This community can work to improve on their maintenance and overall cleanliness and house keeping. Also we have brought issues to their attention that is not being taken care of or followed through, also they have made changes to meals that we don't approve of.

Run. It's hard to get anything done here. The staff were very unconcerned about a theft in my room. They didn't even write it down or make a note of it or anything. Their attitude was like "So what?" To me, that's not a so what. That takes away my feeling of safety. They've changed ownership since I moved in, and things are really going downhill fast. This is an old complex, and it could be wonderful under the right management. It's laid out beautifully. You can go anywhere and not be out in the rain on the rainiest day. They have a pool, although it could be made easier for us to get in and out of it. But I don't feel like they know what they're doing. There are some very nice people who live here, but I've learned to keep to myself pretty much.

I would want others to know if you are looking into Colonial Oaks at Vista that they have a serious issue with communication with family members. Also, due to COVID they locked the facility down and no one is able to come in or out to protect residents, which we understood. 4 months into COVID, my mother in law got COVID and she had never left, so they have no idea how she got it. When we tried to visit on her birthday, they were very rude about it even though we were sitting outside the window and they tried to give us a time frame. Overall, we are not having a good experience here.

Today we just got word from my grandmother that [Removed] has left Greenhaven Estates. My grandmother is extremely disappointed just like other residents. [Removed] lightened up the room. She made the residents feel like family. Thank you [Removed] for everything You have done. We miss you already.

When I went to visit this community, I noticed a bad odor. The furniture showed stains on it. We did not want to stay long. It looked more like a business. This was not the worst but not the best.

What is going on with the food?My friend lives there and recently has serious complaints about the decline in the food quality. The menu is usually not consistent with what is being served and the increase in canned vegetables versus fresh has increased. She has a very strict diet being diabetic and watches her sodium intake. I would think that an increase in canned vegetables is not a good thing for people watching sodium intake. Are there any plans to improve the quality of food that is being served?

We are very disappointed in the apartment and office services. The apartment was not clean when we moved in and there was a faucet that was leaking all over the bathroom. There is no stopper in the disposal drain and there was a moldy refrigerator in the living room when we picked up the keys. I have been trying for 3 weeks to hear back from the accounting office to no avail.

My father was very unhappy there . They have continued to do nothing for him since he has resided there and he is very miserable.

There was a director change right at the time that my mom moved in. Although the staff was very friendly, my mom did not get the care that she needed. I feel that The Reserve "over promised" during the sales pitch and "under delivered" after we moved in.

This place is worst! I see they are lazy to take care of the people! Room smells bad too! My mom clothes were mixed up! I don’t see management do cares for the people! Do they have a health care background? Or even a licensed? Every time I will visit my mom, they are just sitting and eating snacks! When I am asking a question or health concerns about my loved one, the supervisor is clueless!

Ownership changes often; breach of contract. I would not recommend to others. I was attracted to them because it was my first time to move to a 55&up. Close to my preferred shopping business.

Moved my mother in and a week later they announced they were sold and would no longer offer any of the amenities that made it attractive to my mother. Still trying to get deposits back and hopefully additional compensation for pain and suffering experienced having to move twice in a month

My mother is no longer at Spanish Vines due to their incompetence and lack of safety protocols which caused my mother harm. So she is currently with family and has decided for peace of mind to stay with family instead of trying to go back to a senior facility. We have placed a complaint with the state that is investigating these matters. So hopefully some of these problems will be resolved so that no other family will have to go through what we went through. But I'm not sure how that may help you all with future placements until they fix some of these issues.

I had a horrible experience with The Reserve. I would never recommend it.

Our whole experience was terrible care and food being a negative # it was so bad we moved my mom out within 2 months everyone has excuses as to things not being done properly I will be lodging complaints with the state and anyone else I can as since I left there there has been zero communication from anyone to help get some refunds in process if I do not hear from anyone by the end of the month I will start the process I hope for the other residents they get their stuff together

If your loved one needs a higher level of care, or will need a higher level of care due to memory impairment, I don't recommend. They are not staffed or trained to handle this type of resident. Also, instead of reading reviews which could be fake, [removed] The preserve has 16 type A violations and they haven't been open that long. Check the violations against other memory care places, board and cares etc and you will see this is an extremely high number for the amount of months they have been in business... This is a great resource because you can see for yourself what's going on at the facility, any facility you happen to be looking for. Also, food was expired, medication given out not on schedule etc. Great for assisted living, but if you're looking not to make a bunch of moves in your care timeline for your loved one...this will not be your one-stop-shop.

Bridgewater Assisted Living is not as it appears. The turnover is incredibly high and the staff is quite rude and lacks empathy and understanding. What they advertise is not what your loved one will receive. You are completely unable to advocate for your loved one because nobody will listen. When you attempt to seek the right people to form a complaint, you will never hear back from them. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]will just hang up on you and begin sending all calls to the answering service. The answering service can only take a message and again you will not get a call back. The people in the [removed] facility are unprofessional to say the least. If this is how they treat the families of the residents, just imagine how they are treating the residents. For families that care about their loved one - RUN. You do not want your loved one at any of these facilities. You will find the same Contacting the executive offices

When I first toured the property the associates were friendly and the property was clean and beautiful. We placed an elderly family member there. On multiple occasions, the activity that was on the calendar did not happen. When asked, no one knew why. They have since filled the property with much younger residents in wheelchairs who seem to spend their time outside smoking. Our family member now does not have the companionship we were hoping for. The employees we have encountered on our several visits seem far less friendly and downright overworked or just do not care. On one occasion, our family member asked for some help with a minor chore, the employee waived away at the family member and was told to "go away". We have recently found termites in the apartment and after multiple reports to staff, it has NOT been taken care of! We are looking for other options for our family member!

We moved my mom in and they basically did not make sure she was eating or drinking. She passed away after only 38 days in this facility of severe dehydration and malnutrition. It was an extremely heartbreaking and disappointing experience. It was not what I had expected at all. Their staff were extremely inexperienced and did not know how to care for her. I would absolutely never recommend this facility to anyone
