My mother likes it here more and more everyday! The people are wonderful. They have events and activities going on everyday. The food is excellent and I've never seen her eat so much! I have no complaints with Desert Rose and things are going very well!

I loved this place for my mom. Spacious apartments, wonderful staff, great food. Residents I interviewed had all been there for some years, had no complaints, loved the amenities.

The tour my sister had with them was good. She said it had more memory care than what my mom is ready for. This is a community for people who need more care. It was not the right fit for my mom.

We toured this community for care for the family. The staff were nice and answer the questions we had on the care that is offered. The staff was nice and helpful to our needs. We liked that it was clean and maintained.We wanted a community this was more open. The menu was appealing. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one

We are happy with the care for my grandmother here at this nice community. She is happy with the staff and the community is clean and maintained. The meals are appealing and she seems to like what is served. They offer a good variety of good meals. We would recommend this community for the good value and care of a loved one.

This is a nice community. We like the caring staff who are attentive to her needs for care. They need to make sure that they have enought food to go around. They activiites are helping and she seems to enjoy being able to do things that are offered with the other residents. We do recommend this community for good care and the good value to other families.

The experience with Creekside Pines has been an improvement from the last community my father lived in! The food is very good and they offer a social aspect and there are more residents with similar interests to him.

My friend is in this community. He likes that staff that are caring. He seems to be happy here and is doing well. From what he tell me that he is in a great community and has no complaints, but says that the meals could use some small improvments. We would recommend this community for other families for the good care that is given to the residents .

The activities director is nice and personable. They offer a variety of daily activities. The staff are wonderful. They knew dad by name before he moved in and they keep me updated about his care. The food is wonderful they have a variety of choices and he can have anything he wants for breakfast. The community is very clean and has a lot of light. There is always fresh flowers and popcorn. The community has a homey feel to it and a path outside to enjoy. His apartment looked brand new when he moved in. I would recommend this community to anyone.

My husband and I live here.The people are wonderful and things are going great.We couldn't ask for anything better. The food is very good. They had a BINGO rally last month and we all played. They take you anywhere you need to go whether it be doctors appointments or shopping. They are very accommodating and we are so happy!

I have been living at Creekside Pines for 8 months and I am very pleased. Everyone on the staff is very helpful. They go the “Extra Mile” to make sure the residents are satisfied. This is true of office staff, activities and kitchen workers and servers (also maintenance). I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Outstanding staff and management who are dedicated to the residents! Friendly and active residents! These qualities make Creekside Pines a wonderful retirement community.

So far so good, it's nice. He is enjoying getting up and walking around. I like the doctors they have there. It is just a bit on the expensive side. I wish my loved one could afford to stay here longer.

My Husband and I have lived in this community over two years, Our physical health and mental health has improved tremendously. We stay active and love it. The staff are great and very helpful

Creekside is a five star senior community. The services are excellent. All of the staff member make you feel so comforted and cared for in every way. We have three meals a day with a daily menu and a substitute menu. I am so glad I chose this community.

I have had a good experience since my move to the Creekside Oaks. My favorite thing is the food, it is wonderful. I have joined many activities and the residents here are very friendly. I highly recommend this community.

We moved my mother in law into the Clairmont in October and we have been amazed with everything offered here. First off, it truly feels like a family type atmosphere when you walk in. The staff and management all know the residents by name and they make them and their family feel welcome. Second, it is a smaller community and we felt more comfortable than other places we toured. It is all one story, so it feels like she has more of a "home" feel than an apartment. And no elevators to wait on! They have nice little patios out back of each unit and the landscaping is very nice. She feels very comfortable here. She likes the food, and the mid afternoon snacks she can find in the activities room. And one of the best things we like is that we can order extra services a la carte. For instance, they have folks there that will come in and help the residents bathe, or do lanudry for them along with many other services, but you only order them as needed. And the prices are very reasonable. Housekeeping comes once a week and her place is always clean and neat. They also have an in house doctor and PT which is super convient. Also they are remodeling the rooms as people leave, so her place has brand new everything....carpet, paint, cabinets, countertops, fridge, etc... we seriously could not be any happier. We would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Clairmont!

I recently went through a series of life changes. I had back surgery and during that time I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. My husband was my caregiver and did everything for me; shopping, cooking, driving etc. I began to get better but he became sick. He was diagnosed with myelofibrosis and died within three months. I was frantically looking for a board and care for him and found "A Place for Mom". I spoke with [Removed] who was very nice. She called me back promptly but it was too late. I told her I might need a place for myself. I came to visit my son in Eugene Oregon shortly after my husband passed. Holly recommended Garden Way Retirement Community. I sold my house and moved in within 3 months. Normally I would not be so impulsive but I really cannot live alone. My son is close by and helpful. Garden Way is lovely. I was very impressed by [Removed] who was my lifeline through this stressful time. She called me every other week and answered all my questions and was very patient and kind My mother did not want to move into retirement home. We finally convinced her but she was in her 90s and really could not enjoy it. I decided it would be less stressful for everyone if I move now while I'm still pretty healthy. Garden Way is lovely. The building is beautiful with tasteful decor. Every staff member has been nice. The food is delicious. They provide light housekeeping once a week. It is not inexpensive but my fixed income covers it and the Equity from the sale of my house is my nest egg. I have only been here three weeks but everyone seems very happy and friendly.

My wife has been a resident for 7 months. My daughter is an occupational therapist. We both agree the care my wife is receiving is superb. The staff, consisting of nursing, care takers, activities, and food services, is attentive, and respectful to the residents and their families. Recently my wife developed a potentially serious condition which was recognized by the nurses, tested, reviewed, diagnosed, and medical treatment administered within 12 hours. Subsequently, I was called daily with the results of her blood tests. Even after 4 and a half years of care taking on my part, it would have taken me several days to recognize the symptoms and taken action. The facility is less than a mile from the hospital, certainly another consideration in our decision. Activities are abundant, including arts and crafts, music, and scenic van rides (with periodic trips to Mitchell's Ice Cream.).[Removed], the administrator, uses a "hands on" approach working shoulder to shoulder with the staff. The food is varied and delicious. Special diets are accommodated. Perhaps most importantly, my wife's dignity and respect is being maintained. I do not hesitate recommending Windsor Heights.
