This is a good community, and my mother in law is doing well since her move to this community. I know she is safe, and in good retirement community. The staff is nice, and friendly. She hasn't had any problems, and I have no complaints about this community. It is a well maintained community, they do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. All is well, and this is a community I would recommend.

My mother-in-law has a friend at this community that she knows and visits. When we were looking for a community they gave her a packet and showed her an available room. She felt the room was too small and after consideration realized the community was many miles away from her family and the family would have to travel through bad traffic.

This is a gated community in a busy area. I like that you need a key fob to get in and out of the gates. The residents wear a pendant around their necks in case they need assistance and the staff are quick to respond. They offer daily activities and have scheduled trips out that the residents can sign up for. We have been working out a few things with encouraging mom to participate more and the staff have been working on this. The food is pretty good and they offer a variety of choices.

My parents are still adjusting to all of the changes since moving into the community. The staff have been very accommodating and helping them to adjust as much as they can. So far, things are going pretty well.

I toured this community for my sister in law, and her needs. The community was looked nice. Everything was clean, and tidy. The staff I came across was courteous, and kind. They have nice activities available for the residents. It was a good experience, everything went well.

Legacy Oaks certainly met our expectations in terms of the look and feel of the memory unit and common areas, types of services provided, staff qualifications, policies and procedures, pricing, location and suitability for our mom. [Removed] was very helpful in providing detailed information to us about Legacy Oaks.

Very nice, clean place. Looked like they had lots of activities and in an nice neighborhood.

My loved one has had very good things to say about Lewisville Estates, so far! The other residents have been very friendly and welcoming, and the facility itself is clean and well kept. She seems very content.

really liked this one. Pros: feels more like an apt complex. 2 options for food (bistro and dining room, apts sare really nice. liked the one opening to the courtyard. I'd want her on the fisrt floors since there are cement steps along with the elevators. afraid she may get confused and try to take the stairs. CONS: far from my brothers house, no assisted living units - would have to move to the other complex across the street, no washer and dryer in the unit

I did enjoy myself at this community. The staff was great and they helped me a lot. Everything seemed to be just fine hear. I just feel that the community needed more help then I did. It just was not a good match for me.

I toured this community for my parents. It was very nice and the staff was outstanding. I was happy with the soup at this community. My father did stay here for a very short time, but they did not have the care that we were needing.

The staff are nice and easy to work with. The nursing staff have been nice. They offer daily activities. The food is good and they offer numerous choices such as a full menu, a bistro and a cold bar. Her apartment is nice and opens to the outside. They have real entertainment on Friday nights. I would recommend this community.

I was very impressed with the bedrooms and the spacious bathrooms they had available in this community. There was a lot of natural light that went throughout the whole apartment. I have no complaints about our visit, it was a pleasant experience.

My mom is staying at this community and it seems to be well. The staff are easy to communicate with and friendly people. The community is a clean place to enjoy.

We toured this community while looking into options for a loved one. Brookdale Willowbrook Park seems like a nice place, overall! The facility is clean and well kept, and the people are friendly, My one complaint would be that I think they could do a little more when it comes to decorating the hallways, they can feel a little sparse and institutional. But overall we're very pleased!

Things are going very well for my mom since she moved into Legacy. The staff is wonderful. They answer our questions and we have good communication. The community is clean and it is a nice place. The grounds are nice. They offer a variety of activities and outings for the residents to enjoy.

The staff at The Legacy Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care is nice and friendly. My mother seems to be enjoying the meals that are being provided. The community does offer activities. I feel like it is a comfortable and safe place. One thing i really liked was the layout and courtyard of the community.

The food is great and they offer a lot of good healthy choices. The community is kept very clean. I have not had a chance to try the daily activities but I am looking forward to them once I get completely moved in. The staff is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this community.

My dad is enjoying being at Brookdale Willowbrook Park. The staff are friendly and getting to know him by name. I have not had a lot of interaction with them but my dad has nothing but positive things to say about the staff. He loves the food and is starting to participate in some of the exercise classes and going to the casino. The community is clean and they are even updating their plumbing.
