Older facility, clean but definitely showing some wear and tear. Quite, smaller total residents then Emeritus and Sunrise. Nice room layouts.

The nurse who heads assisted part evaluated mom and doesn't think she needs assisted; all the things mom needs are included: meals, laundry, cleaning; mom can bathe and dress herself; so far she's handling meds. advantage here would be mom could transfer to assisted if she needed. she hates the place tho because it is owned by royal estates and just didn't like it.

I have visited here and found it to be OK..

Kitchenettes. Seemed like more of an "old folks home" than senior living. Atmosphere very slow; not much energy. Very casual dining room with rigid schedule.

My mom has lived there for a year and at first it was great. But they seem to be having some issues especially with the food. In the year she has lived there, they have had 4 chefs and the food has continuously decline. Not only the amount given but the taste and what is offered. The residents are very upset about this. My mom does not want to move but the food has become a very big issue. They also have changed their cleaning crew and are having problems there. I am attempting to contact the owners and see what is going on.

It was never great, but it was adequate. Now that they have changed ownership, it has gone downhill. There is never hot water. 9 months and they still haven't fixed the cable in the master bedroom. All the amenities are gone. Elevator is constantly broken...at a retirement community?? They did lower the price, but that's the only positive. And some of the staff is very rude of the have to actually move to do anything. Most of them are very nice, but there are always a few.

A friend of my mother lives in this place. He has severe dementia and we trying to get him out. HORRIBLE NURSING staff in the home he lives in!! The nurse who is always there in the mornings is USELESS AND RUDE. They are NEVER around ans we always have to LOOK for them EVERYONE IS ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONES.

I had to ask multiple times to have my dads room cleaned, sheets put on the bed, etc. There were many occasions that the kitchen staff just did not show up. Not good. And even worse when it changed to The Legacy under new ownership. I would not recommend Legacy at Oak Hill.

Elison Park is now named Kings Reserve Willowbrook. It is under new ownership and property management. The new owners did away with all of the amenities that my mom required (dining, transportation, housekeeping, 24/7 front desk...etc., so she ended up moving to Windermere Estates. Kings Reserve Willowbrook is now advertised as an "active seniors" facility and no longer caters to those with major disabilities.

There is high turnover in management. The dining experience left something to be desired. Changing in chefs left the food to be undesirable. Maintenance is nonexistent housekeeping is nonexistent, laundry service is terrible. The only activity that people participate in is bingo. It’s a new building, but only half of it is full of residence. Basically it’s half empty.

We went and viewed this property for my 85 year old father. Everything looked wonderful. Apartment was nice size and decent price. Meals, housecleaning and transportation to doctors/groceries, etc were included. Less then 2 months after he moved in, we got a notice that they were changing management, and all of the services were going to be taken away. They also are trying to charge my dad the same amount for for rent, even though it no longer includes meals, housekeeping, etc. I am very disappointed as there should have been transparency in what was going on. My Dad needs these services and now we have the cost of moving him again after just 2 months. I should only give 1 star, but I gave 2 because up until now the people that worked there have been wonderful in helping my dad. Now, they don't do that anymore.

Local Staff tries, but management, especially corporate representatives don't care and are responsible for most issues by lack of involvement and supervision.

There is not enough staff, even for half full. On a good day, there might be three aides and a med tech at night. Recently, they had to call in two people who were scheduled to be off because all five of the people scheduled to work called in sick. Just to have staff there over night. The door greeters are friendly and the three kitchen staff also asks how you're doing. The 2nd Director is trying, but overwhelmed. The chef makes tasty meals. My mom doesn't eat them, but I sampled a few and they were very good. The Activities Director is the best. She tries hard to get clients to participate in activities. She does a lot of things. At a cost of several thousand dollars a month, I am getting robbed because of lack of people to care for my mom. There is not enough staff to run this facility.

Bridgewater has several buildings on the one campus, I got to see a little beyond the entrance of two of them. They were gorgeous, and I saw an activity, and entertainer had come in. It was nice and included food! Then I toured the memory care unit, a separate building on the campus. I was told it had been remodeled a few years ago. It had none of the charm or attention to any interior design attractiveness. I was shocked. I felt sad and depressed in that building. I watched one activity, a man brought several sweet dogs for the residence to enjoy, which was nice.

The Preserve gives a good first impression. Unfortunately, this is all a façade. It is really a Hell hole wrapped up in a pretty little package. The "friendliness of the staff is all fake. All in all, they ruined my husband's life (and mine too).

My loved one's were residents at this facility. Contract staff, no name tags, no clue who was coming or going. Separate building so office staff is not engaged. A piece of my loved one's jewelry was lost/stolen.

My Mother lived there for 4 years+ with 3 different owners. Sagora being the last one. When it was necessary for my Mother to receive more care than Independent living Sagora was very difficult to work with. The inspection of the apartment was so specific that they charged us for a paint job for small nail holes from hanging pictures. Though I returned the gate key fobs that we had (3) which we paid [fee removed] deposits on we were never refunded the money nor would they respond to repeated attempts to contact them.
