We were very happy with it. We were here for a very short respite stay. Just a couple of weeks, but it worked out well, and we will use them in the future, should we need it again. The staff were extremely friendly, as was everyone there. There was a bit of a mix up with medication on the first day, but they resolved that right away. I would give them a four out of five.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility itself was a bit on the older side, but seemed well kept for the most part. The staff I met were friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this place is worth a look if you're looking into care in the area.

Things are going good. They seem to be liking it. They had a couple of ups and downs at first because they had to move out of their apartment because of a water main breaking, but things are back to normal now. They seem to be enjoying it.

Overall I think they do a good job at Colonial Oaks. The staff is friendly and caring, and you can tell they have a lot of genuine concern for the residents and their families. The facility is always very clean, and they take good care of the people who live here. It's a nice place.

So far, things seem to be going fine at this facility. The staff seems capable and friendly. The place seems to be organized and well run. We do not have any complaints so far and have had a good experience.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Anytime something arises, they are quick to resolve the issue. The other residents are very friendly also and seem to be happy here because of the family atmosphere.

They sometimes do not have enough care givers. Mom needs assistance walking to the bathroom and has to wait for a long period for assistance, during these shortages. They advertise that they have wi-fi. There has been no wi-fi since my mom moved in Oct. This has created a major problem for us because even with hearing aids mom cannot hear on the phone. Her phone has closed captioning but with the wi-fi down it doesn't work. It is very frustrating for us and especially for mom. We have been trying to get them to fix it to no avail. The food is delicious. They go get the residents for meals and for activities. They also transport the residents to doctor's appointments which helps the family.

I think they are doing a good job. Brand new.

At Brookdale Willowbrook Park the plumbing has been messed up. I went to visit her one night and the alarm system went off at 3:40 in the morning. The water has been off for 4 hours at a time on a daily basis. The people that work there are really nice. It is a clean facility. It has just been operationally not functioning well. There are many kinks that they working on. The salon has also been a nightmare for her since they don't have any water at times. It sounds like it is going to be a long project. I am going to sit back and see how this affects her and how long it all takes and go from there.

One of the reasons we chose Lewisville Estates was they were on top of helping us get VA financing and just getting everything they needed from us set up. They were good about asking questions on how my grandmother was doing. They gave us advice on how to help her with the transition. The facility was clean. They make sure she has everything she needs. I know things are going really well. My grandmother loves it there. She can actually have her cat with her too which is huge.

This was our first choice when we thought we were going to be looking at independent living. It was nice and we liked it. It was a little far away though once we realized we were going to need more care.

Here only a very short time. The staff is friendly the grounds are kept in good shape and the food is good with options.

We had arranged for a female to come and do the shower on a certain day, and a male showed up on a different day to help her. She liked the food and everything.

I think so far its pretty good. I would recommend this community to others. We got in with a sign up bonus which was great. My loved one is happy here. The staff has been great. They are very friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to help. The Brookdale Willowbrook is a very nice community. It is also very clean. The value is pretty good. They have a lot of different activities to keep residents busy.

We were scheduled for a tour and luncheon. Very friendly, clean, bright and cheery! The lunch selection was very nicely presented. The apts were very small for us.

Brookdale is doing a good job so far. It's clean and the staff is friendly. We are pretty happy with them. The only complaint would be that the dining service can be a little slow, though the quality of the food itself seems to be good.

They were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone was very friendly and easy to get along with. The only thing I can think of where I would like to see some improvement is with their bookkeeping. For example, it is now early December, and our check for October has not cleared yet. In managing finances and budgeting, that can be a bit of a pain.

I like the facility, and my mom does as well. Everything is fine. I would like to see more menu/food options for vegetarian residents.

My sister and I visited - good visit with lots of information provided by Erin. She was able all questions (on July 24th). Good value at 2 bedroom - 2 person set up. We will keep on our short list as this process develops for our parents. The rooms and general hallways, etc were nice.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. This was a nice looking, clean community, and all of the staff seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. The community was separated into an independent living building, and an assisted living building. We liked the layout of the assisted living, it was a single floor and easy to navigate, but I think the residents there were a bit too far along in their care needs to be a good match for our loved one socially. We had a chance to try a meal in the dining room, and the food was very good. It also had a very lively, social atmosphere.
