the overall feel of this community just felt right, and everyone there was super friendly. The activities were pretty good, our loved one didn't always participate in them, but they had wine tastings, movie nights, they could listen to music and play card games. Our loved one always seemed to really enjoy the food.

Friendly, established staff. I really liked the 24X7 concierge desk. The facility was clean and fresh. Location was in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Meals/menu looked very nice. Units were good size and nicely laid out. Costs were on par with similar senior living residences. All inclusive except for cable TV/Internet.

I am still looking visiting other places but I liked this place. It is older but still quite nice. The community contact [Name removed] that spent a lot of time with me to see if my mom would get her needs met was amazing and so so helpful.

If this was just a bit less expensive we would start moving tomorrow !

This facility looks like it would be a good fit for my friends but she is not ready yet to consider moving so soon after her husband passed away.

We liked Lewisville Estates and chose it for my FIL.

While my loved one was here, I have witnessed many positive features. The staff keeps the facility very nice and clean. I believed they took out the trash every day, I never saw any trash bags over flowed with anything. They also have lots of activities that they offer that are posted on a calendar that they put up to let the other residents know. They have a game room, a table in the hallway that has a puzzle so tenants can just sit down when they want to and do it, they have a movie area, and a beauty salon onsite so tenants can get their hair done. The place is really nice. The staff team is also very knowledgeable and helpful. Since my loved one needed more medical care/attention that unfortunately could not be provided by the current staff, they helped me to find another location for my loved one so she can get the help that she needs. All in all I would recommend this place to others.

I like the units, the grounds were nice and the pool section was where Mom would like to be.

We will be moving my mother to this for better care. The previous community she was at had a change in ownership, and everything was going down hill. I'am looking forward to her move to this community. It is nice community with kind people. They have lovely staff, and I know she will be in good hands. This is going to be a good community for her, and her needs.

We liked this community the staff was very friendly and informative. They made us feel very welcome on our tour and was happy to show us around. The community was too large for what I was looking for everything was just too spread out. It didn't matter what hall way you were in there was a door leading to the outside that leads you to another part of the building such as the dining area. I just felt that my parents would get lost.

The food is very good. They offer plenty of activities. The staff were great at answering my questions and they have been very helpful. The community is kept well taken care of and they offer housekeeping once a week. I would recommend this community.

My mom has had no complaints since she has made the move into this community. The staff where easy to work with and made the move in process very simple for us. Mom has a lovely apartment that is perfect for her and all of her needs. The grounds are kept very clean and the overall property is very presentable. Overall I am pleased with our experience so far and would recommend it to anyone.

I moved into this community and I like it and the experience has been just fine. Everything like the meals, activities, and the upkeep of the community is good.

My husband and I toured Lewisville Estates and their staff was fine, but it was the interaction they and with the residents that we were not thrilled with. Also, the layout was the best for my loved one.

When my mother was searching for a good community, we toured Brookdale Willowbrook Park. It was a nice place, the staff was friendly and the tour guide was helpful with information, but it was not what we were looking for.

The staff is very open and helpful. I have to follow-up on service calls too much, but nothing that puts my loved one at risk.

When I toured Lewisville Estates, I thought it was a very nice place with nice people. The problem was the fact that it was more independent living, and my mother needed assisted living.

This community has a lot of nice area outside for the residents to enjoy. The people I met were nice. The community looked nice. They offer daily activities, however I just felt this was not the right fit for my loved one.

I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking into an assisted living for there loved ones. My mother has made a smooth transition with the help of the other staff and residents. I am impressed that all of the staff has already learned her name and take the time to get to know her on a personal level. I do wish that the food service would make sure she has something to drink when they drop off her dinner to her. She doesn't voice her needs to often so she goes without a drink from time to time.
