The is a excellent community. They go above and beyond to help patients in everyway, They are caring for the family as well as the patient. Rooms are spotless and smell clean all the time. Activities are wonderful! We could not be happier. Highly recommended to anyone for their loved ones.

Recently my grandfather moved back to Arizona to be under my care. I needed to find him a place to live quickly that was within his budget. After looking at several places my husband and I decided on Madison Meadows. We liked it because it is a smaller community with managers that live onsite. They were incredibly accommodating and worked with us to get him in quickly. The staff is great and very responsive. They seem to genuinely enjoy working with the elderly. I stop by several times a week and the facility is always clean, smells good and staff members are always right there interacting with the residents. My grandfather is not the easiest person to get along with and they do very well with him plus he likes them and that says a lot. In addition, my grandfather absolutely loves the food served in the dining room. And, he likes the other residents, They are very down-to-earth people, a lot of Midwesterners like my grandfather. Because of this he feels like he belongs and can relate to them. The only negatives are that they were not very prepared for Cox changing to all digital. We were told it would be a week and a half before it was fixed, but two weeks later the cable is still not back up and working properly...they are working on it. It is an older property and they do keep maintenance up, but there are some items that are old, well worn and in need of replacement like the outside awnings. However, none of the negatives were a show stopper in my option it's just those kinds of things you sometimes forget about even at your own house. Overall, I am very happy that we decided to put my grandfather here (he's happy too) and I highly recommend the community to others looking for a place for their loved one.

We are very happy here. It's a very nice place and the move went smoothly. I would rate them a five out of five as well.

My cousin is doing well here, I'am pleased with everything they have done for us. It is a nice looking facility, they do a nice job with keeping everything nice and clean. The staff is amazing, they are extremely accommodating. There are activities offered for the residents. I know she is receiving great care. This is a community I would recommend.

I visited several different properties with my Mother and kept coming back to Dunwoody Pines. Michelle was wonderful in helping us choose the perfect apartment.........and so patient with our many, many questions. She helped make this daunting process much simpler. My Mom can't wait to move to her new apartment in a couple of weeks!

Everybody at the community is very nice and friendly. It has been a great experience so far. They do a good job with keeping the community nice and clean. They are caring for her very well. The staff is great, they have been friendly and very helpful. They even recommend some amazing movers for us. There are great activities for her to try. The food is great. I know she is in good hands and I would recommend it.

A loved one of mine moved in here. It's quite a nice place. We really had great success. They seem to be a wonderful organization, and this location is no exception.

Central Parke is a great place for Alzheimer's care. My husband is settling in ok. The staff are very knowledgeable and can handle issues that arise. He likes the food and they keep the residents active and out of their rooms. The community is clean and I would recommend it. I also wanted to thank A Place for Mom for their help.

Everything is going very well, she really loves it here. The community is very well-kept. They do a very good job with keeping everything nice and clean. The staff is excellent, they are caring for her very well. She has been busy trying all the activities since the first day. The food is wonderful, I've had a few meals and the food is very good. I know she is in good hands and is safe. I would recommend this community.

Of the Senior living facilities we visited, we liked this the best. Very good diversity of clientele and we love that it is all one story and a fenced in patio area for each apartment is available so our dog could go outside for a while. We like that it is close to stores and restaurants and a major north-south highway for good access to other parts of Austin, and that there is a nice single occupancy neighborhood next door.

My in-laws just moved to Brook Ridge & really like it. It has far exceeded their expectations on every level. They love the food (esp the dessert cart), they are getting 3 delicious, healthy meals a day. The staff has been so friendly, helpful and respectful. They really care about their residents. My in-laws have already participated in several activities & plan to do others. Their apartment is spacious & is only steps away from the restaurant. They are getting a lot for their money.

I like it. Mom and Dad like it. For the cost, I would give it's pretty clean and the staff is friendly. They seem to genuinely care for the residents. They both really like the food. Of the places I looked at, it was probably the most well kept. They have a home care available, and a rehab staff available. The staff were professional and serious while still being courteous. The room size for me. I think they gave me the most bang for the buck. I would highly recommend it. It's family owned. It looks like a nice Victorian era hotel on the interior with some modern touches. They cater to veterans.

My friend is still taking some time to adjust to the community but that is to be expected. She seems to like it so far, and I enjoy the community as well. It is really nice here. The place looks great and is very clean and nice. The staff has been nice and helpful to us with everything, very accommodating. I've been a couple of times to have dinner with her and the food is great. There are activities offered here for the residents and the staff does a good job getting them involved. Would recommend this community to family and friends.

Desert Rose is a gorgeous community, the building is beautiful. It's really nice, wonderful, I like it a lot. My father likes that it's an apartment, not like a nursing home. He is doing real good there, doing pretty good adjusting. He's not thrilled but he wouldn't be with anywhere other than home. But he does like it there, he's comfortable there. The staff are very helpful, super friendly, they go out of their way to make sure things are going okay. I would rate the friendliness of the staff higher than a five if possible. The food is really good. One of the cooks is a chef at a local restaurant, it's quality food, a lot of fresh vegitable and fruits. He is not a big social person but there are a lot of activities and things going on. They have musicians come in, have fashion shows, there's a movie every Saturday.

The Harrison Regent community is wonderful! They went above and beyond before my father even moved in. While he was still in the hosptial, staff from The Harrison would come in to check on him and stayed on top of his care, and they even brought him cookies once. Their extra care and attention before he even moved in helped make the adjustment easier on him when he did move in. The staff at the community is super great, always willing to help, they keep me up to date on my father's care and if there is anything he is doing or not doing. He is the youngest in the facility. I do wish he'd participate in activities but that's just not how he is. His apartment is accessible from the street. The grounds are well kept. It is an affordable community.

Mom has been in the Assisted Livng portion of the community for a short time now and things seems to be going really well for her. The place is truly amazing and if I could live there myself I would. The food is so good she doesn't think she'll be losing any weight and the staff are great! I'd recommend.

Ed and Mona were great. The staff was courteous and the building was clean and welcoming.

great place. my husband has been there since Jan1, 2016. The staff are caring and friendly and the food is amazing and fresh. Atmosphere in dining area is always upbeat.
