overall I think it's a decent facility. They are family-friendly because it's a small facility and the staff is doing a great job considering the circumstances. I would recommend this facility to others

During check-in we thought everything was really good. The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. With COVID my parents have complained a little bit about the good quality. One issue we are having is with the inconsistencies of their COVID policies with the family members. It seems like it changes constantly, and the family members are not advised of these changes until we show up to visit our loved one. The communication between the weekday crew and the weeknight crew is off, as well as the feedback to the families. The other thing is the landscaping. The do really well keeping things clean, however their are palm trees in front of our loved ones window that is blocking their view, and apparently they only get trimmed every two years. However, we would recommend this community.

Heroes that work hard with exceptional people and residents. The employees are exceptional themselves doing the job they do.

When we initially saw Cardinal Court on the tour, the community seemed to be very clean. On the tour it seemed like the people we talked to really cared about the residents, the individuality of the patients was very important, they did not look at them like a patient. They really took the time to get to know them. We were able to see some rooms on the tour and they were about your typically sized room. During this time the care takers have not really been as responsive as we would like. We call to try and get our questions answered and sometimes they don not return calls a week at a time.

Our loved one is happy there, however there has been a big turnover and we aren't sure exactly what is going on. The head director left with no explanation and the one that placed our loved one has left so its all new people. This community is very clean, it is wonderful. It is more expensive, but not the most expensive. Our loved one likes the activities, she participates in the exercise classes, there is always something going on. With COVID it has been difficult. It is a really cool place and has a good vibe

Food during virus has been awful. Nobody got sick. Great management. Great activities before virus.

Facilities are adequate. The situation was made more complicated due to the COVID-19 crisis but management doing as best they could. I have been here for about 5 years, it meets my needs.

We are happy here. Look forward to the COVID-19 limitation to be lifted. I have been here for 6 months.

Meals for the most part are very good. The facility is usually very neat and clean. Need to have a better addition of meals for the diabetic person.

Room/comfort good, size varies. Employee attitude - some good, some not. Food - enough yes, quality good, variety. Activities - better before the virus, still fair. Bus transportation limited. Dial - a - lift is free. Noise mostly low. Facility condition good. Less expensive than most. Some caregivers help available.

Madison Meadows wasn't the perfect fit for us but offers an affordable community. Our needs were more for a Continuous Care Community for possible future needs but otherwise would have made it a strong contender. [name removed] did a great job giving us a comprehensive tour and highlighted the benefits of this independent living community.

The Verandah at Graywood Lake is a nice place. My mom seems to be happy. The room sizes are good. The food is good. They have limited outdoor space for the residents. Overall it has been a positive experience.

I have been here about 4 years. It provides me a secure location and necessary basic services in a price range I can afford. Management tries to provide activities to occupy the residents tailored to their interests and capabilities. The food and service are adequate and meet my needs.

We are new to this community — 4 months. We are adjusting nicely and are happy to be here.

I have never lived in another retirement community. So I can't really compare this community with others. I don't find any major faults with where I am now living.

I found the staff very friendly willing and helpful. The community is more appropriate for resident who need assistance in ADLs but not so much for people with mobility issues and require higher levels of support. The elevator can't accommodate a full size power chair. Overall, it was a great place but it wasn't good fit for my dad.
