I have had a good experience since my move to the Creekside Oaks. My favorite thing is the food, it is wonderful. I have joined many activities and the residents here are very friendly. I highly recommend this community.

We moved my mother in law into the Clairmont in October and we have been amazed with everything offered here. First off, it truly feels like a family type atmosphere when you walk in. The staff and management all know the residents by name and they make them and their family feel welcome. Second, it is a smaller community and we felt more comfortable than other places we toured. It is all one story, so it feels like she has more of a "home" feel than an apartment. And no elevators to wait on! They have nice little patios out back of each unit and the landscaping is very nice. She feels very comfortable here. She likes the food, and the mid afternoon snacks she can find in the activities room. And one of the best things we like is that we can order extra services a la carte. For instance, they have folks there that will come in and help the residents bathe, or do lanudry for them along with many other services, but you only order them as needed. And the prices are very reasonable. Housekeeping comes once a week and her place is always clean and neat. They also have an in house doctor and PT which is super convient. Also they are remodeling the rooms as people leave, so her place has brand new everything....carpet, paint, cabinets, countertops, fridge, etc... we seriously could not be any happier. We would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Clairmont!

I recently went through a series of life changes. I had back surgery and during that time I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. My husband was my caregiver and did everything for me; shopping, cooking, driving etc. I began to get better but he became sick. He was diagnosed with myelofibrosis and died within three months. I was frantically looking for a board and care for him and found "A Place for Mom". I spoke with [Removed] who was very nice. She called me back promptly but it was too late. I told her I might need a place for myself. I came to visit my son in Eugene Oregon shortly after my husband passed. Holly recommended Garden Way Retirement Community. I sold my house and moved in within 3 months. Normally I would not be so impulsive but I really cannot live alone. My son is close by and helpful. Garden Way is lovely. I was very impressed by [Removed] who was my lifeline through this stressful time. She called me every other week and answered all my questions and was very patient and kind My mother did not want to move into retirement home. We finally convinced her but she was in her 90s and really could not enjoy it. I decided it would be less stressful for everyone if I move now while I'm still pretty healthy. Garden Way is lovely. The building is beautiful with tasteful decor. Every staff member has been nice. The food is delicious. They provide light housekeeping once a week. It is not inexpensive but my fixed income covers it and the Equity from the sale of my house is my nest egg. I have only been here three weeks but everyone seems very happy and friendly.

My wife has been a resident for 7 months. My daughter is an occupational therapist. We both agree the care my wife is receiving is superb. The staff, consisting of nursing, care takers, activities, and food services, is attentive, and respectful to the residents and their families. Recently my wife developed a potentially serious condition which was recognized by the nurses, tested, reviewed, diagnosed, and medical treatment administered within 12 hours. Subsequently, I was called daily with the results of her blood tests. Even after 4 and a half years of care taking on my part, it would have taken me several days to recognize the symptoms and taken action. The facility is less than a mile from the hospital, certainly another consideration in our decision. Activities are abundant, including arts and crafts, music, and scenic van rides (with periodic trips to Mitchell's Ice Cream.).[Removed], the administrator, uses a "hands on" approach working shoulder to shoulder with the staff. The food is varied and delicious. Special diets are accommodated. Perhaps most importantly, my wife's dignity and respect is being maintained. I do not hesitate recommending Windsor Heights.

I am happy with the care here for my mom. I like the staff and they are always keeping me informed on her progress. She likes the meals and the activities. I would recommend this community to other families.

Everything is going very well for my aunt with her move to this community. It is a lovely community, and I know she is in a good, safe community. She has gotten involved in the community a little bit, and getting use to the routine around the community. She has a lovely patio that has a great view. They do a great job with the cleanliness. This has been a good move for her. My father said he would even consider living there himself. It is a lovely community,and I would recommend it.

My mother moved here recently and she is really enjoying it so far! She is very involved in the activities they offer and she has already made many friends!She was so excited to move here and she's taking full advantage of everything!The staff is very friendly and they were voted best in senior living in Ogden.We are very pleased with our choice and she is very happy!

We couldn't be any more pleased with my friends move to this community. He is doing very well, and loves this community. They have an amazing staff here, and they have been very helpful, and accommodating. The meals are great. The community is well-kept, they do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility. This is a community I would highly recommend.

We toured this community when looking for my mother. It was very clean with a friendly staff.They were able to answer all of our questions during the tour and we got a great first impression of the place. They offered many activities and it seemed like a great place to live. The only downside is it was too far from my mother's desired location. We ended up choosing a community closer to home but this place is a great option families looking for a centralized community near Santa Rosa or San Francisco.

My wife and I are doing very well since our move to this community. It is a well-kept community, they do a job with the cleanliness of the community. The staff is great, they have been very welcoming, and helpful. There are activities offered daily for the residents. We are loving our time here, and I would recommend this community.

Wonderful place, my mother has been there for 12 years. She was one of their first residents there when they opened. It is so pretty, so busy, and alive. They have lots of activities and celebrate every season and holiday. The food in their dining room is delicious and they have many choices. I have eaten there myself and it is delicious. The apartments are large, the staff is helpful & friendly. Laundry room is convenient and included in the rent. Mother just turned 90.

We are very happy with this community. The staff is very caring and helpful to her recent move into the community. The food appears to be good. They are offering activities for her to be involved in time. The community is very homey and clean. We would recommend this community for other families for the over great care and value.

I have been to this community several times and my mom lives here too. The meals are good and they have good staff too. We were going to move in but I found a place with a bigger apartment.

My mother loves it at the Waterford Terrace! Since the day she got there, they call her by her first name. They have more activities than she can handle which are great and the food is wonderful. She is always telling me that it is a dream come true!

The first thing we noticed was the friendliness of the residents and the staff. We instantly felt at home. The apartments are very large, the food is very good and entertainment options are great. Everybody seems to be very happy here.

Everything has been going great with mom here. She has started to get involved and she enjoys the food and the dining experience. The community and moms room is always clean and neat. We really like it ans so does mom.

The facility is awesome! My father has been there over 2 years and have been more than pleased.
