartment, and housekeeping is included once a week.

The care staff is good, but there is lots of turnover. The administration could be more responsive and definitely pay more attention to detail. We were told on our tour that the facility would be updated, but we haven't seen any evidence of that. My friend's mother has been there 7 years, and she was told they update every 6 years - not the case.

Our family had an in person tour and The Reserve was a 2nd choice for us it was a good experience.
