I like that my mom is doing good at this community The staff is nice and caring.The menu is really good and she likes the nice menu. The staff are wonderful and have been able very helpful on her move in. The room is nice but needs small improvements. They have good security. I like knowing that she is happy here. She would like to participate in more activities and they need to be updated. We would recommend this community for the good care for other families.

I found [Removed] to be very professional and helpful. the facility was clean , no odors, and the residents seemed well taken care of.

Clean and well-maintained community. Centrally located, very convenient on a major bus line. ADA compliant everywhere. From the handicapped doors to the sidewalks free of cracks or bumps, which is perfect for my Dad who shuffles his feet. Wheelchair accessible. The meals are excellent, they serve a healthy variety of options, even gluten free. All meals are served by wait staff. A very elegant dining experience, they serve fresh rolls and a wonderful choice of teas. Our first meal with Dad my family was invited to eat for free so that it would help my Dad become more quickly acclimated. To dine with family members is beneficial and affordable. Wifi and computer access is available for the residents in the common area. There is a list of daily activities, such as water aerobics, transportation to Safeway, Walgreens and medical appointments. Comfortable seating available for visitors. I wish they were a little more transparent about the renter's fees and the insurance fees. They require renters insurance within the first 30 days. The terminology seemed mixed up was not explained well during the tour. Overall the staff is caring and they know my dad. Utilities are included. The laundry facilities are great. Great independent living, onsite contractor for medication if needed. The property sales manager [Removed] was great helping us work it out to get him into the community. I would definitely recommend Madison Meadows!

My whole family came for a tour (5 OF US) and surprised [Removed]. She was so welcoming and happy. We could tell she really loved her job. We had a lot of VA questions and she knew exactly how to help. My parents fell in love with the large two bed room and was approved for VA. Our whole family can't be happier. I hope this review gets to [Removed] boss-- she is a TREASURE!

This is a nice community. And I am very happy to see that my mom is improving in all ways. The staff is doing a great job and I can not be happier. The community is very clean and she is happy here. I like knowing that she is participating in the activities with the other residents. I would highly recommend the care of the wonderful staff that shows that they care.

My 94 year of stepfather moved by January 2017. He is very happy and his health and attitude are much improved. [Removed] worked with us and made the entire process seamless. I am so thankful for the staff at Creekside Pines!

My grandfather is very pleased with The Continental. My advisor from A Place For Mom was super helpful when locating a community for him. He enjoys the atmosphere and loves the food. The price is just right. He gets weekly cleaning and linen service. There are no issues that I am aware of.

The Quail Lodge Retirement Community is truly a community. The activity director, [Removed], has a wide variety of activities that the residents can take advantage of. There is always something happening if they wish to participate. Management is important to make a facility run smoothly. [Removed], the executive manager, and [Removed], the office manager, bent over backwards to help my husband and when we came from Wisconsin with plans to move my cousin to a nursing home near us. Because her health deteriorated and doctors stated she could not be moved, we ended up staying in California for six weeks. [Removed] and [Removed]i made sure we had a place to stay in Quail Lodge the entire time. This was a godsend for us as they not only ensured we had lodging and well-balanced meals during this difficult time, but also were there to offer emotional support to us as my cousin went to hospice care. We were impressed by how [Removed] connect with the residents. For example, they stop at each table during meal time to visit with each resident, making everyone part of this friendly community. I cannot speak highly enough of Quail Lodge and its friendly management. I researched many retirement communities before helping my cousin move into Quail Lodge seven years ago. Throughout her seven year residence at Quail Lodge, my cousin repeatedly told me how glad she was to be there. Her good experiences started with the move in and continued until the move out. The beautiful building and landscaping give Quail Lodge an airy, pleasant atmosphere. Even the hallways are welcoming with their lovely, varied artwork, wide aisles and comfortable seating. I highly recommend Quail Lodge Retirement Community.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my mother since she has made the move into this community. The staff have been wonderful to her and I could not have picked a better group to care for her while she is there. My mom has been very active in many of the activities and staying busy throughout her day. I am very pleased with this place and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The food is wonderful and the housekeeping is good. They offer numerous daily activities that I have enjoyed. The staff have been very helpful. I have made friends and the community is close to family. I am glad I made the move here and I would recommend it.

I took my mother to Quail Lodge several times before asking her to decide to move in or not. Each time, we showed up unannounced so as to see the place and the people as they really are and each time we were extremely pleased with the look of the place, the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the food. They made every effort to accommodate our requirements and in the end offered us the very best deal for our money that they could. My mother eventually signed up and since she moved in she has had nothing but good things to say about Quail Lodge, especially how friendly everyone is, staff and residents, and how much fun she is actually having there as opposed to her previous living situation. We both feel Quail Lodge was the right place at the right time for her. Our experience has been nothing but positive.

I am very pleased with the community although my husband is slowly adjusting to it. It's a very affordable location. The food is pretty good but I believe some portions could be a little larger to satisfy him. They have many activities but my husband really only takes part in the exercise ones. I really appreciate that the community as a whole is caring for Alzheimer's patients so he is not confined to one part of the community. I would most likely recommend this location for someone who needs it.

Awesome! My big brothers' mother-in-law has been living here for over 3 yrs now. Clean, fresh-smelling, friendly staff, great food....I'm only 57 but would love to live here. They have a heated pool, an awesome cafeteria with a choice of meals. I'm usually there for Thanksgiving lunch and it's always delicious. The grounds are always impeccable and beg for you to take a walk around the building. Two thumbs up!!!

We toured Creekside when we were looking for a place for my dad. The lady who took us around ([Removed]) was fabulous. Every time we talked to a resident or employee, she would discreetly remove herself so everyone felt free to discuss it. Every resident we spoke to raved about the place. We are thrilled to have found an engaging and friendly place for dad!

My parents lived at the Clairmont for over 5 years. We were very pleased with the attention they received. They enjoyed participating in many of the activities and made many friends. We appreciate [Removed], the director and all of the staff for making them feel at home.

My mother is doing well since her move to The continental. She likes it and everyone there is very nice. I am glad she is in a safe environment. We fixed up her patio to look like her back yard at home. They have physical therapy and speech therapy there on site, and I am hoping they will encourage her to join some activities, It has been a good experience so far, and I hope she likes it enough to stay.

My mother's stay at this facility went just fine! The staff were sure to do what they could to make my loved one feel comfortable and cared for. The facility was also kept clean and well maintained. Overall, though it was a brief stay, I have no complaints about the facility!

This is an outstanding community for my mom's care. The staff is very nice and friendly. My mom likes the meals and I found them to be appealing, but my mom likes authentic homemade meals. The offer her activities but does like to watch her own television shows. The community comes highly recommended for good care and value for a loved one's needs.
