I like this community for the good care that my mother received here. The staff is nice and caring. They meals are very good and she was happy with them. They did offer her activities when she wanted to participate. We would recommend the care and the value for other families here.

My mom wanted to live independently after her husband passed. Forgetfulness due to normal aging caused her to be apprehensive. She gets embarrassed when she can't remember names. Her assigned ambassador, a volunteer resident, assured her at their first meeting that everyone has the same issue. It's always ok to ask, "what's your name again"? She was immediately at ease. The staff is super friendly and engaging. She is allowed to have her dog. A meal card is included in your monthly fee. It covers most of her meals that she wants to eat outside of her apartment for the month. Trash pickup is three times a week and it just has to be placed outside the door. Her apartment is cleaned once a week. The apartment has ample room and a walk in closet. The kitchen includes appliances except for the microwave. She does her own laundry for free but takes her own detergent and there are many laundry areas. Basic cable is included as well as the other utilities except for phone. Wifi is free in the common areas. This community is gated which makes me happy and it's convenient to shopping. They provide transportation to doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, banks, pharmacies, etc. You just sign up on a clip board.

We let my mother chose and she chose this Brookdale. She seems to be very happy. She has been in and out of the hospital, so she hasn't joined any activities or met new people yet but she likes the staff. The meals are very good and the place is always very clean.

I think we really liked the Independent Living at Lewisville Estates. My only concern is about ... location ... in relation to a significant hospital. Since my dad's health condition(s) are a bit complicated, I would like for him to be located in close proximity to a hospital that can handle his dialysis needs, etc.

After the care had changed we ended up here in the memory care. They accommodate Alzheimer. I helped pick it out and we had another friend there with a positive experience, We felt that it would be best for her here.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Brookdale Willowbrook Park! They're taking great care of my loved one! The staff is very accommodating, welcoming, and eager to help. They've really gone out of their way to help her fit in, which we really appreciate.

The Courtyards is a superb place. They have a large variety of food choices and go out if their way to please their residents. The food is great, they have soups and fresh vegetables all of the time. The place is clean and always smells clean. They have a lot of activities my father has been joining. He has been doing a lot of walking and joining their exercise program they have in mornings. On Friday, they take the residents out for lunch to diiferent restsurants each time. I highly recommend this place!

All of the staff at The Courtyards are very nice. My loved one has mentioned how nice everyone is multiple times, and what I like the most is they all seem to get along, both the residents and all of the staff. They have a good repor. The place is kept very clean and is well maintained, and I haven't heard any complaints about the food. We would defiantly recommend them to a friend or anyone looking for great care.

I moved here to be closer to my family and grandchildren and this community has been a good fit for me but I am still adjusting to it. Most the people I met are happy, friendly and open. I get options for our meals, it is not as hot as I would like but it's fine. They have a fair amount of activities like musical performances, organized card games, and happy hour on Friday. It seems very clean here and I get weekly housekeeping that includes washing for towel and sheets. There is a washer and dryer on every floor that is free. For laundry services it's $8 for a week.

Today my mother and sister came for a tour at Greenhaven Estates. By the end of the tour my mother was extremely happy and excited. We will be moving in very soon once we get everything in order. The 2bedroom apartment was huge! It even had a second bathroom. Our tour was with [Removed] and she was amazing. Not only does she know every resident, they know her. As we walked past residents she hugged them, waived and I just knew my mother will be in loving hands. The housekeeper and care team also waived and said hi to us. This community was so welcoming we felt right at home. Thankyou

My friend absolutely loves the community. She says good things about her meals they are healthy and have good taste. The staff are all attentive and have wonderful communication with her. All around the community everything is spotless her room is cleaned very well. The interaction between her and the staff has been positive. When my friend returns to the community she will be happy to be back in a positive environment.

We enjoyed the tour of the Brookdale WIllowbrook Park. The staff that offered the tour were very courteous and were able to address all of our concerns. We were very happy with the up keep of the community. It was very well maintained and clean throughout.

The staff here are nice and friendly. I am happy with the care they provide to my sister. I am not sure if she likes the food. The community offers activities. I would recommend the help from this community.

The room was very clean and like new when my mother moved in. The staff was extremely helpful when we were in the process of deciding where my mother should live. The dining room experience is very much like a 5-star restaurant. The menu offers several choices. The servers are very polite and helpful. The cleaning staff is very responsive to requests. The other residents are very friendly and welcoming and make every effort to include my mother in their activities. They provide free transportation to Lewisville, Highland Village and Flower Mound. I believe my mother is making her adjustment to independent at Lewisville Estates as seamless as possible.

This is better than other places i toured. The community is clean and looks and smells good. My mom likes the meals she receives, it is tasty and good. There is plenty of activities for my mom to participate. The staff are nice and helpful and welcoming. I feel my mom is getting good care and is in a safe environment.

The entire staff are super nice they will help with anything you need. My apartment is cleaned once a week and they also do my laundry. I enjoy playing bingo twice a week, go on outings to stores and they have someone coming in to show us how to paint pictures. They have emergency buttons you can wear around your neck. The hospital is across. The food is wonderful the new director of the kitchen has improved the menu and there is now more variety.

I'am very pleased with everything this community has done for my sister. They have been very helpful and accommodating. I'am very grateful we found this community. It is a very well maintained community, everything is very clean and neat. They have an excellent staff here. They do offer activities for the residents. They do charge a community fee, but it is very much worth it. Everything is working very well.

Mom is doing fine since moving into this community. The staff are friendly and have been great working with us and my mom. The community is clean and mom does participate in a few of the activities. I wanted to also thank A Place for Mom for their help.

From the time you step in to meet them, tour, move and get to know everyone, you feel at home.

My mother loves this community. She has adjusted very well to it. We are very pleased with all they have done for us. It is a very nice looking facility, they keep everything very nice and clean. The staff is wonderful, they are very helpful and caring. She has tired a few activities, the ones she can participate in. Our family is very impressed with the food, she is pleased with the meals. I know she is receiving great care. This is a community I would highly recommend.
