What our family likes the most about the Quail Lodge Retirement Community is the patience, kindness and friendliness our loved one receives from the staff members there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff at Dunwoody Pines Retirement Community is hard to get in touch with after the initial move in. We had some questions and it took several emails to get them answered. Housekeeping is good, but again, I had to ask to get it started. They didn't auto start it when my loved one moved in. The move in process was okay- it would have been nice to have more help, we were kind of on our own. The meals are good, but they don't have a good variety. Overall, I would recommend Dunwoody Pines Retirement Community to others.

Our loved one is currently a resident at Creekside Pines Retirement Community and everything has been great for him at this facility so far. We love this facility! The staff are all wonderful. They are very kind and caring. The food is very good. They offer lots of activities for the residents to participate in. We would highly recommend Creekside Pines Retirement Community

We cannot rate the meals and dining service or the activities because we have not observed these and we have not seen our loved one is any of the pictures. However, what we do like the most is the patience the staff shows to residents. I do not see nor sense any mean actions. The place is clean.

Would recommend whole heartedly. Worried that low occupancy is causing staffing shortage.We picked because of the good reviews and immediate availability.

We are not able to rate the activities, the meals and dining service as well as the overall value for cost because we are not the residents living there. However, we found the place bright cheerful and well organized. Everyone was friendly.

My loved one is currently a resident at Hammond Glen Retirement Community and her experience at this facility has been very good so far. The cleanliness, friendliness and meals and dining are great. The value for cost is great. The staff, care services and activities have been good. Overall, I would recommend Hammond Glen Retirement Community to family and friends.

Good morning my experience at the Woods at Merrimack was outstanding the facility is immaculate. The care of the residence could not be better. The staff goes over and above to meet the needs of the residence. My experience was wonderful, however due to medical reasons. I needed to get closer to home introversion medical care

Caleo Bay has been great and [name removed] transition was smooth. I would recommend because they specialize in only memory care. [name removed] was amazing in helping us with the long distance transition and the staff has been great to my mom as she visits often.

I absolutely adore the staff and residents of this community. It is one of the coolest & most fun retirement places that I have ever been to . Everything from the food to the activities is top notch . If you are looking for a fun & exciting place to spend your golden years …. You should absolutely come here & check it out !!

Country Club Village has a very peaceful and picturesque setting. The staff are amazing to work with! They are kind and caring and love to serve their residents to the best of their ability! The community is kept clean and manicured!

We moved my independent mom from WI to AR to be closer to us. With my wife's parents being long time residents here, we knew it was the perfect place. She enjoys the activities, the friends she's made, and the staff. I enjoy being able to have lunch with her every Friday! I have since brought a volunteer bluegrass jam group to play for the residents on a monthly basis. They just love and appreciate our playing. Probably, because they forget their hearing aids. :) LOL. I have come to truly care for some of the residents and staff as well. Im always willing to help when asked. If you're looking for a place for your independent mom, why settle for 'a place for mom' when you can have the 'perfect place for mom.

I would highly recommend Country Club Village in Hot Springs, AR. The community is extremely nice as is all of the staff. [name removed] is an excellent executive director who will spend time with the residents and/or their family addressing anything they may have questions about. Our mother was there until her passing and she loved it. They have great activities and day trips. I give it a 5 star rating!

I have been working in healthcare for 15 years in Hot Springs and have been a part of activities and events many times over the years at Country Club Village. I have to compliment the administration and staff for creating so many social opportunities and memorable times for their residents. It's always WELL DONE!!

I’ve spent the last several months in this community and it’s hands down the best senior community I’ve ever encountered. I’ve worked in various communities and facilities for 24 plus years and never felt the warm and love that I do here not only from the residents but the staff too! The apartments and cottages are cozy and the activities and events for residents are endless! There is no time for boredom here! The food is top notch and the variety is amazing! When I’m older and looking to down size, Country Club Village will be my only option!

My loved one is currently a resident at Holiday Madison Meadows and the experience has been great so far. The food is great and communication so far seems to be good with the staff. The friendliness and activities are great, too. The housekeeping is great. They come in and clean my loved one's apartment once a week and change the sheets. This facility is very clean. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

They are professional and a good place for your love ones. I liked the layout, room size. Looked more like a home than a stark facility. Staff seem to care about the people who call it home. I would recommend this place to other people.

Belleview Heights was beautiful, more like a "five star" hotel. It just didn't seem to be the right fit for my mom. The rooms all came furnished but it wasn't my mom's style at all. Several residents did share they were happy there. The woman who gave us the tour was very welcoming, answered all of our questions, and followed up with us.

My family member has been at Ashley Gardens for a year and a half, and I have been very pleased with the care he has received. Everyone from the director to the chef knows the residents by name and always greet them cordially. I feel they really care for the residents and show their compassion to residents and their family members.

My wife of 50 years has dementia and requires full time care. I could no longer care for her at home. After visiting several facilities my daughter and I chose Ashley Gardens. After 7 months there she is happy and content. She is always clean and well dressed when I visit. Her room and bath, as well as the entire facility is always immaculately clean. Her clothes are laundered regularly, and always neatly arranged in her closet. She loves the food. Kudos to the Executive Chef! The health care staff is very professional and coordinate all visits with her medical professionals and therapist. Finally the entire staff is wonderful! They seem to love my wife and treat her (and me when I visit) like a member of their immediate family. The directors have been tremendously supportive to me from day one and regularly send me photos and videos showing my wife enjoying the activities. I consider them not just business associates, but friends. Ashley Gardens greatly exceeds my expectations
