Overall I am happy with the care and staff who help my mom. Not only is the community clean it looks so nice. They include meals for residents and she says it tastes good. She is participating in the many activities they offer and she is enjoying them. My interaction with the staff is good and gave me a good tour which led to my decision of choosing the community. It was a good choice for us.

My mother is doing good since her move into this community. The beginning was a hard transition for her but now she's happy. The staff is very helpful.The place is clean inside and out. They offer a variety of activities and exercise in their chairs. The apartment my mother is in is comfortable and they provide housekeeping once a week. We will defiantly recommend them to anyone,When my mother's friends to visit they are pleased and considering moving in themselves.

Everything is going according to plan since my mom has moved into the community and she is happy. The community is clean but they can do a little better maintaining. The windows and floor need updating. It has also become bothersome that her blinds have not been replace after a few months ago being told they would. However, my mom enjoys her hot, small portioned meals that does not take long to get. She has tried a couple activities and had fun exercising and playing card with the groups.

Things are going very good since my move to the Desert Rose. The place is very comfortable, they provide housekeeping for my place once a week, they do light cleaning but a very good job. They also provided meals 3 times a day with a variety of choices which are very delicious. When I first moved in my refrigerator was not working and maintenance was very quick to solve the problem, they brought me a new one right away when they could not fix the old one. I am very happy and highly recommend this place.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with my advisor, [Removed] [Removed]. She is very knowledgeable about the topic of senior living and other avenues associated with it. I appreciate being able to speak with her about my questions/concerns and pleased with advice given.

Creek Side Pines deserves a round of applause for a job well done!

We are so excited to have our mom at Creek Side Pines. There are tons of activities that she can choose to be involved in. The dining room is open at all hours of the day with lots of choices. The staff & the residents both love to live & work here & are very glad to share & I can’t wait to see what other neat things come out of this community.

The Verandah is an amazing place; the staff is very friendly; is a beautiful place to live & great to visit! The residents are so happy & enjoy living at the Verandah. I love working with the residents for Home Health with these wonderful people!

My grandfather lives at Creekside Pines & this community is his family. They look after each other & the staff truly cares. The food, activities, & staff keep him young, active, and healthy. It will be a sad day if /when he has to leave.

Creekside Pines feels like home from the minute you enter the doors. The property is well maintained and the staff is friendly, courteous and caring. The apartments are very large and truly give an independent lifestyle in an all inclusive community that gives a sense of security and well being. We toured a couple other facilities nearby and they were much higher priced with much smaller apartments.

The staff are nice and seem comfortable with their profession they chose. The menu looks good and they offer a variety of choices. My Mother in law seems to like the food. They offer a wide range of activities to accommodate the mobile and the less mobile residents. We are happy with this community and I would recommend it.

I am happy with the care that my mother is receiving here. The staff was nice and very kind and patient. The community is very clean and taken care of. They have activities that are offered to those who want to participate. We would recommend others to this community for great care.

Teresa was a wonderful host and helped us so much. She and the staff here seem wonderful. The dinner and staff at dinner were great asking us for anything we need or like explained everything on the menue and the options the residents have for each meal. The food quality was excellent as was the staff and facility.

They keep the community and mom's apartment clean. They are very detail oriented. They have daily activities as well as outings for the residents. The entire staff are informative and know mom by name. They are always willing to help. The other residents are nice and mom has made friends.

It has been really good for mom in her new community. There is more for her to do and more people to talk with. Socially she is more prepped up and doing much better. The meals are okay, there are thing she don't like but she has choices. I would recommend this community to family and friends

This is a nice community. The staff is nice and caring. The meals are good and offer a good variety. They offer alot of great activities . They offer great care and we would recommend this community for other families.

To clairmont staff,your kindness touched my heart thank you for the gifts and i enjoyed meeting [Removed]+[Removed] and fellow residence at meal time.God opened the door for me to make this change in my life without my lifetime-mate(64yrs)I was praying for a miracle and then my daughter found clairmont!my "Thank you" seems so small but it comes from my heart. P.S.every staff members are beautiful and caring people.
